Excellent experience! We couldn’t be more pleased with Pace Plumbing. Riley came out to our house and immediately we felt comfortable having him in our house. He was exactly on time, very professional and very approachable. He really knows his stuff! Both of our outdoor faucets were over 30 years old and were leaking badly. These are frost, free faucets, and are very difficult to replace or rebuild. He diagnosed the problem instantly and explained it very clearly to us, and also gave us options. He also replaced the temperature pressure valve on our hot water heater, which needed to be done, and makes our House safer. The quote he gave us was exactly what we paid and very fair, especially for the quality work done. On the day of the repairs, he showed up again exactly on time, looking professional, while being very friendly. He was considerate of our house, while he did his work, and left everything incredibly clean. If you need a plumber, this is who you should call. Thanks again, Pace Plumbing!

We had a leaky faucet that needed repaired, we called in on a Monday and got on the schedule for Wednesday. The plumber was running early and offered to come by earlier in the day. It ended up being a very quick fix and he didn’t charge me for his time. Very good experience and if I have any plumbing issues in the future, Pace Plumbing will be our first call!

Riley was awesome! When he showed up for the estimate, we got more information and support than expected. Now the work is completed and we are confident the job is done. He had to pull plumbing lines from the last three contractors and correct mistakes that would have been disastrous had we started using the toilet. We identified a break in the input line of our water heater late Monday night. We placed a call early Tuesday morning and they sent out a plumber not long after and diagnosed the problem quickly. They offered two reasonable solutions. One was to upgrade our outdated water heater (18 years old) to minimize future and eminent failure. Riley, our plumber, was professional, diligent and courteous. He not only did exceptional work, he was articulate in describing his diagnosis and work completed. I appreciate not only his detail to his work, but his attention in his clean up.I would highly recommend Pace for your plumbing needs. They certainly will get my future business.

I completely recommend Pace plumbing! I had a simple leak in my basement, but was in a very difficult area to work on and involved 80-year-old pipes. One company was confident but didnt like the work space so raised the quote to to $2k because of that. The second company called it the worst case scenario and had a big elaborate plan for a fix. They were very negative and expected the worst to happen, so quoted $5k with more charges if anything else went wrong. I almost went with the first guy after hearing the second, but instead called in Pace for one last look.Riley came by the next day and was completely confident, positive and looked for the most efficieint fix while touching the least amount of piping. That strategy plus their pricing structure led to a quote just under $300! A week later, he came by and it went smoothly, quickly and was resolved and priced as quoted. Not to mention he was extremely considerate as a worker inside someones home. A+ service! absolutely recommended!

We hired Pace to replace a water line that had failed in multiple places with the initial estimate at over $10,000. As they started work, they saw a way that might save us money and fix the problem. It worked, and the cost was about $9,000 less than expected. They may not have made as much on this one project, but Pace has our next job. They are definitely our new Go-To for plumbing and where we will refer our friends.

He provided excellent service, demonstrated exceptional skills with a difficult repair and, beyond that, was personable, friendly, and enthusiastic about his job. Before he left, he asked if there were any other problems which needed attention while he was here. And actually, there was one about which he gave sound advice. This morning, promptly at 8:00, Riley arrived to fix two (15 yr. old) toilets that had been running. One required a simple adjustment. The other needed a new flapper. Standard generics didnt work and the official match had been discontinued. He made some calls and found the new factory recommended part, then went and procured it, returned and fixed the toilet. Pace Plumbing is on my list of A+ service providers.

I have to add to my post as I used Kevin and his team for several issues in other parts of my home since they initially installed my new basement bathroom and did a beautiful job with that but I have more to say.Saturday I had water in my basement that I had recently finished. I called Kevin and he picked up his cell phone while dirt bike riding out of town. He was at my house SUNDAY morning and had a crew to my house on Monday morning. It is fixed and my basement was saved thanks to Kevin and his care and commitment to his customers. Their workmanship is second to none, they take care of my house, they take their time and they are wonderful to be around.I have am grateful beyond words to have a company do my plumbing such as this. I have struggled for years to find a good, reliable and knowledgeable plumber in Spokane. But I did and am so thankful for it.

This is too respond to your 1star review to my company.Pace Plumbing was negligent to late arrival. We will admit to that. Though I feel as if there was miscommunication within both partys. Friday, March 25 your appointment was scheduled to be at 9:30am. We had prior engagements to finish another project we had with another contractor. We thought wed be done earlier then we thought. Once we saw that it was a few hours past your appointment Kevin (head of company) drove over as fast as he could, and apologized. We spoke with you in person, Kevin told you that your Hot Water Heater was needing an electrician. Your husband informed Kevin that he had a friend that was in that field of work. Once Kevin was told that he left it be tell you were to give us a call saying it was Electrical issue or not. We received no call back. We apologize for this miscommunication. Just wish we could have received a phone call to express your issues before having to leave a 1star review and harmful words. We are a Family Ran Business and try our hardest to leave people smiling at the end of our time with them. First bad review in more then 15 years. Not something that happens for this company. Unbelievable Experience, Sump Pump failed called plumbers for a week and everyone said the same three things, 1. Pump is shot and needs to be replaced, 2. Its very expensive, 3. I dont have time to do it.I then called Pace, they were here same day, said pump was fine its a switch problem, showed us an easy workaround and cam back 2 days later and repaired switch, fraction of the cost of a new pump. Prompt, courteous and dependably honest. Gosh what a relief!
