    Chandler was amazing! So kind, really good at explaining everything that is going on and what his next step will be. It was a super super stressful situation for me and his laid back attitude, explaining and politeness lowered my stress level dramatically. He cleaned after every step and seriously could not have done any better. I got a few estimates for an after hours call and this company was the most affordable. Highly recommend this company, and especially recommend Chandler.

    Although I cant guarantee this would be everyones experience but I called this morning for an issue and due to cancellation I was able to get in queue that same morning.Chandler was our technician and he arrived on time, was very polite & communication was excellent and answered all my questions.Although their was no repair to be done as this was an appliance issue. He did make sure all was completed and provided me with options and useful information. For this reason I would definitely recommend Rub-A-Dub and would give them a call if needing their service in the future.

    Very reasonably priced! Troy was super helpful and knowledgable and got the main issue of our washing machine line unclogged. In the meantime we have the ability to wash clothes and will call them in the future regarding the crack in our vent stack. We have definitely found a new plumbing agency we can trust and they warranty their work!

    We had a nightmare situation in Carthage and couldn’t find a reputable plumber able to coming out to our area. We looked to Google and took a shot on Rub-a-dub. Best idea ever!!! Jordan came out to address the problem with a professional assessment that got right to the root of them problem. He came out with his tunneling crew and expertise of Troy, Darian and Nathan. The job was done the next day. They saved the day in every way possible. Paired with the compassionate office staff of Ashley and Danielle, I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone and everyone in the East Texas area wanting knowledgeable, professional, quick and affordable plumbers.     10/10 recommend Rub-A-Dub plumbing. Everyone from the office staff (Ashley and Danielle) to the plumbers (Wayne and Troy) have been incredible. We had our septic tank replaced and it went as smooth as possible. We have also had a few emergency situations, and they were responsive and helpful. I know we are in good hands with Rub-A-Dub and their customer service has made us loyal customers.

    Troy came out and was very thorough with his work, explained everything that was going on, was very upfront with cost and payment plans that they offer, even recommended a place to get some supplies for our septic so the water can’t drain into it anymore from the rain! He called a few days later just to check in with us and see how everything was going! Definitely recommend him when you call in!

    We had a great experience with Rub-A-Dub getting an assessment of the water and gas plumbing in our new house! Chandler Elder answered all of our questions, presented several options for work needed in his quote, and then when we were ready to replace our water heater he came back and did a great job on that as well. We are extremely pleased with this company, the financing options, the telephone customer service lady who scheduled everything for us, and especially with Chandler who was fantastic. He wore boot covers and even swept up and vacuumed what little mess was made which really shows quality and attention to detail.

    I have a maintenance program with another company. My toilet looked like it was leaking under the toilet. So I call them. We had an 9:00 appointment today. At 1:00pm still no plumber. I called them back and canceled it for today. Call Rub a Dub. They told me the plumber was just finishing in Tyler and would be about an hour. Jordan come, he was polite, had botties for the floor, came in looked at the problem, the leak was from the tank. It was easy to tell when you looked at it. The blue cleaner was dripping from there and own to the floor. I thought it would be a whole new toilet.No he could fix the cracks, put in all new parts, even had to get something special for the toilet. All in all about an hour and half later toilet was fixed.I like the 2 year warranty on the work . They gave us a senior/ military discount.Calling the other company and canceling the other . I have found an honest plumber who also very nice. Thank Jordan

    Great experience from beginning to end.I met Brent at the B2B Expo. After explaining my complicated scenario on my in-ground pool plumbing issue, he followed up within days.Because of the complexity, what could have easily cost me $3500.00,, the technicians were honest, efficient, and extremely customer service focused. They were courteous and knowledgeable saving me THOUSANDS of dollars and frustration. I highly recommend Rub-A-Dub plumbing for your small to most challenging plumbing needs!The pictures show what they had to deal with. They could have lied, saying they had to replace all of those pipes. But because of their honesty and integrity, they only had to repair one elbow in that mess, getting more money out of me.If you need a plumber, call Rub-A-Dub plumber!

    After doing a walk around the house before catching my flight, I discovered I had a main water line leak. I quickly dug up the ground and found the water pipe leak. I did not have the parts on hand so I shut the main water valve off. I made my flight on time. My guests staying at my house had to turn the water valve on/off as needed. I googled many plumbers that serviced Bullard and got the run around about service fees and being out of town. I could not get anyone to give me a straight answer until I reached Rub-A-Dub Plumbing. I got straight informative answers and solution choices. I immediately gave the approval to proceed to get a plumber on site to get an estimate. There was no fee for that. The plumber Mr. Jordan Sanchez and his team member Chandler called me the following day with three options to repair my water line leak. I felt as though I was talking with a neighbor. They fixed the water line leak. The whole process was professional, direct, and to the point about my options for repair. I felt very pleased with their repair and overall great customer service. I highly recommend Rub-A-Dub Plumbing because they treat you like a neighbor and are straight forward with your repair options. Great job guys.

