Weve had Jeffreys Appliance take a look at three separate appliances for us (two separate appointments). One, a freezer that stopped working, two, a washer that malfunctioned, and three, a dishwasher that started leaking.For the washer and freezer, the tech was very upfront and honest. It wasnt worth the cost or our time to fix either of them. Either the parts werent made anymore so it would cost a fortune to replace (freezer), or the parts werent made anymore because the make/model had so many reported issues they stopped making them (washer). We cut our losses and thanked him for his time. Though I was disappointed the freezer couldnt be saved (the washer leaked everywhere and destroyed our laundry room, so I wasnt disappointed that thing was toast), I was so thankful for his honesty.For the dishwasher, it took three different visits (given different times parts were delivered), but its working great.Both technicians were quick and efficient, and incredibly professional. Dave, the technician who helped us with our dishwasher, was super positive and just a joy to be around. We felt very well taken care of. Worth every penny. I feel confident in our 5-year-old dishwasher with the repairs from Jeffries Appliance. We wont go anywhere else for any appliance repair needs. Thank you!

We had Dave come and fix our 5 month old kitchen aid dishwasher which had a pump motor that was bad! Was very disappointed with kitchen aid because it was practically new and not even used more than twice a week! BUT then an incredible man by the name of DAVE came through my door with a fantastic personality and ready to get to work after a horrible couple of weeks for me!! He was on time and I felt very confident with his expertise good attitude to attack my job with a SMILE! He was done in no time cleaned up and I had a working dishwasher! I would highly recommend JEFFREYS for all your work! DAVE was FANTASTIC!!! I will never be calling Fred’s service again they wouldn’t even call back and when they finally did under my ONE year warranty They couldn’t even come out for 3 weeks! That’s when I called Jeffrey’s and was glad I did!!!!!

Had three different techs because the replacement Bosch part replaced was likely defective and required more than one visit as a result. All three techs were knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of my home (especially my new hardwood floors). Jeffrey’s was faster in scheduling us and office staff were efficient and polite. Very positive experience and would use them again.

I had Jeffery Appliance come to repair my washing machine. I had a different company come first and they completed the job, but in a week it was not working so I called and let them know I needed a return service call. They never called. After a week I called them and they said they could not fix and I needed a replacement, however the person who came to do the work never told me I needed a new washer. All of this cost me $450.00 .Alexander from Jeffery’s Appliance came right away. He found the problem said I needed a replacement part. He ordered the part and came immediately when the part was sent. He just left and my charge was only $330. He was very polite and knowledgeable and I will never use any other Company but Jeffery’s Appliance. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you want great service and. Bang for your buck 🤣👍

Alexander Bice came right on time with an extremely professional and wonderful personality.He was here to repair our washer and dryer. He took 40 minutes to do what he said would be a 60 minute job. The LED lights on our 7-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator failed last month. It took four service calls over six weeks to finally diagnose the problem, order replacement parts, and finally solve the problem, which turned out to be compromised wiring behind a panel in the back of the freezer. Three technicians were involved. One tech in particular, Dan, spent a total of more than two hours over two calls, at time consulting with a senior tech, Joseph, at the shop and over the phone, to keep digging at the problem until he finally discovered the compromised wiring. Fiona, who came on the fourth service call to replace the LED modules damaged by the compromised wiring also did a very professional job of getting it all back together and working properly. The willingness of Jeffreys staff to keep at it to a successful resolution was superb! Thanks to all three for your excellent work!

Can’t begin to tell you how great Jeffrey’s were with our washer/dryer combo repair. Firstly, Dan came and diagnosed our machine. He was polite and honest about the cost and the diagnosis and the time it would take to get a replacement part. Today, Keenen came to replace the board that had stopped working. Not only did he give me updates on when he would be here, he arrived on time, worked quickly and explained to us exactly what the problem was by showing us the faulty part, and gave us some ideas on how to protect the machine from the same thing happening again. We run a cleaning business and have a lot of washing all the time. To have this machine back so quickly and with such a good price and friendly service is amazing. Thanks guys! I just have to thank lance for all his help. He saved me a hundreds of dollars and a couple of weeks of wait time to fix my washer.my panel got locked and would not let do anything. He looked it up online and told me how to unlock it.The store was closed when I pulled up and he opened it back up to help me. Other stores wont do that. I had to buy a lid lock to and they told me how to fix it myself saving me more time and money. They were so helpful and Im so thankful. Best store ever

Just had my washer repaired by Jefferies, excellent service fast, friendly and very thorough!! First thought was the drain pump had gone bad but further investigation there was a huge clog in the drain hoses due to a rug losing its backing during the wash. Saved me from purchasing a part I didnt need. Due to overwhelming calls the the service agent was late getting to my appointment but the front office and even the service agent kept in contact updating with arrival times which I really appreciate! Jeffries remains at the top of my call list when I need work done on my appliances.

