    I called platinum mechanical and stated our sink pipe broke and needed fixed asap. Their response time is the best in the market for sure. Was able to snap a couple of pictures to show what was needing fixed and a tech was able to come get it done same day! Anthony and Bart are doing an amazing job with their customer service skills. And the lead Plummer Ryan was friendly and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend them! Kalista does a wonderful job being the companies manager, I wish I could add more stars than just the 5.

    While fixing plumbing issues is never a good time as a home owner, Ryan Anderson and team were outstanding. While verifying their work we found another issue that needed to be dealt with.     This is the third time that I’ve had Platinum, mechanical come out to my house! The first time was to take a tub out and put a Jacuzzi tub in when it was tiled all the way around and they did a fantastic job! I just had Jordan here to do my yearly check and he found some issues that no one else had found! Very nice and personable young man! Everybody there is really friendly!

    We have Platinum Mechanical do a yearly inspection of our electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Chandler Widman came over today to check our plumbing.     Only a day after signing the papers to move into our house, we came to the property to start moving in only to discover that the pipes had burst under the house and it was flooding the crawl space. Being new to the house, we didnt know where the water shutoff was, and we tried to call a number of plumbers only to be told there was nothing they could do until at least 4 days later.When we called Valerie and Veronica with Platinum Mechanical, they took our concerns seriously, and went above and beyond to find a plumber that could help us as soon as possible, as well as calling around to find a restoration service/someone to come out immediately to shut the main off. They were amazing and we look forward to working with them in the future as well.As an update, Val and Holly and everyone have continued to be amazing. We had additional problems come up since the initial emergency, and they have stepped up to help with each one or helped us find someone who could. Its rare to find such a great group of people these days. We highly recommend them!Update 2!     Amanda & Ernie are the very best at what they do! I had a floor drain that kept backing up and they came out (same day I called) and were in and out in under an hour!! And on top of that they offered a $76.00 drain special!! They also provided me literature on the enzyme cleaner and are sending me quotes on a toilet & install. If I need plumbing services in the future they are the ONLY one I will call!!

    I live in a very small town.It was always wont go there or 2 weeks from Tuesday . Called platinum After reference which reference from the city guys . Called and was asked if 5.00 that evening was too late. ShowedED UP ON TIME . ALL ot her companies . They said a hole had to be dug a hole in bathroom floor to reach the leak.They said that not was true. So came back at 9 the next day with backhoe...crawled through hole and repaired problem. Did an amazing job returning yard at finish almost same as new but with the bonus of being treated with respect. Will always call them first.Thank you for the great day!

    Elated! First company’s estimate came in at $17,000 and included digging up driveway to access sewer pipe that was clogged. They ran their snake through line initially but couldn’t clear it. They said that since clearing the line was ineffective, digging down for access was only option. 👉🏼So grateful that I called Brittany of Platinum Mechanical!! The owner, Anthony, came out the same day to give a 2nd opinion. He said their hot-jetter might do the trick and that if it was effective the cost would be $1,400, if not then no charge. The crew worked for quite a while and they got it!! ✨IT WORKED!!✨ Best $1,400 ever spent!! Getting a 2nd opinion sure worked out!!! So grateful for this hard-working team that went the extra mile for me.

    Im entirely satisfied with the replacement of an outside brass valve and the installation of a union joint (against future DIY replacement of said valve). Chandler arrived within the scheduled time slot with everything needed to fix the problem. He provided a free estimate (for me to okay) before he began work. He provided quality components and expert knowledge and finished the replacement in a reasonable amount of time. (Note: Plumbing aint free... and its not getting cheaper. When you have 4 journeyman plumbers retiring for every 1 going into the trades, prices are only going to keep going north. If you want to do your son/daughter a huge favor, tell em to go into the trades instead of straight to college for some useless, over-priced degree that has been foisted upon them and theyll labor for decades to pay off. Just sayin.)

    Management gets 1 star. Plumber Shawn, his apprentice and Electrician Donevin and his coworker get 10 stars. The work the techs did was the best. I am extremely happy with the products they installed. This project turned into a long dragging process and I point finger to management. I was a victim of my own house for days without a call from management. Finally Shawn came over to start the job and he could tell I was pissed and frustrated. From that point forward Shawn was my contact and he kept me in the loop. I hope Management gets it together and keep in contact with their clients.

    I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of anything! They were fast and prompt and very courteous when they arrived! We had no water at all in my house due to a frozen pex pipe that was located in a non common or accessible area. Anthony had to cut an opening in the drywall to gain access to under my stairs where the manifold was located. Anthony also updated me about a draft coming from the external wall causing the pipe to freeze! All in all my house is back to running efficiently and my family is happy to have water again!     I hired Platinum to replaced the main water shutoff valve in the house and signed up for the annual service agreement. I had items I wanted done and the service gave me what I was looking for. So far I have had the water shutoff replaced, hose bibs, they flushed the hot water tank and serviced our furnace. The technicians were professional and on time. They made quick work of what needed to be done and I have been impressed by all they have done for us so far. During the furnace service, they found the common power was never connected when the furnace was installed and it took them a matter of seconds to resolve the issue. Now I can install a new, updated thermostat. I dont write many reviews but Platinum has been a wonderful company to work with.

    The team at Platinum Mechanical helped reconfigure our shower lines and replace our shower following the recent cold snap which froze our shower supply and drain despite our best efforts to prevent freezing.Overall, were very happy with the experience, and Ryan and his team did a great job, had great energy, and explained the improvements they made clearly and effectively. They did really great work and have significantly improved the state of our primary bathroom!There were some logistical / communication issues ahead of our interactions with Ryan. When Anthony - also very kind and informative - came out earlier to make assessments and provide a quote, he told us wed be seen on the coming Tuesday and asked that we remove parts of our tin ceiling from the kitchen below the shower ahead of our appointment. We removed the metal ceiling tiles (which cant be re-used after removal due to bending and warping during removal) over the weekend in preparation. We adjusted our calendars to meet the Tuesday appointment. We never received the usual digital confirmation that Platinums booking service sends via text and email. By Tuesday morning, we still hadnt received anything so I called in explaining the situation. Holly (another super kind person) said we were on the schedule for the next day. She pushed through those digital confirmations and we adjusted our schedules again. In the end, Ryan didnt need to go through the ceiling below, so now we have to refinish that ceiling. Id give 5 stars for the work that was done, but the communication upfront regarding the ceiling and scheduling has left us frustrated and with another large project and expense that could have been avoided. It was a holiday week after a ridiculous freeze, so I know they were busy and understand how that could have contributed to these issues.Well definitely use their services again, but will be more assertive in ensuring were actually on the calendar for the date/time communicated to us. As we only used their plumbing services, we cant speak to their other offerings, but would gladly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone in the Spokane area in need of plumbing services.

    Larry, Rene and Johnny came and took care of my current clog. They were amazing. First I have a ridiculous driveway in bad weather. The company switched vehicles to make it to my house.     Sam was on time and very professional came to fix slow drain. While investigating the drain found a small leak in pipe above water heater. Got drain working and fixed leak. I am very satisfied with the work will use Platinum Mechanical again.

She has scheduled Johnny and Earny to come out just a half hour later~ 11:00 am same day Johnny and Earny show up to my home and give me a quote and I was estatic! They went and bought the parts and within 1 hour of the quote the plumbing job was done! Ive been doing dishis in my bathtub for over two weeks, I wish I had known about this Company sooner!
