Thanks Blue Star Plumbing for an epic response time and amazing Customer Service for our rental plumbing service. Ayaz called me promptly throughout the visit to provide me updates of his findings and his action plan to complete the diagnostic test. Their service was honest and thorough. I am especially grateful for the first time customer benefits they offered. The inspection which included a complete diagnostic test, CCTV of our sewer lines and a hydrostatic test were all complimentary. Thanks for the quick save!

Cory came out first thing Monday morning to camera a leaky cast iron drain pipe I found beneath the slab of our home. He ran into a serious clogged drain with the camera, a clog another company removed the previous working day. Bryant and Cory spent a good bit of time working on the clog and got it removed. After the problem was diagnosed and fixed, Bryant replaced the bad cast iron pipes to the kitchen and master bathroom, with no leaks. One of their master plumbers stopped by to give advice/options to the crew and I. Shannon even dropped by later in the day. I highly recommend this team, they are knowledgeable, hardworking, professional, and affordable.

Came and removed our old water heater and put in the new water heater in only 1.5 hrs for only $500 (doesnt include purchase cost of water heater or disposal fee). They found out that the whole bottom was completely rusted out when they moved the water heater and the whole thing went all over the floor. Helped mostly clean up the mess and helped move the water heater away from our back door to one of our sheds.

Have had problems with our tank-less water heater ever since it was installed about 4 years ago by a different plumbing company. The installer company came out three times but could not locate the problem. A friend recommended Blue Star Plumbing and I had been hearing their ads on the radio so decided to give them a shot. Bryant came out, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and discovered that the system was never installed properly in the first place! A quick re-wire and a couple of dip-switch changes and all was working perfectly. Highly recommend Blue Star Plumbing!

These guys are the best ive ever dealt with!Extremely knowledgeable.I have old cast iron drain lines. Our bath backed up the other day during laundry and everything was slow to drain.Tried to save a few bucks by purchasing my own low end plumbing snake machine and spent hours and hours stressing and tinkering.But that didnt work too well.Called around to see if anyone was able to give me some tips.(Because im cheap, lol)Called Blue Star Plumbers and Shannon was very helpful and didnt mind being on the phone with me for a while. But didnt go with them at the time because I wanted to get some Free Estimates. And im not a fan of call-out fees.I called out Roto-Rooters and they offered free estimates. They showed up and within the first 5 minutes, without scoping around, wanted close to $900 to dig up and install a clean-out. And that was just the start.I had a bad feeling so I called Blue Star Plumbers Back.They have a service call out fee but is waived if service is done.I took a chance.Bryant and George came out before lunch, as promised!Scoped around and dug around and came to a conclusion pretty quickly and had a solution immediately.They got in and out in about an hour. Resolved the issue and for a quarter of the price. And was very pleasant to deal with.I would call them back in a heart beat.I recommend them. Stop Searching, Trust Me! Haha

They are great. I used them for a couple issues with sinks and a shower in a new place we bought. Then last weekend when my hot water pipe froze they walked me through what to do on phone to prevent burst and everything working great now.

I called 15 plumbers on google at 8AM this morning 9/13/2019 and out of the 15 people I called Shannon (Owner) was the only one that answered the phone that actually worked for a plumbing company and shot me straight from the beginning and I am a firm believer that if you cant get service before the Sale your not going to get it after the fact.
