My hot water heater went out over a month ago. I still have a Home Warranty so I made a request with them first. They got me in contact with Super Plumbers to fulfill my repair request. Someone came out and looked things over in a timely manner. When my Home Warranty got back with me about their determination, I was told they would cover the costs of my new hot water heater, but that I would need to cover some other additional costs associated, as they were not covered with my Home Warranty. I expected to have to come out of pocket with SOME money, but the amount provided wasnt what I was initially expecting. I didnt immediately have that. I let Super Plumbers know immediately that I would need a little time to get the money together, and I did want to continue with the process. I am SO appreciative of them allowing me the time to get the money together so I could have my new hot water heater put in. Someone called me weekly or so to check the status. They were always nice and extremely understanding of my situation. I understand that they may not usually wait the amount of time they allowed me, but I am forever thankful to them for allowing some grace this time. Its been a struggle lately and this just helped so much. They did a great job and worked quickly. I called the guy that came out to do the work how much I appreciated him as well. Although j cant remember his name. He was extremely nice and extended an invitation to call if i needed any other repairs done. Which I do haha, and I will think of them again in the future. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Thanks for providing great service.Ive noticed a few negative reviews here... and I also noticed that these were usually when the owners were trying to use a home warranty type of service. Ive used those in the past, but just be aware that MOST of the frustration comes with the limitations placed on the vendors by the home warranty company. The home warranty companies are riding the thin line between maximizing profit and keeping homeowners from screaming too much. And the service professionals generally get caught in the middle. So manage your expectations with a home warranty company is all Im saying.

We became acquainted with this company through our home warranty service and used them on our own. Service is always thorough and professional all the numerous times we have had them out. Very reasonable prices. Love these guys! December 2022. We needed a tub installed after fixing our bathroom subfloor. Our contractor said he called around and couldn’t find any plumbers to do the installation. We called Super Plumbers and Matt came out in just a couple of hours to give an estimate. Matt and Adam are wonderful. When we have a plumbing problem, they come out right away. I would never call anyone else!

Our realtor called in Super Plumbers for the plumbing inspection on our house before we bought it, and weve used them ever since. First Kevin, and now Adam. Not only has their work been top-notch, but theyre professional and informative while being personable, as well. Weve been extremely pleased with the work theyve done on our old house and well be calling them for any work in the future. Which, considering our house still has the old galvanized pipes from ~1939, well likely be calling them a lot until it all gets replaced! But Im okay with that, theyre kind people and work hard to accommodate schedules and needs. Plus, our cats like them.

From the estimate to the job completion, all steps were quick, smooth, and professional, and I greatly appreciate the transparency on price, exactly what isn’t up to code and the steps to be taken during the heater install process to get everything up to code. Loved that I can see exactly where my tech is in real time while waiting for him. And Adam took measures to save me money during the job so that my final cost was the minimum price given in my estimate, down to the penny. Explained everything in detail during the estimate and again after job completion, answering all questions patiently and thoroughly. I’ll definitely be using you guys again for any plumbing needs.

The technician always asks if there’s anything else they can help with and if I have any additional questions they could answer. I have used Super Plumbers for small problems like a slow drain to big issues such as replacing a tankless water heater. I have been very pleased every time with their excellent service.

Adam was personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. The dispatcher was very helpful and courteous as well. I called that morning around 730 and they were able to be there that afternoon (was not an emergency). They were also timely and efficient. Im not certain about the value as I did not receive other quotes, but I paid around $375 for parts and labor for replacing my pressure relief valve and $75 to replace a part in my toilet. The service charge was $50, but I used a coupon from their website to get 10% off discount, which basically covered the service charge. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would most definitely use them again and would highly recommend they at least give you a quote!

Have used them before, have used them recently, and will use them again and again. Love how they keep in touch with you via email and phone for appointments. Doesnt get any better. Recently (2019-05-31) had the pleasure of working with Matthew, Brandon and Brandon. Yup, two Brandons. The job was trickier than most - a slab leak in a 35 year old home - and the concrete slab was simply off the chart (see image). What should have been drywall behind some old paneling turned out to be solid concrete. Regardless, SP to the rescue! Mission accomplished. Highly recommended!

