Unfortunately, we have seen more of these people than we’ve wanted to in the last several years as we’ve had too many flooding issues from the original plumber of our new build in 2012. Fountain Plumbing has rescued us and taken great care of our issues! I only wish our builder would have hired them to plumb the house originally!!! I won’t ever call anyone else for plumbing needs!

He then came out, himself, to overlook the house and determine the cause. He took a lot of time talking with me, and after everything, realized there was a possible leak in the front yard. He sent a crew out quickly, and we got everything fixed in a timely manner that was within hours. I am very thankful for him and his crew! I would Fountain Plumbing over and over!

Excellent service!My hot water heater went out in the heat of summer. I didnt want hot showers in this Texas heat, anyway. I didnt replace it until the weather started getting cooler. I called Fountain Plumbing around 10:30 a.m. on a Friday in late October. By 3 p.m. THAT DAY, I had a new hot water heater INSTALLED! I am so blessed and amazed by this company.

I called Fountain plumbing as soon as we noticed that morning and they promptly responded with 2 plumbers who had our water issues resolved before lunchtime. Fixed a broken water main pipe that was 30 yrs old and about 20 inches deep. Hubby had started digging and the break was found a ways from his dig site. These guys are the best. Whether you have a clogged toilet or an emergency involving lots of water - just call them and they’ll take care of you. When my hot water heater ruptured and lots of water was spreading throughout my house, Evelyn told us over the phone how to shut off the water even before the guys arrived within minutes after our phone call. They kept me informed, discussed all the alternatives, and completed the replacement heater and installed additional safeguards to prevent future tragedies. They did all their work amidst the restoration crew and the homeowner and friends removing furniture and setting up the water removal and drying systems. It was such a comfort to me. I’ve used them before this happened and since, and I wouldn’t hesitate in any way to recommend this professional, courteous, and highly competent business.