Highly recommend Jeffreys for appliance repair. Specifically, my service technician, Keenen. When I called to set up the appointment, they were able to get me in the following week! Keenen showed up during the allotted appointment window and got straight to work. He came prepared with the necessary tools and replacement parts to fix my laundry dryer. He was professional and great to work with. Before replacing any part, he gave me an estimate on the spot so I knew what the cost would be upfront. Even after he addressed the main issue of a broken heating element, he also noticed and took the time to fix a known manufacturing issue with my dryer that caused unnecessary noise. He also fixed the top cover that wasnt closing shut completely. All-in-all, he did a fantastic job and exceed my expectations. Will definitely reach out to Jeffreys again for future appliance repair.tl;dr Highly recommend Jeffreys for appliance service repair. Their techs do excellent work and go above and beyond to leave your equipment working better than before they arrived.

Needed our microwave repaired. Our technician was very nice and professional. Due to unforseen circumstances the microwave door fell during the repair causing further damage . He spoke with his boss and they have promised to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Again our tech was super kind and apologetic about the situation.Will update when the full issue is resolved but so far I would have no issue using them again or recommending them.

We made one call to Jeffreys explained what was going on, they came out when they said they were going to. Spent one hour fixing the issue, had the parts with them (previous companies made excuses and we had to wait months for parts) and fixed the problem. The service tech was fantastic! We used Jeffreys Repair for the first time due to issues with our dishwasher. Rick was the first guy to show up and honestly I have never felt so disrespected in my own home! He was so unfriendly that it made him come off as rude and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. He ended up needing to order a part and even though I didn’t care to have him back in my home, I decided to let him finish the job because I was tired of not having my dishwasher but to my surprise Keenen showed up and was a complete opposite! Not only was he friendly, but he was very professional and he made sure we understood what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He more than made up for the previous bad experience and I will defiantly use them again as long as they send Keenen back!

Super quality. Great service. Super great service tech. Fixed my machine in an hour. My machine did not work right from the beginning. It was brand new. Thankfully it was still under warranty. It would not spin. I couldnt even put 2 bath sheets in it to spin. The young man was friendly, smart, knowledgeable and punctual. He definitely knows what hes doing. I had a delicate bag with only a Color Catcher sheet in it somehow get pulled in between the drum and gasket in my front load washing machine during a regular wash cycle. The cycle finished fine, but it sounded like I had an airplane in my basement the whole time it finished up! I called Jeffreys Appliance Repair after getting that load through the dryer (to make sure that the color catcher was, in fact, the issue). They scheduled us an appointment for the next morning since I called in the late afternoon.The repairman was a really nice guy who was very blunt about the situation: he could fix it, but because of the model we have, hed have to take 3 hours to pop the clips off the back of the machine to remove it, so on top of the service fee, it would be a charge of 3 hours worth of labor.It was nice to know ahead of time what the costs would be. We decided, after talking to him about another brand of top loader (since were bigger fans of those) what to get instead and he was absolutely wonderful about the whole thing, stupid questions and all! :) This fella was a wealth of information about his trade and spoke very candidly about things for us so we knew what we were doing and that the choice we made was the right one for us.I highly recommend this company and well be getting some replacement knobs for our stove from them, too, since it came up as we spoke to him and they apparently do that at their shop, too.Should we find ourselves in need of appliance repair again, well be calling these guys.

Everyone I talked to was nice and professional. They found an obvious problem with my fridge right away and fixed it. It turned out the fridge had another problem. The guy came out again very quickly, and diagnosed it to not be worth fixing. He then took out the new part they put in and gave my money back for it, AND the install fee for it! I didnt expect that. They were SUPER fair to me, in fact beyond fair.

