They went above and beyond to ensure my house is safe and everything is working properly. The guy was very professional and cleared my main sewer line quickly. Nice fellers. Took a good sized root ball out. Make sure to screen shot any coupon and dont forget to mention it. Then they camera your drain, but the bid to line my screwed up 70 year old main was astronomical.

Great experience from start to finish. Called and spoke with someone to schedule an electrician and was met by Samuel a day later. Samuel was friendly and profesional and found my electrical problem quickly and efficiently. He was experienced and the repairs were performed and I also appreciate the call before he arrived to make sure it was a good time to show up. I will most definitely be using Mainstream again in the future and recommend them to all who need any of there many services

Had a new hot water tank and other plumbiing miscellaneous parts and pieces replaced. Josh and Dylan showed up on time and did an outstanding professional job on the work. They were very informative on the operation of the new water heater and went through a thorough explanation of all the items replaced. Very happy I used mainstream. Joe & Zach were both very knowledgeable and able to fix my sisters furnace issues. It hasn’t worked for 2 years. It had a transformer issue then a board issue and then a thermostat problem. All were diagnosed and repaired. These guys know what they’re doing! I tried another company with just letters in their name and they were useless and their technicians were like watching Curly & Mo on TV. Worthless!

Had a great overall experience with Mainstream. Their tech Zach came out to inspect our home system. He was fully transparent with what he looked at and the issues he found. Gave an honest account of what could be done to prevent wear and tear and improve efficiency without pressuring us into less-than-necessary additional service, which is was a huge step up from other service providers I’ve encountered.I couldn’t recommend more and will be using them again for our service needs.

Project started with Ricky unblocking my drain very fast and professional work,ran camera through my line and was able to see main pipe was failing so decided to go with the trench less repair. Dylan and Matt handled that in 3 days and also did a very professional job, replaced all my sprinkler system that was in the way and put everything back as well as could be expected. Brought in some topsoil to level out where compacting left my flowerbed low. Very happy with speed and quality of work

Tracy replaced the main shut off valve and installed a PRV. The copper pipes were crimped so no soldering required. He went the extra mile and completely resolved all my high water pressure issues. I used them to install a water softener and adjust some plumbing to correct the flow of treated water in the house. Nick came out, analyzed the plumbing issue and developed a plan. He gave several options that included water softeners or a Flow Tech ionizer, and we agreed on a game plane and price. The next day Nick and Josh came out. They reviewed the plan and Josh installed the water softener and completed the plumbing work. Everything went very smoothly. Both Nick and Josh are very knowledgeable and the completed work was excellent. You may not get the lowest price if you use Mainstream, but from my experiences, you will get excellent quality work done in a timely manner. For me, that is well worth the cost.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable about his job, he unclogged the drain and took a look at my pipes in the basement and also checked out my hot water heater and gave me good advice about the condition of the hot water heater and he also gave me three estimates about the work that needs to be done to insure everything will be working properly for years to come. I am satisfied with his work and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Mainstream for any electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing issues because they know what they are doing and they came out and fixed my problem without breaking the bank.

Our technician was super nice and very detailed, he explained everything. I was curious about what the problem with our AC unit may be so I followed him around and asked a lot of questions. He didn’t mind at all. He also explained even further about our AC, and he noticed we also have a humidifier and asked us if we knew how to use it or if we had questions about it and explained all of that as well! That was after we had already paid. We mentioned we had never used it and he showed us how to and explained when to use it and when not to use it. Water heater down, bad timing with Christmas. I called Mainstream basically in the middle of the night because water was leaking everywhere. Not a easy deal with family staying from out of town. Yes, I mitigated any further damages by shutting down the leaky water heater the best I could. Steve the service writer from Mainstream came out within an hour. New water heater installed same day. Jack did a great job. Pricing was as expected.

I remembered that I had a flyer that came in the mail with a $50 off coupon on service from Mainstream A/C Plumbing so I called to see what their rate was - $79.00 Even on the weekend!! Not only that, but they actually answered the phone, not a phone service!! The service guy, Joe, came out within an hour and the problem was fixed within a 1/2 hour. I feel that they are very reasonably priced and knowledgeable! Will definitely call them again!!

