I added a bathroom to my basement and had Cole’s plumbing install the rough plumbing, sump pump, tankless water heater, and update old piping. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Communication with Aaron was great. The crew that came by on the various days of the project were great and I will be calling them back for any future plumbing needs!

Had Aaron come out and look at our water heater that had been acting up. Our heater was at the point that repair wasn’t really possible and would probably need to be replaced in the near future.Fast forward a couple days and the heater sprung a leak and its life ended. I called Aaron and he got out the next day and had the new heater system installed and running in less than 2 hours. Amazing service!

They were able to identify the problem, contact our apartment management company, and fix the problem within 45 minutes. They were extremely friendly and professional. After trying about 15 different places nobody was answering or returning my phone calls. I was recommended by another company who could not service us that day, to give Coles a call. They answered and were at our restaurant in 30 minutes. Possibly the most wonderful people I have dealt with. They were timely and had the exact product we needed in stock. Having to only close for a few hours and had us up and running for the next morning. Absolutely recommend. This company went above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff that showed up that day. In a nutshell: fast, professional, and informative, all at reasonable prices!We had 2 separate plumbing issues rear the ugly heads at the same time—one was a bathroom DIY project that needed professional attention and one was a random water line leak that popped up out of nowhere. After multiple attempts to other outfits, we called Cole’s where Brian immediately picked up the phone and sent a digital appointment request form. We had a tech call within an hour and was at our house within a half an hour after that. Andrew was great! His work was detailed, clean, and quick. He explained everything he did, labeled replacements, and helped us better understand what we currently have and what we may need in the future without any pressure. For same day service on two separate issues, we were appreciative of the price point and are very satisfied with the quality of work!

We worked with Coles Plumbing in August of 2024 for installation of a water softener, filtration system, sink, and pump. From start to finish, Aaron, Donovan, and Payton were amazing. There were a few other things I had wanted to do, but after discussing the options with them, they actually recommended to me that we didnt need some of the things that I had wanted to do, and it ended up saving me a lot of money. That went a long way in building trust. They could have easily just done everything I wanted and made a lot more money. They were easy to work with and when the job was done, they explained everything they did, and actually found one small thing that wasnt quite right, so they got all of their gear out again, and fixed it. I would have easily missed what they pointed out. Again, this just helped me trust them even more, which can be tough to find when hiring contractors.

We had multiple issues. We had a bathroom sink faucet that sprang a leak. I initially called for that. It was a cold call on a Friday. Brian was friendly and agreed to work us in.The bigger issue is we’ve been in the middle of an emergency kitchen remodel. We had a dishwasher fail that resulted in us having to gut our kitchen. The rebuild has been through insurance and has been PAINFULLY slow. We have not had a kitchen sink for almost 7 months. We had granite countertops installed almost 2 weeks ago but our restoration company can’t get anybody in to continue until the middle of June (long story).The plumber who came to fix our bathroom sink also was willing to plumb our kitchen and install our new dishwasher. Aaron was AWESOME! We have a functioning kitchen sink. We are BEYOND thrilled! And they did this on the fly!!They were spendy (to me) but could not have asked for better service!!

Adam and his assistant explained everything that needed to be done, did not try to hard sell us on any particular products but allowed us to make up our minds once informed. They removed Our old hot water heater, installed a new one with an in-line device that is not a water softener but eliminates calcium buildup which will extend the life of our water heater. They did very clean work, very efficiently and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Adjusted the shower temperature to our preference, cleaned up and left in less than 4 hours. Very clean and professional installation.

We had a 1 copper pipe burst following the recent sub-zero temperatures. I called Coles Plumbing and left a message; Donovan called back within minutes and said Aaron would arrive in 30 minutes or less. I had barely hung up, when Aaron called next and said he was only 5 minutes away. As I walked to the front door, Aaron and his helper were already pulling up in their truck.We had the pipe chase already cut open, so Aaron went right to work. Within minutes he had removed the burst section of copper. In just a few more minutes, Aaron had a new piece cut with two pro-press fittings. With four squeezes of the pro-press tool, we were back in business and turned the water on! No leaks whatsoever.This was our first experience with Coles Plumbing and it was perfection. They have all the right tools and they dont waste anytime getting the repairs done. Amen!