    Had an issue with one of our toilets that was an addition to the house. Jordan showed up and within minutes he knew what the problem was and fixed the issue. Then he went through the entire house and did an inspection of all the toilets and sinks and made suggestions. He never tried to sell me or pressure me into anything else. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend rub a dub for your plumbing needs.

    Rubadub did a fantastic job. We are a one bathroom house and so when our old plumbing broke and left us without a shower, Rubadub sent someone out the same day. Our plumber, Jordan Sanchez, was not only prompt for the appointment, he was a few minutes early!!! No sitting around for an entire “window” wondering if they were actually comingHe was professional, courteous, unobtrusive, and efficient. The problem’s solutions were presented with options on fastest/cheapest option to the best/most permanent solution and there was no pressure on which to choose.     *11/15/24 Update - We are so seriously overwhelmed by the professionalism and commitment Rub-A- Dub and all their technicians have, and Jordan is no exception. We are very happy with their servicing of our septic system as well as our home plumbing. Jordan did his inspection of our water heaters, toilets and faucets and found a small leak on our newly installed (just a few months ago) water heater, he came back and took care of it and he was friendly and polite and had a smile the whole time. We absolutely are thrilled with Rub-A-Dub and their people!*7/16/24 update- Aaron again is amazing!     The plumber (Aaron) called and arrived within the specified 2 hr time frame. He listened to my description of the problem and promptly defined the approach to resolving the issue and provided a quote for the work to be performed.Aaron was very good at implementing the repair to my gas (propane) leak.     I can say that this is definitely a company that stands behind its work! Rub a Dub did a complete whole home re-plumb of our home that is only 12 yrs old.We have had some concerns just due to all the previous leaks we had with the old Nimbco PECs that was installed. (Not by Rub a Dub the whole Nimbco PECs is another story in itself due to that old type of PECs that was used when our house was built 12 years ago)Wayne came out and completely replaced every piece of old PECs except a tiny few pieces that we could change but would have to rip the tile shower out and tile tub.This was not and I repeat not an easy job. Not only was Rub a Dub up for it they were by far the cheaper bid!(shhh I didn’t tell them that).There was a leak that just occurred out by where the pipe from house meets the street pipe. Called Rub a Dub cause they gave us a 5 yr warranty and they re-routed a plumber at 530 at night to come take a look cause we had no water. The plumber was here until almost 10 at night making sure that we had water by the time they left.Of course my wife and I are a little nervous when it comes to leaks and so we expressed our concerns that this happened after all we had did to re-plumb the home.Not only did Wayne come back out to take a look to make sure it was properly fixed but Brent the owner came. They both went through everything with me and explained in great detail what happened and that the fix that was done was properly completed.I can not thank both Brent and Wayne enough in calming Julie and I concerns. I can honestly say I feel much better now leaving my home knowing it won’t be flooded when we come back. They really do stand behind their work.Thank you Rub a Dub. We will see you soon for our yearly maintenance.

    Had a leak from an under the counter hot water heater and Aaron came out, did an assessment, figured out the problem, thought he had a solution that would give us what we wanted (instant hot water at the kitchen sink) and left to research more and order. He discovered that the solution we thought we wanted wouldnt work for us so he got a less expensive option with a 6yr warranty that Rub-a-Dub will honor. Of course we paid extra for that warranty, but we are very happy. What a nice guy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and service oriented.

    We just had, quite possibly the best experience with a plumber that we’ve ever had in 20 years of homeownership! Jordan and Nate with Rub-A-Dub came out to our house this morning to deal with a fairly significant plumbing back up two days after Christmas. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable when trying to diagnose the issue. We had to coordinate with the city of Tyler and Jordan helped us with language and terminology to make that process easier too. After we got things cleared up, Jordan and Nate did a full home inspection to make sure everything was functioning correctly.I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention Danielle. I was on the phone with her three or four times over the last couple of days. She was very professional and friendly… And most importantly she was patient with my many questions and requests.Organizations don’t have that many top-notch people, without paying attention to the details and taking care of their employees! We were very pleased all the way around with our service, and we will definitely use Rub-A-Dub again and refer them to our friends and family.

