I bought a home carbon filter last year from Division One and have been extremely pleased with it. Yesterday, I bought and replaced the disposable cartridges. There was a little bit of a leak and so had to call the plumber. They came out the next day and fixed it immediately. Austin and his partner were very helpful and pleasant. I will not hesitate to call on them again in the future and will refer my family and friends to them.

I called Division One to replace a leaking tub/shower valve. The valve is almost 50 years old and I was expecting to replace it. Daryl looked it over and wanted to try replacing the cartridge first. He did and it works fine. He saved me literally hundreds of dollars versus replacing the valve in the wall. Prompt, friendly service, honest and fair prices.

This company is the best. We had significant water damage done to our condominium unit that required an extensive renovation. As a General contractor it is essential for us to have the best sub-contractors. We have found the best in Division One Plumbing. Dave and his crews always show up when they say they will. They are skilled and get the project done fast. They are all friendly and courteous to my customers. They are respectful, and honest, keep a clean job site. They have done over ten projects for us at AMAN Services multiple bathrooms, a tiny house, a full house re-plumb, kitchens where the sink moved, laundry room re-plumbing, and several repairs, and multiple clogged pipes they have cleared. I needed a new hot water heater at work. They came in checked everything out, gave a more than fair estimate, and came back very early the next morning so we would have hot water by the time we opened our salon. They were very nice, super professional, made sure I understood how the mixing valve worked and what would need to be done to properly maintain the new water heater. They even mopped the floor before they left!! The final bill was exactly what the estimate was and they followed up with me later that evening to make sure everything was working great ( it is) and to answer any questions I might have. I highly recommend Division One plumbing.

Amazing and prompt service! We had an emergency with our tankless water heater. We called division one in the morning hoping they can squeeze us in for same day service. We were given a time frame of 12-4pm. They called when they were 20 minutes away. So friendly and informative. Got our problem fixed in an hour. Austin and Terran came to my house to fix the garage disposal. They really know their work. They were very likeable guys. They told me about the reset button and fixed my disposal. I had another company come out and didnt mention the reset and quoted me a price of 746.00 for another disposal. Austin and Terran saved me alot of money and as a customer I appreciate that. I would highly recommend them.

I will be recommending these guys to anyone who wants a straight up Professional, trustworthy plumber. Darryl and Terrin, I believe, worked on my plugged drain for a couple of hours and for the life of them could not get it cleared. Darryl was Awesome, he completely broke down what he felt the issue was and was legitimately upset with that fact that he couldnt get it cleared. I asked him for a couple of referrals and without hesitation he gave me a few with an explanation on the pros and cons of the unknown issue.. Then to my amazement, when I asked how much I owed him, he told me nothing! I was like nothing? And then he said because he wasnt able to complete the job for me he wasnt charging me.. I dont know if Ive ever had a company work on something as hard as these two did and then not charge me. We need more companies like Division One Plumbing in this world. Initially we hired Division One to check our water heater that was leaking.They determined that we needed a new water heater because the one that was leaking could not be repaired.We really couldnt afford it, but knew we needed to stop the leak. They assured us and we realized we could trust them.We just had them install a off-brand toilet I purchased off Amazon. Not a good idea.Division One said, no problem, weve got this!And they did!It was quite the job, long and hard, but they actually smiled through it!We wont call anyone else!They are the BEST!!

The technicians diagnosed the problem with my water heater within minutes of arriving. They gave me options and their suggestion to resolve it. I chose to have the pipes replaced and the leak is completely fixed. The price for the repairs was fair, but was reduced even more because I chose to pay in cash. I highly recommend Division One! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service that I received.

Ive had Division One plumbing come out to do much needed plumbing work twice now. Last summer they replaced my basement stationary tub and faucet, as well as replacing outdoor hose bibs. Recently I had my old cast iron kitchen sink replaced. Both times the work was done as I expected and they cleaned up any messes that were created. Both crews who came were friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions or making requests as they worked. I consider Division One plumbing my new plumber and will call them for future plumbing needs.