This place is great! My dryer broke on a Sunday. On Monday, I went to another place that didnt have the part I called these guys, not only did they have the part but when I got there they explained how the company has redesigned the part so hopefully it wouldnt break again. There prices were even cheaper than the other place I went. They were all very friendly! I will definitely be using them again! Only reccomendation is that they are open 7 days a week even for just a few hours. Other than that, WONDERFUL!!!

Great service, professional, friendly, reasonable prices and they always go the extra mile! We have a refrigerator with an ice maker that breaks periodically; the manufacturer even had to do a general payout when we first got the fridge due to so many problems. Anyway, the last time Jeffreys came out to repair something else on the fridge the ice maker went out again. We decided not to pay to repair it again. Later that week Jeffreys called me and said that they looked back at how many times they have done work for us, felt bad about the ice maker needing repair again (not their fault; the company doesnt even make this model anymore!), so they decided to order the part and install it for us free of charge! Amazing!!!! The tech came out, friendly and professional as always, and told me if for some reason it didnt work to call them and they would fix it again! This is a great business that cares about its customers.

Our 1.25 year old GE Cafe refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling one day. We immediately called Jeffreys and had them scheduled to come out the next day. The gentleman was on time, polite, super friendly and within 3 minutes had a good idea what the issue was. He explained to us that GE had issued a service bulletinmonths ago that certain GE refrigerators required a simple software update. He had no question that GE would cover his expenses for the service call and the software needed to fix the problem. He left us feeling optimistic that our very expensive fridge with an annoying software issue was going to be up and running again with no financial burden. We received a call the next day from Jeffreys reporting that GE refused to cover the expenses because we were outside of our 1-year warranty by 4 months. The representative advised that we call GE ourselves as GE customers tend to hold more clout and may get an exception. I personally called GE explaining that we are VERY loyal GE customers currently owning more than 7 GE appliances. We had to toss hundreds of dollars of food out for a software glitch that we were never made aware of. I explained that it frustrated me that the service bulletin was released to repair facilities but not to the consumers and that it was released BEFORE our warranty had expired. GE made it very clear that they were not going to make an exception. So we accepted the fact that we were going to have to pay a couple of hundred dollars to have food in the house again.The good news?? Jeffreys called us the next day and informed us that on their own, they called GE again on our behalf...without us asking them. Explaining again the issue that we were barely outside of our warranty and that this could have been avoided if we as the consumers were made aware of the required update. GE agreed to pay all expenses for the visit and the software that needed to be mailed and installed by a professional.This was not a HUGE expense that would have set us back greatly, but the fact that a large company like GE did so little to help and that Jeffreys went to bat for us over principle was so admirable. We are beyond grateful for this service! Thank you!!!

I called Jeffreys Appliance on a Saturday for an element for my oven - it went out and we were having a family dinner on Sunday. They had the part but told me they were closing and I could pick up the part on Monday. I asked them if they could wait that I really needed the element. They waited for me to come, had the part and invoice ready. I was in and out in a flash! And they gave me a tootsie pop!!! Thanks for saving my family dinner...youre the best. I would recommend Jeffery s to anyone needing appliance repair. Their focus is repair, not selling you something new. They dont have a showroom. The counter staff is very helpful and friendly. She couldnt answer my concern, so she brought up a technician. He said he could repair my very old Jennaire burner insert... no need to buy a new one. Also said probably the switch would have to be replaced, but recommended he repair the unit first. I have used them on the past and will call on them again if needed.

On the second visit, a very experienced & amiable technician was extremely thorough and was able to find the root cause of our problem. Jeffreys did an AMAZING job of service recovery by only charging us for a 15-minute visit, though the technician spent much more time than that on fixing the problem. We are grateful to have a new water hose to the ice maker now. No more hazy, smelly ice!

Ive used Jeffreys Appliance before and it has always been great. In my last experience Erick O. came out and diagnosed, dismantled and somehow managed to reconstruct my front load washer in a few hours. I didnt realize the magnitude of the project until I walked downstairs just to check in on him and there were parts spread out everywhere. I was a bit taken back but he was diligently working and had it all put back together shortly after. I am so glad this is something I did not attempt myself.Washer has been working great and I can now set up a load to start early in the morning and it doesnt wake me up with what sounded like a jet plane powering up for take off.