    Let me start by saying how Jordan and Troy were SO amazing!! These guys are the GOAT!!! MOST professional and friendly. Explained everything and eased my worry of tearing up my concrete patio to replace broken pipes. These guys…. Left my patio cleaner when they left than it was when they started!! Excellent customer service and excellent communication regarding who was coming and what time he would arrive. I could even track his arrival so my day wasn’t inconvenienced at all.     Jordan did a superb and fantastic job on yesterday 02/20/2024. He was very thorough and his camera was able to see that it was the City of Tyler side that needed repaired and not my resident side. Benjamin Franklin plumbing charged me $450.00 with their camera and did not do a thorough check or take the necessary time to figure out the real problem whereas Rub-A-Dub did and saved me money.

    Today, Troy came for our annual checkup. He drained out the water heater, let me see that no buildup of note was there...good to see. He answered our questions about water heater life spans in the area and volunteered the install and manufacturing datas on ours. He checked all plumbing, which is still working well, and informed us of Rub-A-Dubs new monthly payment option for opting in to their service agreement.. something we have found to save us in the long run a couple of times, In between his communicating about our plumbing, we had a genuinely enjoyable visit about families and music and fun stuff. He did the work, but it was still an enjoyable time for us in visiting with him and having him answer any other questions we had about plumbing and fixtures and wise preventative behavior regards such things.As usual, Rub-A-Dub does fine work with fine personnel.Troy is welcome to come fix any - hopefully far in the future - issues we might have in our older home. Many have been addressed already in the previous 3+ years we have owned the home, and since our first use of Rub-A-Dubs services, they have been the ones to do it. And its nice to have a year with a clean bill of plumbing health!The plumbing wrap-up:Aaron was in the tunnel today, with another serviceman, and replaced the no longer viable section of pipe that was inconveniently located where tunnelling was required. He had previously shown me as he dropped the camera in the line that this was necessary. We tested the finished pipe repairs and are good to go.We will soon have the crew back to refill where the tunnel was dug. And that crew did a truly masterful job carefully preserving the brick of our patio which had to be excavated.They also will reconstruct that section, and Aaron was proven correct about the crew and their ability to remove without damage to the bricks or any other part of my home, so I believe him about their ability to leave it looking as original, except for some newer mortar.We keep using Rub-A -Dub because we keep experiencing quality work, with correct estimates and timely accomplishments. Plus, Aaron is friendly and enjoyable to talk with, and helps me understand what is being done and why, so that I can make informed choices for our home. Our older home. I doubt we will be free of issues over the years...and we will likely be calling those R-A-D people if we do.Next visit:Aaron had three issues with our older house plumbing.Two went great... not always the case for such homes. The third is still in process, but we are confident that the conclusion will be done right.We continue to use Rub-A+Dub, and plumbers and people like Aaron are the reason why.3rd Visit:Nevin keeps coming back, because we keep asking for him to! Not only is he familiar with our home and the old plumbing in it (built in the 1960s) but we have been totally satisfied with his work ethic, his efforts to keep the process as low on the invasive and expensive scale as possible, and his personable yet professional communication of all those variables throughout the process.     Update: 12/29/2023 We had water backing up from two toilets and our shower. Aaron came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed a clog in our main line, which he cleared out and resealed our toilet which had been installed incorrectly. He also was able to diagnose a potential issue with our pipes collapsing and gave us an estimate, so we will be using him again soon to help prevent a major problem. (Also have to give thanks to Danielle in dispatch for being so professional, prompt, and genuine in our interactions)Update: 07/05/2023 Aaron again was able to come out quickly and knock out a quick issue with my water heater.     This company did absolutely amazing for our family! We had a shower that had pressure issues, old parts and became an emergency when the handle blew off.     We had a leak outside in our yard. The office sent Jordan who came the same day and gave us an estimate for repairs. We opted not to use him because we have a friend who can do the work for us.     I bought new faucets for my bathrooms sinks and was having a hard time getting the drain pipes to stop leaking. After numerous attempts, I decided to get some help because I got so frustrated. Aaron, from Rub-A-Dub showed up and was able to get everything fixed up quickly! He was very professional, kind, and informative. I would trust him to do more plumbing work in the future if needed. I will say, this company is very expensive to use compared to a local plumber. However, they will arrive quickly and will get the job done quickly so it’s worth the money if convenience is more important to you. Also, they offered me a military discount, which helped out a little bit. All in all, I was happy with my experience and would use them again!

    This is the second time that Aaron has come to my house to do work for me and as always, he was fantastic! I was having a toilet installed and initially I was going to just let Lowe’s do it because I bought the toilet at Lowe’s. After them cancelling and trying to reschedule on me for the third time I decided to call Rub a Dub to ask if they could do it. It is not easy for me to be at home to have work done or to arrange for someone to be at my house for them, so I was ecstatic that not only did Rub a Dub and Aaron come through, they were there in a matter of a couple hours because they knew that I had someone there to let them in.     We had a very stressful December when our sewer line basically became non-functional. Rub a dub came out and explained the relining option, which has worked beautifully and no digging and no mess. We had another quote from another plumbing company which was outrageously expensive.     This is a terrific company that does what they say theyre going to do in a timely and professional manner. We had a tree limb that worked through sewer line and they found and repaired it.     I had used Rub-A-Dub plumbing to put in my Aerobic Septic System. Thought I might have a problem with it so called them. They sent a tech who checked the system and it was working very good. It was then that it was identified that I had a clogged sewer line. Wayne spent the better part of two plus hours working on clearing the line as the clog was in a very difficult area to get to. He cleared the stoppage, cleaned up his work area and went over what he found and what he did. Great job!

