Ian was sent to my Dads house to repair a leaking toilet. He fixed the tank leak, took the toilet off the flange and discovered it was never properly connected to the concrete floor. Plumb Zebra was great in fixing an issue at my Moms. The problem was caused by the city and the company they contracted. Putting a rock into my moms water line which decreased water pressure. The technicians that fixed it were so kind and professional and went above and beyond to take photos for proof of fault for the contracted companys insurance. We are extremely happy with our experience working with Plumb Zebra. We had an estimate done on Tuesday and the work completed by Thursday! This company is responsive, efficient and priced fairly. We had water pressure and temperature issues in our 1990s home, plus needed a toilet replacement. The work done resolved the issues. Plumb Zebra is awesome. We used them once to replace a toilet we had removed and they were quick to get us on the calendar and quick to get it done. With the super low temperatures this past week, we had a pipe freeze and we didn’t see any bursting or leakage, but it was behind the shower wall and we were worried there could be a small crack/leak. Plumb Zebra was the fastest to come out (I’m still on a waiting list for another plumber and haven’t been called yet to make an appointment…), and the gal who helped me with scheduling was extremely nice and helpful. Brandon and his partner (can’t recall name so sorry!) came and looked, and educated us on how pipes freeze, showed us what to keep an eye on, gave us ideas for how to prevent the freezing in the future, and were so friendly with us and our dog. It was a quick visit but we got done what was needed and more. I highly recommend!! They’ll be our first go-to the next time we have a plumbing need.5/20/24 update: We needed our water heater replaced as well as an outside hose bib replaced due to leaking. We got 3 quotes and Plumb Zebra was the least expensive by a few hundred dollars. We asked about a water filtration system or softener and appreciated that they weren’t being “salesy”, but let us know the one they’d recommend for our house size. We decided to wait until next year to do that as it’s pretty expensive, however, they didn’t try to slip in a lower cost alternative to make some money. I really appreciated that. They came this week to replace the water heater and hose bib and were awesome! On time, great communication, super nice, and they did a great job. This is our third time using them and highly recommend!!!

They refused to charge me as its a small cheap part available at any hardware store and an easy fix for a homeowner. We are a property damage mitigation company in Spokane, and we have relied on Plumb Zebras expertise in three different instances. Each time we were overwhelmingly satisfied with their quality of work, value, professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality. In the first instance we responded to a water damage event caused by a leaky pipe at a home in Spokane Valley. Before we could begin our work, the water source had to be located and repaired. We called Cole and his team who responded quickly, located and fixed the leak quicker than anticipated, and were sensitive to some specific requests the homeowner made as a condition of having contractors in their home. The second time we called Plumb Zebra was to set up a temporary shower at a clients home in the Fairwood neighborhood while their bathroom was in the process of being dried out and rebuilt due to a water leak that caused wall and floor damage. Most recently, we asked this amazing company to find and repair a leaky pipe in a basement ceiling at a home in Mead so we could begin water damage mitigation. If youre still reading and have any doubt about hiring Plumb Zebra, please dont! Call them now. Companies like this are rare - they are kind, they do a great job, and they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the clients and communities they serve. We cant recommend them highly enough!

We had a slow-running shower drain and had been told previously by another company it would run upwards of $1800 to fix based on the work that was needed replacing pipes, drilling through the sheetrock, etc. Plumb Zebra came the day after I scheduled an appointment online (very easy process) and quoted me 1/3 of the price and were able to come back the next day and repair everything completely. The shower works great now. The techs were very professional and friendly. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of or that they were upselling me on anything. I would definitely use this company in the future for any plumbing needs.

Since buying an older house I’ve gone through 4 different plumbers in 2 years. Had another mainline back up last night that needed fixing ASAP. We were recommended Plumb Zebra along with a few other local plumbers and I picked them out of the hat and I don’t regret it one bit. Cole came out this morning and took care of business, but not just the straight forward stuff. He is incredibly thorough and discovered a secondary problem that could not only have been a source of my initial problem (along with the now destroyed root growth in my mainline) but could have potentially cost me thousands in repairs down the road should things continue not going my way. He was very friendly and discussed the entire process with me before and during the repair work. I will absolutely continue to recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Hired plumb zebra to sewer scope a house we went under contract on. The technician was very friendly and careful to be clean and not damage anything.Sadly the camera recording device was not functioning and we could get. Alive feed of the main line but we could not get a video file to be filled at a later date.However they offered to come do the service again free of charge to make sure that we get the video file.I dealt with their office people and their technician and they were both very polite and helped me get the service I was promised!

