    I used Watson Plumbing to fix some issues I had in my new shop build. I wish I would have called them first. They do things the correct way. Everything is top notch, from communication, workmanship, punctuality. Their guys care and they won’t leave unless it’s right. They walked the job with me when they were done and explained everything they did and why and asked if I was happy with everything before they left. I Highly recommend.

    I highly recommend Watson plumbing. They were courteous and professional from the scheduling of my appointment through the entire work time and payment. They left my home in way better condition than when they arrived! We had sewage backup into my children’s shower and bathroom floor…….ugh! They repaired the problems and removed the sludge so this mom can face sanitizing the bathroom without being horrified. They are my heroes today without a doubt!

    The employees were great! They fixed all the issues we had and also flushed both water heaters. We have concerns about our water quality and they provided a recommendation for a whole home filtration system.     The outside faucets at my mother’s house hadn’t been worked on in the 55 years of existence and they leaked and were near impossible to use. I live out of town so I called Watson to schedule a call when I was visiting. They were very helpful with the scheduling and the two techs arrived a few minutes early, examined the problem and after my approval rebuilt the three faucets with new parts. I expected the faucets to need replacing but after rebuilding they work like new and saved us a lot of money. The techs were very polite and did the work quickly. I would recommend Watson without hesitation!

    After the snow storm, I was having trouble finding someone to repair a gas leak from a corroded pipe. Looking online, I saw Watson had great reviews, so I called and the receptionist kindly had someone come to my rescue today. Jacob and Jason arrived promptly and were so friendly.     Javi and his teammate were EXCELLENT!! I was absolutely pleased. They called and let me know when they would arrive and they did a fantastic job fixing busted pool pipe. I have used Watson now on 3 occasions. I have always been pleased!!! I will continue to use them going forward and you can trust them.... Oh, and the young lady who answers the phone and schedules, is polite and responsive. If she says she will call you back, she will. Not sure what else I can say but thank you!! Dont hesitate!!

    They had to put back together the pipe from the water heater using screws and tape. They checked the outside vent on the roof and went into the attic to make sure all the carbon dioxide was going outside. They also replaced the flusher in tne tank and tighten the tank.

    Before I called WATSON PLUMBING I had another local plumbing business try to resolve my plumbing issues and that was a mistake as that company was more concerned about charging for service than fixing the issue. WATSON PLUMBING not only went above and beyond in their service but they have really good folks working for them, Dillon , Jose and another individual who’s name I didn’t remember to get were professional, detail oriented and dedicated to providing a far superior service than other companies I have had work on my plumbing issues.     This year in Texas we had a horrific winter storm come through with temperatures below zero. During this storm my business had several busted pipes flooding large portions of our building. Watson plumbing came through for us in a way that no other vendor would. They were very polite and very quick to respond to the call. They went above and beyond by having the water shut off within the hour so they could then come back later in the day to make the repair. Nothing but great things to say about everyone involved.     My brother told us not to trust anyone but Watson Plumbing, and since he is in the building business, we listened, and were absolutely delighted with the results. The two guys sent to our house were polite and were informative( told me what to expect when they replaced the water heater), prompt (the water was off & back on quickly, and they were at our house EXACTLY when they said they would be, with a text to say they were on their way), quiet (no loud music or telephone conversations), clean (removed their shoes when coming into my house AND they cleaned up not only the mess in the water heater closet, but took away all their trash and the old 75 gal HUNORMOUS tank, AND cleaned out the debris created in the driveway!!), and were VERY patient with my added request to look at the shower head leak. I couldn’t even have imagined such wonderful and complete service, but to get it with nice plumbers who were knowledgable and reassuring and reasonable in their charges was beyond words for EXCELLENT. If I could give them an infinity number of stars for a rating, I would! And I thank my brother for the recommendation because we have had some real horror stories in the past and some OK folks, but none like these guys. I thought they were from a time past they were so good, but all their insight was very up to date and on target for today’s needs in the plumbing world!!
