    I reached out to multiple emergency plumbing services on a Sunday, as our main drain was backing up! Raptor Rooter were the only ones to contact me back within an hour. Not only that but the services we needed were finished within an hour and a half. Steven was our technician and he was amazing! He communicated clearly on what our options were, pricing, and what we needed and explained the solutions for our issue. Not only for the day but options moving forward as well. He was also extremely kind and respectful of our home and did his job efficiently! The service today was astounding.     After having company for the holidays we had a toilet that had been clogged and was draining very slowly so I called the Raptors about 5 days after the event hoping that they might be able to help me out sooner rather than later as now both toilets were flushing slowly. Trystan came out in less than an hour checked everything out explain what he could do and came up with a good plan. The pricing was competitive the service was perfect and I was not left with a big mess to clean up. It was a great experience as much as it can be for having a clogged toilet. This is not something I wanted to deal with for the next week so I am really glad that they were able to fit me in so fast.

    My husband and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service from Raptor Rooter & Plumbing and particularly with serviceman Dylan. We called for them to come out and give us an estimate on the potential of installing a tankless water heater and Dylan was out here within a couple of days. Dylan took the time to assess our plumbing situation, heating situation, size of home, and occupancy to give us his recommendations. He even gave us crucial advice with regard to winter months and our current water heater situated in the garage, regardless of whether we decide to go tankless. Dylan had stellar knowledge, professionalism, was thorough and genuinely committed to informing us of all the options to best suit our living needs. Brought in another professional from a partner company that does restorations to ensure nothing is being accidentally missed.     These guys are on it! With a remote cabin at the far end of their service area on difficult terrain they were on the job within an hour, identified, consulted, and replaced a deteriorated pipe and had our Air BNB up and running in the same afternoon. Ive used them multiple times and have yet to be disappointed! Dont waste your time shopping around. These guys are straight shooters.

    We had a major clog in our kitchen sink and within 2 days it was unusable. I called Raptor Rooter around 8:00am and asked if they had any availability that day. The very courtesy phone attendant said yes! I received a text within minutes and they came out 2 hrs even sooner than promised! Dylan was very professional and super personable. He explained every part of the process and went over cost differences before even starting. I was watching my 3 grandbabies (7mo- 3yrs old), and we were having lunch while he was efficiently working in the kitchen, and was always patient if he had to ask me something while I was taking care of the little ones. He ran the hot water afterwards for over 15min to make sure the clog was taken care of, and cleaned up everything after perfectly. He also told me of an enzyme I could use if I wanted to help with future clog issues, and let me know they have a 90 Day guarantee of service - if anything else reoccurs in the next 3 months, theyll come back out for free! Bonus!! Dylan and Raptor Rooter were AMAZING, the price was reasonable, and I highly recommend them! I even got a magnet for my fridge so I can call when needed should something else arise!     Came back from vacation to find out we had a clogged line and everything was backing up. Called the very friendly phone attendant and they had a technician out in 20 minutes! I like that they have their picture and a brief summary explaining the techs interest. Calem came out right away and very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and what he recommended. I hope I do not need their services again anytime soon but if I do I will be requesting Calem and Raptor Rooter again.

    Worked with Dylan to quote and install a new water heater tank and emergency shut off valve on my main water line. My previous water tank was leaking and Dylan did a great job taking me through all the options- so sales pitch.     They were very responsive, both calling and texting when they were on the way. They came less than an hour after I called and were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly.     I had my side sewer back up due to roots that had grown in. I called Raptor Rooter and the very kind scheduler sent a journeyman plumber out the next morning. Gabe was very professional, discussed all options and their costs thoroughly, and was able to fix the problem same day. He was also able to review the side sewer on camera with me to show me an area of concern that will need to be addressed at a later date. Overall very pleased with the service from Raptor Rooter!

    William M came out to my house after I was greeted with 4 inches of water in the entire basement from a broken whole house water filter canister right off the main. We got the valve shut off but needed a for sure and long lasting fix to turn the water back on to the entire house. Within an hour of calling Raptor on a Sunday he was there and was pleasant, formulated a good plan, executed it within another hour, and we got the water back on when it was set to be in triple digits for the next week.He was able to quickly assess the problem, lay out a plan of all the things that needed to be done, had all the necessary tools and replacement parts, explained the significance of each step to me, and showed me how to adjust the pressure should the need arise in the future. Looking after me today and setting me up for future success. I couldn’t recommended this more we are very pleased with the quick professional service.

    We had Raptor Rooter out to our house twice this week: once for an estimate to replace our old, broken water heater, and then again a couple days later to actually do the work. The estimate was very fair for everything we were getting, and I was pleased with their overall service. David has helped us both times, and I felt very confident in his abilities and what he was telling me from the moment he started talking to me. I never felt pressured to do anything I didnt want, and I felt like he absolutely knew what he was talking about and would take good care of my needs. He and Brason came out today to do the water heater replacement, and they were punctual, had everything they needed, and they stayed true to the estimate. We purchased the Raptor Titanium membership plan, and for what were getting, its going to be absolutely worth it. Were so happy to have hot showers again and to be joining the Raptor Rooter family!

