I had a new home build with a botched boiler installation. I called Sam and he came the same day to look it over and give me a synopsis of the shoddy work and how he could fix it. I was in a pinch because I needed to move in and was held up on the boiler for the Certificate of Occupancy. Sam showed up and worked several hours through the weekend! It was beyond heroic. If you want a quality job and a job done right... look no further. P.S. Im a subcontractor and am around new construction frequently; know integrity when I see it.

100% awesome. We had a leak coming under the drywall into the garage that was slowly getting worse. Called Spokane Heating & Plumbing on Friday around 0845. Justin R. arrived a bit after 10 with his helper, removed some drywall, found and fixed the problem by 10:45. VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Weve had contractors try to take advantage of us, but the guys from Spokane Plumbing and Heating are honest and educate us. They even offered a less expensive solution recently because it was effective. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I highly recommend Spokane Plumbing and Heating! These guys are great! We had developed a mystery leak in our garage behind the water heater that had soaked the dry wall.. Originally we called another plumber, but they ended up bailing on us, and so we called Spokane Plumbing and Heating. Justin and his helper (apologies for not remembering his name) were out the next day (on a Friday, no less) and were able to find what was just one of the sources and fixed it. THEN, we ended up having more water show up, so they came out yet again, found another small leak and fixed that. After everything was said and done, we decided wed better replace the water heater (the original installation was oh, lets just call it creative) and original pipe/hose connections were the source of the issues. It was also getting up there in age. We asked for a bid (super fair competitive price) and within a couple of days we had a brand new water heater installed correctly, and havent had a leak since!! Sam was very quick to respond to a water heater that went out and able to come out later that day. Other companies tried to sell an expensive new tank, Justin came out and was able to repair for a fraction of the cost, and quoted a tank replacement much cheaper than the other company. We will be using Justin and Sam for our future plumbing and heating needs. Very knowledgable and friendly. Thanks guys!

I have known Sam and Justin for several years now. They did a great job on my gas range. I am an Electrician and am very picky about who I hire for my home. I was so impressed with their work, I had them back out to do plumbing on my Bathroom remodel. They referred me to a drywaller. who does exceptional work. Also, they came over and fixed my AC in the middle of Summer when I know how busy it gets for them. If you are looking for a reliable and honorable company that knows plumbing and heating, then look no further than these seasoned professionals. Very impressed no matter how busy they get, they’re worth waiting for to get the job done right.

Not only are the crew professional, polite and quick with their work, but they were a considerable amount cheaper than the competition.We had to have a new hot water heater installed after our last one died at about 13 years. Everything from the original visit to give us a quote to the install itself less than 48 hours later was exceptional. We have, without a doubt, found our new go to heating and cooling maintenance company.

Our water heater needed replacing. My husband decided to replace it on its own. We love him but hes not a plumber. He went through hell attempting to replace it while my young children and I went through hell not having water all day. Around dinner time, things were bleak. He called Sam who turned out to be the owner of Spokane Plumbing & Heating. He arrived after the kids were down (as an emergency service). He was amazing! He was very kind, very pleasant, very professional. The job was done quickly, professionally and AFFORDABLY. Amazing! We never want to go with another company.

I have had two jobs completed by Sam and John and they were terrific to work with! They were upfront and easy to contact. Their prices were the best out of three companies I worked with and I fully trust them. They also finished earlier than expected and kept the work area clean. So far they have replaced a water heater and air conditioning system on my house. They went above and beyond on replacing a water heater immediately for my family while I was out of town in the middle of winter.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I live in the Seattle area and had to find someone to check on my daughters furnace in Spokane! I was so lucky to have found Justin and Spokane Plumbing and Heating! He responded to me within minutes and arranged to go to check on my daughter who had NO HEAT! He got her 30 year old furnace up and running temporarily and gave us a couple of options as to how to proceed! We decided to have him install a new furnace! The pricing was extremely competitive and his customer service was amazing! He sent us pictures of the before and after and even discovered an issue with her dryer vent and fixed that too! No need to call any other company! Spokane Plumbing and Heating will treat you like family! Justin is our hero!!!!

Wow. These guys were freaking phenomenal from start to finish! Sam came out and gave us an estimate within a day of calling and their price for a hood vent installation and range gas line beat out four other companies. Justin, Braxton and John were super great to our dogs and kids. They worked fast and triple measured everything to make sure it was perfect! Justin even changed out our seriously dirty air filter for free just because he noticed it was dirty. These guys went above and beyond to make this a really great experience! We will be calling Spokane Plumbing and Heating for all of our future needs! These guys were so great!

My toilet began overflowing so I requested Yelp recommendations. Renee got back to me immediately and put me in touch with Sam. Sam was AMAZING! Turns out my problem was a super easy fix and Sam was able to walk me through it over the phone! He couldve sent someone out to look at it but instead he had me send him pics and describe my problem & we were able to resolve it in minutes...for no charge! He was professional and very courteous. Hopefully I dont have any future plumbing problems, but if I do I will definitely be calling Sam w/ Spokane Plumbing & Heating and I recommend anyone in need of a plumber do the same thing!!!

Sam has an amazing customer service work ethic! My AC went out on a Friday night before the holiday weekend. Finding a replacement capacitor was next to impossible with the raging heat wave and 3 day weekend. Sam answered the phone on his day off and searched until he found the part, then ran it down to help me out. That kind of service is SO hard to find these days. Thank you Sam! My wife was so happy to sleep in the cool Temps again!!!!

I needed a leaking pipe / fitting repaired. I couldnt access it because it was tucked behind a large duct just under the ceiling of a utility room. Sam came over and gave an estimate the day after I called. He then did the work later that afternoon (removed the duct, fixed the leak and reinstalled the duct). He did a great job and was reasonably priced.