When witnessing a lot of water on our basement floor, we contacted Mainstream to fix what we thought was a simple problem which turned out to be our mainline. With problems and finances escalating, they patiently explained our troubles and provided options to best meet our needs and at the best possible cost that our situation could allow. Furthermore, they helped us arrange financing, in addition, they refunded charges made for plans that had to be changed. Also small unexpected jobs got resolved quickly without any additional charge. With multiple jobs being preformed simultaneously, all work was preformed surprisingly quickly and efficiently. They respectfully met our timeframes while keeping a pleasant demeanor. Being a first time home owner, I greatly appreciated everyones patience to walk me through every unexpected circumstance and explain every repair. In fact to keep up with the mental overload, I researched some of the required repairs. And found that they were in fact giving me correct advice for the situation and found confidence that our old house is in good hands. I was looking for trust and quality and I believe we found that from a team who takes pride in their work, which I hold in high regards.They made me feel like not everyone is out to get you. I am confident that we will reach out to them again for our future needs. We highly recommend them. The main office though had some major communication issues so I called customer service which gave me an email. After several attempts to contact customer service they finally got back to me after a few weeks. Kylie was apologetic and explained that their office and dispatch employees would be talk to about their miscommunication and mistakes made by their office staff. Thanks for making things right.

He also recommended some one to do the Sheetrock and painting repairs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and quickly assessed and resolved the problem! We also had several other plumbing issues that we had questions about. He was very knowledgeable about all of our plumbing issues and thoroughly explained all of many options that were available to us. He will have estimates sent to us concerning new toilets, a tankless water heater, and a referral to an electrician for our electrical needs. Im not going to lie, it took awhile for the shock to wear off after we got our quote, but thanks to Steve, who was ever so kind to help thoroughly explain how a few years of neglected maintenance can cause such issues to my very short fused senior mother. Not only that but while electronically signing some paperwork, he also assisted my sister with starting her car after leaving her lights on all night. Both employees who came by to perform the work the next day were on time, easy to get along with and well mannered considering what I can only imagine as being some very frustrating issues to take care of. An even though the original price seemed a little high to me, mainstream is a flat rate company so no matter how hard the job that price didnt budge a bit. They were here for well over what would be considered a full work day and so far (2days later) we have had zero issues with their work. I look forward to seeing mainstream again as their services also include a year of monthly maintenance checkups. Thanks again to Steve, we appreciate the honesty and genuine care for my mothers home and so does she. These guys are great if your looking for hackless, done right the first time kind of service thats worth ever penny.

My oldest daughter poured a bowl of cooling bacon grease down the kitchen sink and both the sinks and the dishwasher drain backed up completely. I called and got a same-day appointment, which was both unexpected and awesome, as I was envisioning my five kids without a dishwasher for several days. Jonathan did a fantastic job cleaning my vents. He is a hard working and knowledgeable technician. I asked to see the bucket where all the dirt and dust collected. It was disgusting of course, and about 30 gallons! I am so glad to have that grossness gone.

Steve Stokke was awesome! He was just supposed to come to my house and give me a bid to replace a couple of hose bibs! With the intention of having someone come back on a different day. After a few minutes of talking. Less than 20 minutes later I had 2 new hose bibs replaced! He literally went above and beyond to make sure his customer was happy! Im stoked! And I dont have the worry of leaking hose bibs! Thanks Steve! I will definitely recommend your company again!

Mainstream electric came to our house to install two surge protectors (one for each 200 amp circuit breaker box), move an outdoor outlet, install a ceiling light, and connect the electrical wiring under a gas fireplace for a blower. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. Unfortunately, the lighting company had provided the wrong ceiling light (they were a separate company not associated with Mainstream). We didnt realize this until after the light was installed. The lighting company provided the replacement light a few days later. Mainstream came back out, removed the old light and installed the correct light. They did not charge us for this change. In total we dealt with five of their service people at our house. They were all wonderful. Kari who booked the appointments and gave us updates over the phone was also great. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

We have always done our business with our families Heating/HCVA (we lost our loved one who owned the business) and when we had an issue we really didn’t know who to call. So I called the first company that came up and had many years of experience and had a great rating. We were not disappointed with the technician who came to evaluate our issue. He was professional, polite and he listened to us regarding what was going on. After he was done he gave us our quote and we felt really blessed because this company honors our veteran service and we received a discount. We still have work to be done I have NO DOUBT that the service and the technicians will be professional and will get the job done. Thank you so so very much!