Its the dead of winter and a foot of snow has covered your lawn. The last thing anyone ever wants is a broken pipe. We dont even know how long it was broken.After going through the list of local options who were too busy to come out, I found Plumb Zebra. Cole was at our place in less than 45 minutes. He did some quick tests to narrow down the problem to the main water line and checked some things inside the house as well. We discussed excavation options and were given a very rough estimate of the costs.As his excavator was out of town, I had some homework to do on my side to see if I could find an option. Meanwhile, Cole had already called the utility locators for emergency marking.The excavator I found was exorbitantly expensive, so we decided wed have to wait until his guy could do the job. In the meantime, Cole suggested turning off the power to the well - a suggestion that put my mind at ease, what with all the water we were losing.It was the next evening that Cole called back to let me know that one of his other employees has experience with excavators and they could rent one and be out the next afternoon. Needless to say, we jumped on that opportunity.Frank and Cole were there, digging up the problem when I got home shortly after 4p and didnt leave until the pipe was repaired and dirt was put back in place to prevent freezing. The next day, Frank returned to smooth out the dirt as much as he could. Cole was responsive, sympathetic, and honest. The job was completed on time and while the invoice was initially higher than expected, he honored his previous estimate and lowered it to match.I would definitely call Plumb Zebra for any other jobs within their purview.

Had to have this company come in for an emergency, when is a plumber never an emergency though? Anyway, the two guys were clean, profesional and very courteous. They had to replace about 4 ft or so of pipe and snake. They did a great job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.There was one thing and its not the guys fault, but just heads up, the company charges for the PPE. Really? Im already paying bucks to have stuff fixed that wasnt a planned thing and the company feels they need to pass on the expense of their PPE. There have been 2 separate times there have been free PPE given away at the fairgrounds. Maybe the company needs to start taking advantage of the free PPE and not pass that charge onto new and current customers. I own my own business and would never think of passing on those charges as its a mandatory item no matter what.Other than that good service.

He did, in a very novel way, remove a wall hung toilet from its carrier, replace the wax ring and return the toilet to its carrier in less that an hours time. (Travel not included) One amazing thing is that neither the tank nor the bidet toilet seat were removed from the toilet bowl which was full of clean water. The whole unit was left in one piece, water and all. The most amazing part is that he performed the whole operation sitting on the floor. An ordinary plumber would have had to dissemble the various parts right down to the toilet bowl, remove the water from the bowl and then standing astride the bowl, lift it off the its hanger. Then reverse the process, taking more time and increasing the risks of new leaks. The genius of this approach is to be as strong as an ox!In addition to his professional MO, he was meticulously clean throughout the operation.I think I will give Justin seven stars. There was an issue with a broken hose pipe that ended up leaking water into our apartment. It was pretty bad. The guys showed up that day and did a great job fixing the problem! Totally professional and respectful our place. This was my first experience with something like this as a renter and everything went so smooth!

On a very hot summer day, the air conditioning went out at the duplex I was renting. The landlord couldnt get anybody to come out on short notice, so I told him about Cole and Plumb Zebra. (I met Cole when I sold him a home.) Cole showed up in less than an hour and got my A/C up and running. I mentioned that my furnace was overdue for servicing...my landlord was so impressed with Coles service and pricing that he had Cole come out and service all four furnaces in the two duplexes that he owned. And then my son had a problem with his hot water in his home. I referred him to Cole and Cole got right out again and fixed the problem. Speedy 5 star service! Thanks for taking care of me and my family.

Cole came here exactly on time from Plumb Zebra. He was very polite and professional. He explained to me what he thought the problem was and then started working on the hot water heater. In less then an hour he fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this company!

I called them to fix my leaking tub spout. The plumber Andrew showed up on time and fixed it right away. He was very professional and did a great job.