    We had RR&P come in and give estimates on our water tank and sadly we would have to wait until we change out electrical panel as everything is original to the house (all appliances from 1951) they did state they hadnt seen anything that old and we kind of wish they had sent someone older with more experience but I did schedule this appt after hours and the person I talked to seemed really tired as things had to be repeated and corrected...The gentleman was nice and all but 8+ years experience just wasnt enough for this job. Also didnt like giving us information from where their products come from so we could check on quality of said items, which I understand, but we didnt like not knowing about what we are buying. Either way, on the hunt for an electrician 😆.

    I had a split in the pipe that lead to the outside faucet. Gabe and Dylan were able to come out that afternoon. There was a little snafu with the length of the replacement pipe, but they were able to remedy that fairly quickly. Both of these gentlemen were polite, professional and very respectful of our home. Since the pipe leaked in the wall, they referred me to restoration 1 to check the room below the leak. Boy, was I glad they did as that representative found the water had seeped into my son’s closet! Thankfully I was able to remedy that situation easily myself. I can’t thank them enough! I have other work I will be having them complete in the near future.     I had a burst pipe going to the outside water outlet. Gary was amazing, he came on a Sunday, reviewed the leak and did an amazing job at replacing the split pipe.     From appointment, to on-time arrival for service, through the removal of the drain pipe clog, Raptor and specifically, David, was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and why, recommended maintenance chemicals and even got the price on par with online vendors, while handing it to us on the spot. Calem and his intern came into our home with absolute respect to our hardwood flooring.     Our plumber wisely referred our water damage issue to a restoration company, who after removing sone drywall discovered the source of the leak causing the water damage in piping that drained down from our bathroom. We promptly brought our plumber back in to repair the problem, and he discovered two elbow joints in the drainage system that had not been glued together properly and leaked. He quickly replaced the piping and then did a successful water test for the system. He was very prompt and professional, and very congenial to deal with.

    I had a water pipe break and I have didnt know which plumber to call. My water was completely turned off. I had called several different plumbers and they either couldnt get to me today or wanted to charge a service fee which was on top of the price of the work. Raptor was on my search list so I called them. They came out sooner than they had said they would on same day. Jerry was absolutely great. He explained everything to me and my son who was on the phone. It actually cost me less than I thought it would and no service fee.

    Zach Tanner did such a awesome job on this most difficult and stubborn job of a clooged main pipe that was very old in the first place, but he fixed the problem and installed a very cool clear out pipe and we are so impressed with him as professional and also as a human being who really cares about his work ethic, VERY OUTSTANDING!!! he showed us pics and explained it all to us and has definitely earned us calling Raptor Rooter for all our plumbing needs, thank you Zach and also his boss for coming out to our difficult situation.

    The tech, Zach, came at the time promised and promptly went to investigate the problem I was having with my outside hose hook-up. He diagnosed the problem and advised me he could take care of it quickly. After patiently answering my questions and concerns, he suggested some reasonable solutions which I agreed to. He resolved my leaky outside hook-up problem, installed a shut-off valve easier for me to reach and answered some of my other plumbing questions. I will definitely ask for Zach and Raptor Plumbing to resolve any problems O encounter.

    Nathaniel came to the house as scheduled time even bad weather we had. He gave us an option to fix our hot water tank problems and got us new hot water tank the same day. Did good job installing and we are so happy to get hot water. Thank you very much.

    Joe was fantastic and did a great job with our copper pipe repairs. He had to come finish the work on another day, due to a uncooperative fitting, but he made sure we had water in the interim and ensured the work was done right.

    Chris and nate did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me get a dishwasher installed into my 100 year old house that didnt currently have one and thay showed up 7 days after the first meeting we had with them which was a breath of fresh air because it seems like some companies take ages to finish anything overall the experience was excellent and the service and professionalism was excellent aswell

    Very good job done. Joe promised to have the job done before the next washer and dryer arrived. He replaced a 53 year old faucet in the laundry room and did a very professional job. He was driving off as the new appliances were arriving. Great job and one day service.

    I called at 12:57 with issues of drains drains slowly and backing up. I was told that a technician would arrive between 1-5. A few minutes later, I received a call from Joe stating that he was on the way and would arrive in about 15 minutes. When he and Brasen (an apprentice) arrived, Joe greeted me cheerfully and had already looked up the information on my particular line. He informed me that there were 2 options. He explained to me the options with pros and possible issues that could be encountered. He answered all of my many, many questions with great detail. I knew what I was in for and the possible outcome. Brasen was just as pleasant and informative. Even though our outcome was not the outcome we would have hoped for, I was well aware with knowledge of the possibility. After working until 6:00 (in the cold and dark), they were able to get us back in service with the knowledge that we could possibly have continued problems until we the complete replacement. We will be calling to replace our 68 year old lines in the next few days. I look forward to working with you soon. Keep up the great work Joe and Brasen.