Spokane Plumbing and Heating came to our rescue yesterday (New Years Eve) and if we could give them 10 stars out of 5, we absolutely would! They got us through an extremely sketchy situation with so much kindness and compassion.Our kitchen sink backed up late in the evening on 12/30 and they got back to me within minutes when I reached out through yelp after 11pm. We all assumed that it was a standard clog in the sink and that it would be easy to tackle, and so they squeezed us in between jobs the next day. BOY DID WE ASSUME WRONG.Spokane Plumbing and Heating came over and quickly assessed the situation and tried to snake the pipe. They noted immediately that some of the plumbing under the sink was put in incorrectly and that our pipes were a 1/2 too small, but we didnt think it would turn a simple job into a 7+ hour ordeal.The small snake didnt work. The medium snake didnt work. They left and got a brand new snake which they thought would get the job done. It did not. In fact, it got stuck. They had to pull out the dishwater and install another access point directly into the pipe so the snake would (in theory) not get stuck. This theory did not pan out, and the snake got stuck and they couldnt free it up. Thats when they had to start cutting into the ceiling in the basement to access the pipes, where they uncovered an absolute nightmare. Before flipping the house, not only did our seller use pipes that were too small among other issues, but they also piped them at an UPWARD SLOPE, causing the gunk to completely block the pipe solid. They cut the pipe out and drained the sludge from it, then reinstalled it and went to finish snaking it because surely that would be the fix, right? Wrong. The snake went through the portion of pipe they removed only to hit another clog which could not be moved. They had to go back down to the basement, cut into more ceiling, and do the same sort of process again. The second time they cut into the ceiling, they found even MORE issues. It was absolutely insane. Thankfully, that time it worked and they were able to fix the clog and put it all back together for us, tidied up, collected all their trash, and left the house looking essentially the way it looked when they arrived, minus the holes in the basement ceiling which we need to rip open anyway, so its kind of moot anyway.The reason I wish I could review them at 10/5 stars is because they did everything I described above and they never once stopped being considerate and compassionate to the situation. We were absolutely horrified by what they discovered and with each passing hour it seemed to be getting worse and worse, but they kept reassuring us that they would not leave us hanging and that they would be able to figure out the problem and fix it. They also reiterated over and over that this wasnt our fault and that we had been totally screwed over by the seller, which really helped to hear. I spent probably 5 out of 7+ hours watching them work and they never lost their sense of humor, even when the job continued to become more and more frustrating. They happily educated me when I asked about a million questions to try to understand what was happening. They were also extremely pet friendly which is a bonus.This took a simple snake job and turned it into something which took 2-3 people (2 to start with and then they had to call for backup) over 7 hours to complete. My husband and I just sat helplessly watching the hours tick by and wondering how we would even begin to cover the bill, but at the end of the evening when everything was said and done, they only charged us a fraction of what they normally would have charged. They said they couldnt in good conscience charge us for what their base rate would be because of the situation, which seriously was a life saver. I have no words for how grateful we are that, now, of all times, a small business chose to take a loss on the job to save us from an astronomical bill. They extended unbelievable kindness and compassion to us and our situation.

After freezing weather conditions and snow, we experienced a burst pipe. With everyone experiencing burst pipes, the waitlist to get a plumber was to be expected. Sam was upfront about his availability but told us hed contact us if he could make it out. He followed up and was able to come out same day. Sam was able to fix the pipe and gave us great information and advice for handling insurance claims. His pricing is very fair and he is overall wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend and he will be our #1 call anytime we have plumbing issues. Thank you, Sam!

5 stars isnt enough! 100% would recommend. Anyone who has a plumbing or heating issue, call these guys if you want the job done right.The heater for our house went out the day before a cold snap. Our previous heater service was a week out for appointments, but I am over 41 weeks pregnant and we have a two year old so waiting a week was out of the question. We called Spokane Plumbing and Heating and they said theyd be on their way to check out the problem ASAP (we live over an hour and a half from their location). John was here before noon, diagnosed the problem and we made a plan to install a new heater the very next day. They worked quickly and efficiently. Every interaction we had with each member of the crew was a pleasure. This was a huge job (house over a hundred years old, crawling in a mess of concrete and spiders and dust to drag out and replace the old dinosaur of a heater in the basement), but they made us a priority and seemed happy to do it! We are so grateful!

Our POS furnace decided to die in the middle of winter, and every other company our landlady called projected at least two or three days of waiting before it could even get looked at. A call to Spokane Plumbing and Heating had Josh arriving early the next morning not once, but TWICE when the first fix didnt take. Both times, Josh was lovely and professional, answering all our questions and making several trips to the warehouse to make sure he had exactly the right parts for our ancient furnace. Will definitely be calling him again when the time comes ♡

I fractured my kitchen sink pull out faucet line early a.m. one morning and was not pleased at the water spraying all over my fridge, oven and window. After spending time locating a replacement kit I cleaned up the water and found a replacement kit at Lowes. My amateur plumbing skills brought the amount of leaks from three to one. Six hours later, feeling defeated, I googled local plumbers with decent ratings. I came across Spokane Plumbing & Heating, and gave them a call. I spoke to Sam and he asked to have me send pictures of my repair and the issue at hand. He said they would definitely be able to help me out. The only minor issue was they were called in on an emergency commercial project and this was not communicated to me until later. I assumed they would have been out sooner, but the time frame worked out in the end. Justin and Braxton arrived and confirmed that I was almost there and finished it professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for competent home repair.
