    Impeccable service today! After calling several companies this morning due to a backup at my business location They were at my store to fix my problem by 11:00 this morning after receiving my call at 9:30. They were fast efficient and the price is got to be my favorite part! Both of the gentlemen that came to my store today were extremely professional their customer service was impeccable. Not very many plumbing companies do commercial buildings so I found it very refreshing to work with the company who understood the needs that my business had today and how vitally important was that we got this problem solved. If youre looking for commercial work any kind of commercial plumbing work I would call these guys 100% recommend them everyday all day long Thank you gentleman for your assistance today I cant begin to tell you how refreshing it was to deal with both of you.

    My mainline outside my house got clogged and everything blew out of the clean out (overflow) pipe. Called Action Drain& Plumbing and I had DJ at my door in less than an hour. He got his equipment and got it cleared out quick. I loved the fact that they were able to take care of my issue in such a short amount of time and we were free to continue with our day with no issue.If you want a fast response team and fair prices then this guys are the way to go, I already have another job in mind for them but Ill wait till after the holidays.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. I have used them for many years successfully but in this past year Action Drain rescued us several times! The first time our sewer was somehow backed up. Silly me, I called their competitor because I got a coupon in the mail. The competitor said we needed to dig up our sewer and that it would cost somewhere between ten to twenty-five thousand dollars, and that the price might go up twelve thousand more! Thats what they said! I decided to go back to Action Drain since they had been so helpful in the past. Justin came right over and cleared the sewer and it cost $450. Justin was great and we are so thankful. Then yesterday I realized that our outdoor hose bib was leaking from inside the house. We called Action Drain and Nathan was here this morning at 9:30 am and again the problem was fixed on the spot for about $500. Every time they come they are timely, polite, they dont leave a mess, the charges are reasonable and best of all they fix the problem! I will always refer family and friends to this company. It feels so good that I have someone I can call who is trustworthy and can solve the problem. Thank you Action Drain and Plumbing!

    Sam & Stephen are my new best friends. They were both so friendly, courteous & professional. This is my 3rd time using Action Drain and my 3rd positive experience. I needed them out to replace an element on my water heater until I could schedule them down the road to replace the entire thing. Well, they worked some magic and got the whole thing replaced for me today! I know Ill be calling action drain again so and request my new best friends to come save the day.

    I have used Action Drain and Plumbing for all plumbing, at both my houses. I would never think to use any other company. Both jobs were major jobs, at my first house it was a replumb from the back to the the street in the front. The second was a pipe fix that turned out to be much more. They were extremely fair in pricing and absolutely professional! I would especially like to mention Luis and Thank him for all his hard work!     If you need your sewer line repaired, these guys are the guys to do it! Action drain came out quickly, got us referred to their excavation crew and got us taken care of.     Called in the morning around 10:00 for a clogged sink, and Boomer was there by 3:00. He was professional and friendly and he was in and out in half hour. Best part, it was much more affordable than the previous place I’ve used that tacked on tons of frivolous charges for a simple toilet clog. I will continue to use Action Plumbing in the future.

    Thanks go to Zack for clearing my clogged line running from kitchen & laundry out to sewer. Zack arrived on time with a pleasant demeanor. I showed him trouble area & he assessed then told me possible causes. He offed a visual look ( expensive) but the camera is the only way to know for sure what current problem is and to get an idea if any near future issue will pop up. Zack was knowledgeable without being pushy. He knew Exactly what he was doing & explained all if I wanted to know. I did. He cleaned his work area & now I have free flowing refuse water going into sewer line.The reasons I didnt give 5 stars has nothing to do with Zack. The same backup happened 6 months ago & that guy was Opposite of Zack.I should not have had to call again this soon.Ill say no more.Also, I think the charge for service call is quite a bit too high.Thank you Zack!     GREAT experience! We had a main sewer line backed up at one of our properties that a competitor told us was full of roots they couldn’t get past and that it needed a full replacement which would have been over $10k… Multiple other companies told us the same thing. I called up Action Drain and William was able to get the entire line cleared and turns out the line is actually in great condition!! William was very honest, professional, persistent, knowledgeable, and overall a great guy. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent and Action Drain will now be my #1 preferred sewer company to go to. 5 stars!

    We needed some serious attention given to a basement laundry sink, in a house built in 1915, that was plugged up. Action Drain & Plumbing attacked the problem the same day I called and got most of the work done the next day plus a few minutes the day after that to install a new sink. (The old sink was beyond saving.) The job even required using a jack hammer to access old drain pipes buried in the concrete basement floor. The new sink, water access, and drain system is way beyond anything this old house ever had before. Plus, its to be expected that plumbing repairs are going to be expensive. Still, we were cheerfully given a senior discount of 10% on labor costs. Thank you, Action Drain and Plumbing!