Super plumbers is very dependable and they do exactly what they say theyre going to do. I had previously given a bad review for this company on a home warranty call, but after having them back out to my home to troubleshoot an issue with a new water heater (previously replaced by another company) not providing hot water, I wanted to give a second opinion.I believe the first visit from their technician occurred when neither myself or the technician were seeing eye to eye. The second visit from Matthew was a totally different experience. He and I worked together to correct some plumbing issues, and I’m now very pleased with him.At yet another visit from Super Plumbers for the same hot water issue (not an issue with anything they had done), I had the pleasure of working with Joe, as Matthew was not working that day. Joe was very knowledgeable and helped point me in the right direction to get my issue resolved.I would recommend Super Plumbers if you need any plumbing work done.

Ive used Matt in the past for various jobs from snaking out the drain to busting out the slab to fix the P-Trap for a washing machine. Today I met Brandon for the first time. Was here within half an hour from when I called and this was a Saturday. Fixed my problem and gave me some pointers on how to avoid future problems. Ive been very happy with Superplumbers and would highly recommend them. Everyone Ive met so far are polite, clean cut, individuals with clean and well maintained equipment.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink, contacted super plumbers and got a response within hours confirming an appointment for the next day. Was contacted twice prior to their arrival to confirm the appt and then to let me know they were on their way. I appreciated this as I like to be updated continuously. Both plumbers were wearing masks (during covid) and were professional and quick to get to the problem. He identified the issue within seconds and fixed it within minutes. They gave me an unused pen (to keep) to sign the work order so there would be no cross contamination. The problem was fixed within 24 hours of contacting the company. The plumbers were in and out of the house in under 7 minutes having fixed the leak effectively and efficiently. Will recommend and use again.

Excellent service!!! These guys are a rare find!!! That 5 star rating is there for a reason!!!(I have owned an older home for seven years and spent thousands of dollars in plumbing repairs. I have hired half a dozen Tyler area plumbers during that time and never wrote a review for any others. Some were okay. Others were downright awful and dishonest. I should have written negative reviews for a couple of them. I was referred to Super Plumbers by my home warranty company and I regret that I didnt know about them until now.)They repaired a leak and gave me an estimate for repairing/replacing a gas fireplace (not covered by my warranty). I was very impressed with their service. They were refreshingly honest, arrived during the estimated time frame and asked before they cut away some sheetrock to access the repair. Without me even asking - they suggested options to save me money on the gas fireplace (even though it would reduce their profits) and completely cleaned up their plumbing repair mess - leaving the area CLEANER THAN THEY FOUND IT!!!.To top it off they were very respectful, polite and friendly.I will certainly use them for future repairs and refer them to my friends.Disclaimer: I am writing this review because I was telling them how much I appreciated their above average service and was asked if I would mind writing a review on Google. Of course!!! I am so pleased with their work that I want to take the time to share my positive experience with anyone else looking for a good, honest plumber. A professional employee named Adam was here yesterday looking at a leak with my water heater. My house is old and he mentioned all that was needed to bring it to code and it was a bit, pretty much new everything. I said, ok and he got started. After about 5 minutes he calls me back and showed me that he found the issue with leak and it was simply a clogged drain pipe!Adam saved me a bunch of money yesterday. Tried to do laundry this morning, found out the sewer pipe was clogged. Called Super Plumbers around 11 and the young lady said somebody would be out between 4 and 7. By 12:30, Adam was already at our house, cleared the clog and then ran a camera down the pipe. Turns out that when the sprinkler people installed the sprinkler system years ago, their trencher hit the sewer pipe and they didnt fix it. Adam had another job scheduled, but came back around 4:30 and did the repair to the broken section. Great guy, great service, definitely recommend Super Plumbers very highly.

I run a big facility maintenance company and this is by far on top of the ball. When I call they jump on the issue and treat it as if this is happening at their own house! Fantastic company and I will be telling all of my vendors in the area to use them!
