Timothy and Josh were both friendly and nice to my 4 year old, which I really appreciated! Theyre good about explaining everything patiently to you, and they include pictures of what they did on their emailed invoice.

AC condensation line floor drain in hall closet was backed up and overflowing early on a Saturday evening..Called American Plumbing after hours line and got an immediate call back from David Perez who was on call. He was able to get here in just a few hours after completing his current repair job. We appreciated receiving a text when he was on his way with his name, photo and information. On arrival he was polite and knowledgeable and quickly cleared the drain line under the slab while keeping us apprised of the steps he was taking. He worked quickly and neatly and so far the problem seems to have been solved. We were very relieved to have this done and on a weekend evening and get a thirty day warranty on the work.

He assessed the proper method for the repair and got it done, waiting the recommended time for the glue to set. We are thrilled to have water in the house again, and the Senior discount was nice too!

Im a maintenance manager and the occasional need for a professional plumber comes up from time to time. Ive used American Plumbing on multiple occasions. Ive used them to handle both large and small plumbing problems.. Anything from shower fixtures I couldnt find parts for, to finding large underground leaks and repairs. Most times Ive called theyve gotten to me the next day and some times in the same day depending on their schedule and how early I call. Occasionally it has taken two days due to them being booked up. They always inform me of this and what do you know they show up a day early because of cancellations etc. So far I havent had anything they havent been able to handle for us.

I was impressed by their respect for customers home by wearing shoe covers! Tim was lead plumber and provided such courteous, friendly, and most importantly attention to detail in servicing my sink. Decided on removing disposal and not replacing. Tim installed new drain piping and checked all connections with dishwasher and sink water flow. Carson did great job replacing my washing machine water hoses, and Tim even replaced my dryer vent hose with one I had purchased. Oh, thanks Tim for sweeping up the dust bunnies :)I have been a loyal customer of American Plumbing for over a decade. Highly recommend them! They are reasonable too in their charges. Im so happy with this company. I called 3 places in need of someone the same day. They were so considerate of my needs they said they would arrive between 1and 3 and two nice gentlemen arrived at 1:00. I was so happy due to the stress we were under this was a blessing for them to come the same day. Josh and Israel were the two plumbers assisting me. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything going on under my home. Work will be completed today Im sure I wont be disappointed. I appreciate Troy as well. He was quick to get someone here and explain over the phone what to expect. This is the place to call when you need quick and friendly plumbers. Our situation was not an easy fix. Due to our home being an old pier and beam most piping was original. Unfortunately, the quick fix we were hoping for was not possible and new piping will be needed. Im VERY skeptical about maintenance men and mechanics. So, believe me when I tell you that this company is honest. I was impressed with the level of service we received. I called at 9:30 am and had an inspector out around 10:30am. He located the problems, gave us a very reasonable quote, and we had a plumber out fixing our problem (clogged pipe, new hot water heater, leaking sink) three hours later. They were detailed, professional, and sincere. The inspector even showed a great deal of empathy towards our situation (it was really bad). You dont get customer service like this every day. I usually dont write reviews, but, as a new homeowner, Ive come to appreciate this insiders view when I need repairmen.

Arrived a little after they said, but that is understandable. Plumbers have been busy in this part of the world for the past several weeks. When he got here, it turned out I did not need a new garbage disposal, just some tightening and realignment on the old one. Did the work quickly and well. I will use American Plumbing again when I need a plumber.

This is the 2nd time American Plumbing has been out to our house. Tim and Tom were dispatched out to unclog our sewer main late in the afternoon. They were both very professional, friendly and knowlagable. After showing them the issue, they quickly got the drain machine out of the truck, pulled the and reset the toilet and cleaned up. We had a complicated repair on a tankless water heater. It required several days of work, troubleshooting and parts orders. Tim from American handled the warranty with the manufacturer and we were able to get the heat exchanger overnighted. It is so nice having hot water again and we could not be happier with the service and the price.
