We have become close with Lees plumbing and all the wonderful ladies in the office after purchasing a house that was poorly “flipped”. I cannot be more thankful or say enough positive things about how quickly they fit us in and complete major projects on our property. They have helped us with everything from installing a new dishwasher to digging under the foundation to install a P trap, and servicing our septic system that was never maintained by the previous owner. They always give me peace of mind that the jobs are done correctly, and we will never use another plumber for as long as we live in Whitehouse!

They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. The pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprises. Lees Plumbing installed our tankless water heater 2 years ago for a reasonable price compared to others. We recently had an issue with a tricky and hard to diagnose code 11 problem. Noah and Scooter came and worked on it while getting assistance from the manufacturer. This was followed up by Samuel. We now seem to have that issue resolved. They do so many kinds of plumbing it is hard to remember to call them for every need, but I will from now on. These employees are trained, experienced and professional. We appreciate that we got no run around and got our problem fixed expediently and efficiently.

To my surprise from the time, I called to the time of arrival it was 2 hours!!! I called Lees Plumbing because our tankless water heater wasnt heating water. Ross and Tony came to our house in 1 1/2 hours, diagnosed the problem and told us exactly what we needed. They were professional, polite, and careful.They ordered the part and 5 days later it came in. In the mean time, Tonya let us know that she was calling the parts distributor daily to make sure the part was sent as soon as possible. When the part came in Noah and Hubie (I hope I spelled Hubie correctly) showed up the next morning and not only fixed the problem, but found another problem and fixed it saving us time and money. This company is very professional and cares about how they perform and they coordinate with each other seamlessly. Thank you for heating our water again Lees Plumbing!

Tonya worked us into schedule for same day service as our Navien tankless water heater had a failure error so no hot water for three days. Sam and Trent arrived two hours later, diagnosed the problem and completed repairs. Totally professional, knowledgeable people and a pleasure to work with. We could not be more pleased with the level of service we received from the first phone call to completion of repairs. We strongly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs but most particularly anything to do with tankless water heaters. Thank you!

I had a water heater leaking, and they were out here the next morning with a cant be beat initial visit/estimate price that was wrapped into the repair costs, which were competitive. They worked with me to find a solution. They were able to fix the problem that very same afternoon. They were professional; they cleaned up after themselves well; they were QUICK. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I will remember Lees for my future plumbing repairs for sure!Updated 8/7/2020 - This is the SECOND time in a year that I have had them come out. The first time (see above). THIS time, we had a water leak we didnt find out about until the middle of the day. Chase came out and fixed the leak right away. I have used Lees Plumbing seevices for many years, both for residential and commercial properties. Theyve always done a great job - or I would not have continued to use them. The most recent job they did for me was exceptional as it was quite a challenge. They found the source of a leak in my 500 gal propane tank that the propane tank had given up on finding....it turned out to be a miniscule crack on the UNDERSIDE of the regulator! In my opinion, they are miracle workers! I highly recommend Lees Plumbing as they are tried and true! - Jo D
