Kason Mitchell explained the problem, fixed the problem, and left the work-site looking very nice with the soil filled in nicely and grass back in place. He changed his shoes and put booties on over his shoes before entering the house. Kason is a very pleasant person and a very good plumber.

I had to replace an 18 year old tankless water heater. I called Mink plumbing for a new unit. Travis arrived Tuesday with a new Rinnai to replace the old unit which was another brand. First he made sure that my propane supply lines were adequate. He was able to utilize the recessed housing that held the previous unit. He replaced all the nearby plumbing (gas and water) . I now have steady dependable hot water with a clean looking professional installation (which I had been lacking) that now allows the unit to be easily serviced and function for many many years. This was first class quality service without a doubt in any area.

Came home from my wife’s birthday lunch to find a major water line break in front of our house, on our side of the meter, of course. Got the water turned off and called Mink Plumbing. They were able to send Jimmy and Harrison over who arrived within a couple hours. Got an estimate for the repairs which was reasonable, and the work started. Turned out the repairs were more complicated than expected due to the high water pressure in our neighborhood and the location of the break near the meter. But these guys kept at it, calling in additional personnel and parts until it was properly repaired a couple hours later. The plumbing service itself was excellent, but what really impressed me was that they honored their initial estimate. Can’t go wrong with Mink Plumbing.

Our water filtration system was installed within a matter of hours by Hunter and Dalton. The area where pipes were installed was clean. They showed us how to operate the shut off and bypass. We are happy with the Halo filtration system installed. We have used Mink Plumbing before. The Mink Plumbing prices are comparable with other plumbing services; Mink is always timely, responsive, gives good business, and we can trust their technicians.

(Update) I had an issue with two stopped up drains. Kason from Mink fixed the issues, and gave me reduced pricing, which was nice. I recommend using Mink Plumbing because Ive only had positive experiences with everyone Ive come into contact with, and they get the job done right.(Previous) Minks replaced an old water heater, a yard faucet, and fixed a sink. They were reasonable with pricing, and the two plumbers who did the work, and office manager I spoke with were all really nice and helpful. This was the best plumbing experience Ive had as a homeowner. Ill definitely be using them again for future projects.

But - periodically - we still noticed a very faint gas odor. Dalton found the source of the leak so we can have it resolved. He was diligent, professional, and a great communicator. I also love that Mink Plumbing sent me a picture of the plumber who would be coming to our house with a map tracker so I would know when he would be arriving. I appreciate that very much.

Mink Plumbing has worked with me on an eight-month odyssey to locate and address a mysterious leakage of water in my home. Luis Fuentes has been the lead plumber on the job, assisted at various times by others including Kason, Kevin, Jimmy, Houston, Milton, as well as Kelsi and Sarah in the front office. All have been consistently professional and genuinely helpful and caring. Luis has been exemplary in his professional interactions with me, as we worked through painstakingly tracing and correcting several sources of smaller leaks. The main leak was finally discovered within the foundation slab. At that point, I elected to replace all the aging lines with new, up-to-date piping. Luis bore the brunt of the painstaking installation of the new lines in the multiple tiny attic spaces in the house, although a number of other Mink employees worked on the job.I highly recommend Luis and all the employees at Mink Plumbing from the front office, the supervisors, and the frontline plumbers. I have never dealt with a more professional plumbing operation

I recently called Mink Plumbing regarding a drainage problem in my kitchen. I own a duplex and lease the other side next to me. The tenant was having the same problem. I had called and had the grease trap tanks drained, but that didnt help. I picked Mink Plumbing because I knew they were local, family owned and had been in business for quite a while. I spoke with Sarah. She was so helpful and got me scheduled for their tech to come out and give me an estimate. She called me when the tech was on his way. I thought it would be one person, however, I got a team! Three men came. They were a great team and had everything dug up, figured out, cleaned up and presented with an estimate within 45 minutes of arrival. They explained and showed me what needed to be done. They were polite and respectful (Kudos to their Moms). All I had to do was call Sarah and get the job scheduled. They all worked together as a team. Awesome! Thats why I like using local businesses. Was very impressesd and would highly recommend.

Today was my first time using mink plumbing service and I’m blown away by the amazing service we received with Bryant Rhodes here at mink plumbing! He was extremely helpful and generous, and oh so kind and patient with my two young ones who insisted on watching and helping. I could not recommend mink services and their employee Bryant Rhodes in particular enough! Thank you mink plumbing for the great service and amazing employees ❤️

Had a busted pipe or 2 Milton and Dalton came out , and in know time told us what was going on and what we needed , gave us a few options and we chose the best for us. We were Very pleased with them. We’ve used Mink Plumbing twice, and they’ve done a fantastic job both times! The technicians have been knowledgeable, friendly, and explain each situation in a way that’s easily understood. The office staff is friendly and helpful in getting appointments scheduled as quickly as possible. We’ll definitely be using them again!

Dawson did a great job unclogging a main condensate drain located below the air handler and water heater. The drain access was only accessible by crawling through a 12x24 return air vent opening. He then had to run a plumbers snake 75’ into the drain. Not an easy task. Dawson had a great attitude through the entire process. Most people get irritable working in tight spaces for extended periods.Great job!