    Just had Tim and Aaron out today to pump out my 3 septic tanks and repaired a broken flange under my toilet. Nice to be able to sit on my toilet without it wobbling or moving! I did think the costs were maybe a little pricey, but what do I know, Im a woman without knowledge of such repairs. I have always heard plumbers were high.     Oh my how nice and courteous the technicians Jon and Troy were when they came to service my septic system noticed I had CWoods out here twice to locate the septic system Tanks but to no avail they did not locate them but the two young men were able to find locate them and service them and give me a peace of mind. It blew my mind because CWoods were not even close they stated they were beneath my storage building. I tore it down and wasted money and time and come to find out. They would 8 foot away from the front of the garage side of the house. They called in a 24 year experience man and in no time pinpoint where the tanks were awesome job guys.

    We are very happy with the service we received from Tim. He arrived on time, during the service time we were scheduled for. He explained everything that was going to be done to our septic system and got the job done quickly. We had an issue with new lids not fitting the old risers, but he promised to come up with a solution to fix it soon as possible, and sure enough, he came back the very next day and got us fixed with the new lids.     Great service. Lisa was so helpful and polite on the phone. Mike showed up promptly even though it was a last minute call. Cleared our drain at a price we found acceptable. After he left our dishwasher overflowed and he returned within a half hour and took care of that. It was actually a problem we had created using drain opener. A great experience.     Mike Witherspoon was the Master Plumber assigned to an entire re-pipe of my home. He also installed a garbage disposal, relocated my outdoor garden faucet, found and unclogged my septic system, and finished pumping out the wet side of my septic system after another plumbing service did not sufficiently flush the entire system. Mike was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, generous, informative, quick, on time, diagnosed and resolved hiccups quickly and didnt push for over kill/priced services. He was also not afraid to get his hands dirty by quickly getting under the home to diagnose and repair problems the correct way. I joined their membership program which is entirely worth it, adds additional warranties, services, and a significant discount. It saved me at least 1000-1500$ in the long run. I would recommend Mike to any one needing plumbing services. Again have used them since the purchase of my home. Mike is always honest and efficient.

    In the course of having exterior work done on our home our contractor found a sewer pipe issue. I called several plumbers to schedule an appointment but due to the recent snow storm/power outage/water outage no one would even put me on their schedule. I called Rub A Dub and Ashley got me on their schedule for their next available appointment. Not one other plumber that I had called previous to Rub A Dub would do that. Ashley was kind and calm during what I am sure was a very hectic time, post snowpocalyps. Wes actually ended up being here a day early due to a cancellation. I got a text message saying he was on his way and it included a photo of him and reviews of Wes, specifically. That was such a plus for me. (The reviews of Wes are true - he’s a great guy!) Wes was professional, kind, informative - everything that you hope someone in the service industry will be. Turns out our fix was a simple one (even tho Wes had to deal with sewage.) but Wes answered all of my questions and concerns anyhow. My husband and I are so pleased with Wes and Rub A Dub that we plan to use him/them for an upcoming gut of the inside of our home. The fact that Rub A Dub offers a 5% military discount was awesome, too.

    This is the 2nd time Mark has come and completed work for us. The first time, he moved pipes and relocated a toilet in our master bath. During this visit, Mark completed our toilet with a valve, hooked up the sink, and completed the piping and valves for the new shower. Although the toilet and shower aren’t set because the tiling has yet to be completed, the sink is set and complete! It’s beautiful! I’m so excited! It was a problem caused by the citys plumbing at the street. Kyle called the city office for me and they were able to respond before he left. The problem was resolved.Kyle was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed about the issues.Rub-a-Dub plumbing was able to replace plumbing pipes that collapsed after the freeze in 2021.     Mark did a fantastic job for us. He was curtious and professional, and very confident in the task at hand. He arrived in the time that was specified. He even went a step above his job.     Aaron Trapp was on time, respectful of our property and has excellent communication skills. There were no surprises. Our aging plumbing has had some sketchy things done to it throughout the years, but he was unfazed. He took time to educate us, and he explained several alternative cost saving options. No one likes to call a plumber, but this was as good of an experience as it could be thanks to Aarons outstanding professionalism.
