    Gentleman arrived on time. I was concerned that the gas line to the fireplace is working. Also I needed a tutorial on how to light it. The technician was polite, well groomed ( not everyone is, so it’s worth recognition. He spent a lot of time explaining how and what to do. With polar vortexes in the forecast, I feel much better.     Had to spend more than I wanted but thought it fair. 13 year old hot water heater. Prices DO go up! Service and the tech were great. Know the installation was done well and should last another 12-13 years! No complaints only praise! Highly recommend!

    Our entire plumbing system was backed up (city not septic). The lady who answered the phone was eager to help and very professional. She got them to the house same day. The plumbers were very professional. They put on booties when coming inside. They snakes the pipes, fixed the current problem and let me know what caused it. When i told them my neighbor had a leak they promptly went over to try to help. The best part is that they are doing a food drive and took money off my bill for donations. It was a great experience.     Jacob was very knowledgeable about everything, told me up front what was wrong and gave me three options to choose from. In the end the fan motor was replaced and upgraded with a serge protector.     We had a great experience with C.Woods Company! We had a pipe spring a leak on Sunday and I was able to call and schedule a plumber to come on Monday morning. The plumber, Brandon, finished his first job early and was able to arrive early. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done, including worst case scenario, having the replace the pressure regulator, along with possible costs. He worked quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable and Brandon worked to make sure the worst case scenario didnt happen. I would definitely use this company again and will ask for Brandon. I will recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done.

    The company called to let us know the repairman was on his way. Brandon arrived and heard our $400 plus water bill concerns and went to work to find the leak. He was able to locate the leak and made the necessary repairs. Brandon was very polite and kept us informed as he worked. Nice young man.     When our washing machine was draining the water was gushing out from under the toilet in the adjacent powder room. I found C Woods plumbing with a 4.8 star rating and over 3k reviews online and called. I was greeted by a helpful dispatcher who scheduled an appointment with Vincent who arrived and got right to work. The ordeal began at about 11:30 an and Vincent was there by 1:30 pm. He removed the commode, snaked the pipe until he located the clog. He ran a camera through the pipe to make sure it was clear, replaced the wax ring and toilet then he cleaned. Excellent service! Well, that is just bad business.

    Had a clogged drain where the washing machine drains. Called Saturday morning around 10am and they had a representative at my house just after noon. Paul the technician was GREAT! He quickly assessed the situation and went straight to work. Once the clog was cleared he ran the washing machine on a full load then let it drain. While draining he watched the flow of water through the main clean out to verify water was flowing properly (he called me over to see as well). I’ve had a few clogs over the years and have never seen anyone check the flow of water through the main clean out. He then took the time to give me a quote on a few other projects we are wanting to have done. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend their services for anyone needing plumbing work done.

    Daniel was above and beyond with his service. We called for a quote on a thermostat upgrade (after getting our outside condenser replaced) and found other issues which were causing our house to still not cool. Daniel stayed for over an hour searching everything, educating me and typing up 4 different quotes of all my different options. After choosing the one that best fit our financial abilities, he got right to work ordering. No question was dumb and he was constantly available for any questions i had. The office ladies i’ve spoke with are beyond helpful. They even text you pictures of the technician before the arrive and brief description about them. That made me even more at ease as the first tech Gabriel came while my wife was alone at home. He wasn’t 100% on his answer so he called Daniel out. I can’t recommend this company enough. We left for labor day weekend and came home to a still, hot house and now our whole system isn’t working(this is still prior to the work he is about to do) and so we are greatly looking forward to him coming out and fixing everything. He and his superior worked around the technical issue and suggested they quote a number a bit lower than normal in the event the system was not back up. I hate that plumber service is as expensive as it is - I remember ... when a loaf of bread /// but the reality is he fixed the problem I could not and there are a bunch of hidden costs for having 24/7 access to experienced help.     Broken pipe/connection caused by Cypress tree roots caused a leak/standing water around water meter, Paul and his apprentice-Colton were very friendly, informative and fixed my problem.
