Had a sewer line leak and busted pipes in the sprinkler system. Called Benjamin Franklin on a Sunday and they had a tech out in about an hour to assess and fix everything the same day. I am very pleased with their timeliness, professionalism, and a job well done. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any of your plumbing needs. This was my first time using them and I will be calling them if the need arises in the future.

Will and Dawson arrived and located the pipe I thought was the issue, but ultimately found out that this pipe was abandoned but still connected. They managed to get the camera snake to go the other way and found the other path which was a huge help to me. Will put together an estimate for a long term fix for my plumbing issues.Both gentlemen were polite and friendly and very good at their craft.

Very professional, we called and had someone come out same day. Once we realized we cost we decided to call our home warranty company to see if any of the damage would be covered, we decided to go ahead and pay to get fixed through Benjamin Franklin and they came BACK out SAME day and fixed the leak in our bathroom! They were able to get to the leak without breaking through our newly renovated tiled bathtub. They were so kind and courteous. Truthfully it’s is hard to find this type of professionalism these days with businesses in general. They were awesome and although I truly hope we don’t have any plumbing issues in the near future, if/whenever we do, we will be calling them!! Thank you Benjamin Franklin plumbing!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received that I am taking the time to write this. My wife called me at work yesterday to tell me that there was water flooding in my front lawn. After showing me the situation on a FaceTime call it was evident that I had a water pipe break out by the shut off valve in front of my house. I was at work out of town and could not go home to make the repair. I called and spoke to a dispatcher explaining my problem. He called me back within two minutes to tell me a technician was on the way to my house. I received both email and text message confirmation of this along with a photograph of the technician who would be arriving. The technician arrived, spoke to my wife, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. I received an email invoice along with pictures of the repair after it was completed. Overall, this was a very professional and seamless transaction. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been an amazing company to have come do work for me. I added a propane tank to my house and wanted the propane run into the house for a stove and a future furnace. Aurelio came out in February and gave me a quote to run the lines into the house. He brought a helper with him and while Aurelio did the quote the helper was nice enough to insulate the rest of the water lines in my attic so I no longer had to worry about them freezing. Score one for Aurelio.The quote came back within what I was willing to pay and Aurelio came back out and ran the lines for me. He did a good job.About a month later I got the propane stove and had it installed. Here is where things get interesting. I bought a gas install kit. Hooked the stove up. I had the propane company come in and change out the orifices in the stove and the change the regulator from natural gas to propane. I figured I was all set. Shortly after the stove starting not working correctly. The burners seemed to be not high enough, the stove took FOREVER to heat up, and when you turned on either the burners or the stove it made this WEIRD gurgling noise. After a couple months the oven wouldnt heat past 175 degrees.I called Benjamin Franklin and they got me in touch with Aurelio. He had no idea what was the issue. I finally called Samsung and since the oven was under warranty they sent a factory tech out to look at the oven. That tech found water in the propane line. I was completely perplexed. How could water get in if gas was not leaking out??I called Benjamin Franklin and they sent out Joey, the manager and Brian out to try and figure out what was wrong. Joey said in the 26 years he has been doing this he has never seen anything like this. The water was only in the flex line between the wall and the stove. The only thing they could figure out was that because propane is cold, the backflow valve was restricting the flow and creating condensation in the time. Which explains why the problem kept getting worse and worse. Brian and Joey went to the nearby hardware store. Bought a new flex line and installed it with out the backflow valve and the stove heated up and the burners had WAY better flames.I am beyond grateful to all of the people at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for fixing a head scratching situation for me. Will definitely refer them and use them again. Thank you!!!

It required removal and replacement which William did in under two hours. William was professional and explained my options. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing actually completed the job almost a day before they were originally scheduled to come out. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.Aurelio came out to our house to test our water for impurities and hardness. We did agree to have them install a whole house filtration system and water softener. Aurelio has provided service for us before.Aurelio came today to install my new whole house water filter and water softener. The filter and water softener looks great! Aurelio will return in a week to check out the system performance. I’m happy with the result.Aurelio came out today to help with our shower and two toilets that were having issues. They’re not 24 hours for nothing! I had an emergency call at 10:30 PM. They had a guy out in 30 minutes. Gage was the technician. Knowledgeable and polite young man who solved the problem of a clogged HVAC drain line flooding into my home. There was some additional work to be done to remedy this situation, and Gage returned first thing in the morning and wrapped it up within an hour.I’ve used Ben Franklin in the past. They are efficient, professional, and reasonably priced.I made the mistake of calling C Woods once, And deeply regretted it. I had scheduled an appointment back in the day with C Woods during normal business hours, nonemergency. When they showed up, they wanted $380 just to walk in the door before they even looked at the problem. I sent them packing and called Ben Franklin. $59. service fee, & my problem solved within the hour. Nice!

Before leaving he gave me estimates on work that I will have done in the future to prevent clogging. My house was built in the 70s. Very satisfied with the service I received and it was raining.

Aurelio repaired our eroded pipes, was courteous, and didn’t take long to complete the job…all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! 😊

Youve done well for me in the past so Ill use you again. Im a senior citizen/veteran on a fixed income so $99.00 is a significant expenditure.

The company called me to let me know the plumber was on his way to my house. I like heads up always. He induce himself and the company. The respect they have to step inside your home and cover their boots with booties , to keep my floors clean is a 10 plus for me. I beleive his name was Danny, good polite fella. He was very professional . He recommend a shut off value off from my main line, so if I happened to have an emergency flooding inside the house I could turn it off there. John Axford was fantastic! He and Keetun installed a 42 gas line to our new gas stove. They did great work! I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumber. John was on time for the estimate and very professional and thorough. He explored our options and explained 2 of our 3 existing lines were not viable as one pipe was corroded and the other pipe was too small for the stove capacity. We were able to get an appointment that fit our schedule perfectly. He went above and beyond by repairing the line to the gas heater as well. 5 stars!

I have a 40 year old house. Houses back then were made with cast iron plumbing, which have a 40-ish year old shelf life. The outflow plumbing was starting to go, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came in, diagnosed the problem, showed me photographs, and quoted me a price which was below my expectations.They pulled out the pipe to the road and replaced with PVC, and performed the work over 2 days, making sure that I had minimal (a couple hours or so) time in which I couldnt use the restroom or run water in the house.The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and very careful around my various lawn features (sprinkler system, yard lighting with underground power, etc).

I called early in the morning about some sink issues I was having. Scottie from the main office was super friendly and informed me they may be able to squeeze us in on the same day. Not 2 hours later, they called back and had someone on the way. When Ty arrived - he was extremely polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and cranked it out within an hour. This was on the day that everyone was experiencing the aftermath of the ice storm. He arrived promptly and quickly got to work. He was up front with us about the cost of repairs before he began work and told us that if the repairs made did not fix the problem, we would not be charged. Benjamin Franklin even has a warrantee on their work, so if something goes wrong after repairs are made, they’ll come out and fix it at no cost. John was very professional and honest. We will absolutely be using Benjamin Franklin again in the future if need be. Thank y’all so much for coming out during the holiday season, it is greatly appreciated. Love these guys.