    Great and quick service! That and much more fair pricing than all of the other competitors. I had an issue with a clogged drain due to roots in the pipes and had gotten 3 quotes and was quoted about 650$ each because they had to pull the toilet instead of going through the main line. Action drain came out and absolutely undercut the competitors by about 400$ for the same procedure. Insane! Austin did a great job and was in and out in about 30 minutes! Next time we need maintenance, definitely calling them!

    The sewage line was backing up in the basement so, I contacted Action Drain (I used their excellent services about 7 or 8 years ago). Receptionist was friendly, gave me a time period of when the technicians would be showing up, and even called to let me know they were running a bit behind (not long at all). Justin showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained what he was going to do, which was to use the snake to clear the main drain out, and about 20 minutes later, he was finished. Justin was professional and conveyed precisely about what needed to be done to clear out the blocked drain. Very reasonably priced, I would give them 100 thumbs up if I could. I do recommend using Action Drain and Plumbing service for all your plumbing needs!

    William Holt conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. Upon arriving at my house, shortly after calling to notify me he was on his way, William looked over the drain issue I was having and devised a plan to go after it with his drain auger.     Action Drain and Plumbing were great and very affordable for trenchless sewer line replacement. Action drain and plumbing was $5,000-$10,000 less than other estimates we got for the exact same work. We were even a little leary because of their lower estimate, but the work was quality, and there were no add ons or changes to their estimate to jack up the cost. Everyone we worked with was very courteous and professional. Overall, we are very glad we went with them.

    This will probably be on the longer side but it needs to be said. I had Colton and Austin come out and battle an absolute nightmare of a blockage. Colton was here working his butt off trying to fix a clog, he had to call in Austin to help with this task and they spent half the day working harder than I’ve ever seen a plumber have to work. These two guys did an amazing job and also came back the next day to fix up the rest of the job.     Update:Thought my initial experience was not good. The company did everything imaginable to make things right. Going above and beyond to show the actions of one is not a reflection of how this company operates. Tracy was kind, validating my frustration and reassuring this will never happen again. I truly feel this was an isolated incident and would recomend this company to any who need drain and plumbing needs in the future!We have used Action Drain twice before when we had drain issues and had wonderful experiences both times. So naturally I didnt think twice about calling to have them run a water line to our new fridge. However the technician who came out to do this service was absolutely horrible. Firstly, I was not instructed to have my fridge moved away from the wall before he arrived so I was forced to move my fridge out by myself while he watched me. This resulted in me tearing my linoleum flooring in the kitchen. He was unprepared to perform the work and had to go to Ace for parts, when he did return half of what he had bought didnt work for the installation. Still not having all the things he needed to install the pex piping cleanly at a 90° angle so that the shut off value set plum. Which is a problem in and of itself because we still wont be able access the shutoff easily in the case of an emergency because it is on the floor behind the fridge. The kitchen is right over the only unfinished part in the basement that will remain unfinished and the valve could have been installed to where we could access it from the basement. Then while he was cleaning up he decided to make a horribly ignorant comment about my child which put me in full defense mode and continued to say inaccurate and hurtful things to where I finally had to stop him because I was livid at that point. Then to finish out what was the worst experiences Ive had with any worker doing services on our house he comes back in after calculating how much I owed him ( which was extremely vague and didnt have a breakdown at all of cost of parts or how many hours and the cost per hour. ) and walked over the one white rug I have in the living room. I understand the need to wear work boots but there was no need to walk intentionally on my rug, over my kids toys, and then sit on my couch in his work clothes. I would still recommend Action drain for any drain issues but would strongly discourage using them for plumbing projects around the house or service calls. In total we were billed $662 that did not include a detailed breakdown for adding a T to a water line and running 2 feet of pex that comes out of our floor at an angle.

    The service Tech , William Holt was on time when we had an emergency at our facility @ Tsavic , He unclogged the drainage and he connected us to the restoration1 company, for cleaning and sanitation and our home was able to resume to the normal business of the day , he was very professional and on time , thanks William , and may God keep Blessing you

    Came during the scheduled time frame and only took less than two hours to complete the job. The total price was less than expected and they even said theyd come out again during the day if we had any issues. Would call again/recommend if we have any more plumbing problems.

    Sent a young man out. Worked half a day and could not get the drain unplugged. Sent a senior guy out the next day - took an hour and had it fixed. The returned the money from the first visit. Wow.Id use them again. They stand up for their work.
