I contacted Mauch after having someone pump my septic tank without resolving the problem. Cody returned my call promptly and had Josh come out to fix it. I have a pretty old house, and my septic system isnt the best, but Josh and the other guy (I didnt get his name) were able to get things up and running without me having to put in a new system, and that was my biggest fear because I know it isnt in great shape.Heres what impressed me: They responded to my call with concern and without pressuring me to make any financial decisions over the phone. The guys thought outside the box, and figured out a way to get me a working toilet again within my budget. They stand by their work, and are super polite and friendly (they made me feel very comfortable while they were in my home, and cleaned up well after themselves). I will definitely be keeping their number on hand and highly recommend them!

Josh came out to troubleshoot my Rheem tankless water heater that had been giving us some problems. After speaking with Josh for a couple of minutes, I could tell that I finally had met someone who really knew what he was talking about. His knowledge of tankless water heaters is unmatched. Josh and Cody are always helpful. The rates are reasonable. They have plumbed a cabana and run a propane line for me. Most recently they have run a camera on a slow draining sink. I am very pleased with their service. They are always responsive and reasonably priced!

They did their jobs quickly and thoroughly, all while letting my kiddos watch and giving them impromptu lessons. I really appreciate Mauchs professionalism. They assessed my plumbing situation involving a six year old water heater. They provided me two options to address the issue. No hard sales involved, just straight forward, honest salesmanship. They answered my inquires honestly as I weighed my options. (I had another bid prior that was far in excess to theirs, that pushed for new hardware all around and flat out turned me off.) Really glad I called these guys.
