Ive been using Professional Piping for years for both home and business needs. And they have taken care of whatever I need efficiently, fairly, and with a consistently positive attitude. Recently, Nate, one of their plumbers had to take care of a challenging job at our business. He took it on with such dedication and drive. I literally could not be more impressed by his approach, expertise, and diligence on doing whatever it took to get the problem resolved with as little disruption to my business as possible. Pro Piping just continues to have the best of the best in their company. On another occasion, I had a fellow local business owner with a mission critical plumbing issue that shut down their business during the holidays, when they needed to be open the most. It also was an extraordinarily challenging and time-consuming issue as undergrown pipe failed under the business to the city sewer. They could not operate until it was fixed. Even though it was the weekend, the owner himself coordinated immediate emergency service and minimized the downtime of this new small business owner. The level of gratitude she has, and the way he was able to help her in her time of need is part of why they will always be my plumbing company of choice. I truly believe you could do not better for your commercial or home needs that these guys!

Professional Piping Inc. installed a boiler unit for heating my radiant floors and the water in the house. It works great! The unit was able to combine the water boiler and the radiant floor furnace and pump all into one. It gave me so much more room in the utility area. It has been over a year since they installed the unit and its still working phenomenally! Not only do I feel like I got a great product, I also was treated kindly and respectfully. I was that annoying customer asking tons of questions and was watching as they did the whole project because I wanted to learn. I definitely will be using them in the future and would recommend Professional Piping Inc. to anyone!

Very impressed! Excellent Service and Prompt! Nate was our Plumber and was competent, professional, and very communicative in what he we doing to fix our problem. We had an emergency at our rental and needed a Plumber ASAP. We called a company that we really like, but due to other emergencies was running hours behind. Our restoration company said and after 4pm said I can have a plumber out there in about an hour hour and he was there just after 5pm and stayed there fixing the problem and getting the water turned back on. We were so grateful! The next day I had additional questions and Nate answered them promptly being patient with a plumbing explanation as my husband didnt understand from me the first time. LOL. Nate also worked through my invoice questions going above and beyond! Thank you Nate and Professional Piping!

As part of several property improvements we are making, we needed to have some work done on our outdoor faucets. We were provided a good recommendation for Professional Piping so I contacted them for a quote. Their response was quick and the price agreeable, the only issue is we could not set a date for the work until other projects provided their start dates. We received a call that work would start in 3 business days so had to move quickly. I called after hours, left a message. The next morning I received a text saying that they didnt want to call too early and that Nate was scheduled to be onsite in about an hour. Nate was on time, very professional, worked quickly and we are very happy with the results! Our interactions have been very fantastic and I highly recommend their services!

Fantastic experience with Professional Piping. I had them add a gas line from my house to a detached garage. The cost was very reasonable based on a few other quotes I got around town and I felt that Professional Piping was the most trustworthy and straightforward outfit to work with. Nate, the tech who did the install, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable and even offered a few suggestions I hadnt thought of yet! He did a great job with the gas line install and even came back to add an additional valve I forgot to mention during the initial installation. I would highly recommend them for any of your residential or commercial pipe fitting needs. A+ experience all around.

Our kitchen dual sink drain has leaked intermittently over the years, which started to leak more often by the installation of a drain for our newer built in dishwasher. Nate was able to diagnose quickly AND even fix it in less than 2 hours (because he had time in his schedule). He assessed the layout and because of his knowledge, he saw a better set up that also saved us space under the cabinet. We have used this company several times through out the years and have had only good experiences. Nate came out to our School District to repair a leak we didnt have the correct tools for and he went right to work completing the task very quickly. We also discovered that our insta-hot had some internal leaks. They have a new program that allows the tech to price additional work right on the spot. We got approvals, they got the parts and Nate was pleasant and very thorough. Melinda from their service department also does an amazing job. I needed a company to fuse a 200psi hdpe pipe and they got me right on the schedule and when they came to fuse the pipe they were quick and efficient at their work! 45 minutes and they were done and we were able to then hook up our water line and we passed the State inspection with flying colors! They are friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this company!

I used these guys about 7 months ago. My pilot light went out due to a faulty part! Jane, the service manager was diligent in getting a plumber out to me ASAP to look. DJ, the plumber came the following day with several options to fix but ultimately said it would be better for me to replace the entire unit (it’s still under warranty so it was free) and said he would have a new water heater out to me the next day. They worked around my schedule and made it happen so quick all with a smile on his face! He was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, all the things! Thank you guys so much!!!

Professional Piping Inc is definitely a trust worthy business. My home my primary investment financially for me. I called 4 other businesses prior to using Professional Piping Inc. They only cleaned and plunged to clear a continuing blockage in my home. They took the time to evaluate my plumbing and listen to my problems with the Piping. They inspected and found 2 cracks in the concrete floor, removed the concrete and replaced the piping in a short time frame. Levi was able to diagnose within 5 minutes of being there and we got taken care of completely within an hour.As an added bonus, Levi serenaded us to the soundtrack of The Little Mermaid while my daughter was watching it. 10/10 would have Levi out again

We used Professional Piping when we added a bathroom into the basement of our ranch-style home. There wasnt any plumbing down there, so Whit and Jeremy had to run all of the pipes for the fixtures and also cut through the existing floor to add drain lines for the shower, vanity and toilet. They also installed a sump pump to push the waste water up to our sewer line. Our water heater was in the area that we were using for the new bathroom, so they moved all of the plumbing for that into another area of the basement. They also added a floor drain near the new location of the water heater so that it could easily be drained when necessary. As the construction was nearly finished, they came back and installed the toilet, vanity and shower fixtures. They were very competitively priced compared to our other bids and actually gave us more for the same price as some of the others.They did a beautiful job! If you expect competetive pricing, honesty and integrity when working with a plumbing company, I would highly recommend Professional Piping!

I phoned late in the day and Jim was at my home the very next morning even with low staffing this week. His work exceeded my expectations as what he did made a huge improvement to my older home. He also did the work lickety split with efficiency, was upfront with cost and even offered a discount with finishing the job before his estimated time. I was nervous the job might break the bank, but to my surprise the cost ended up being lower than I anticipated. Its obvious he takes pride in providing quality work. Kurt came out and replaced a hose bib for us. He was very prompt on the appointment time, very clean in his work and overall just a pleasure to work with. He even went the extra mile to check the previous solder points on the pipe fittings and fixed any other problems while he was here.We will definitely have them back out to fix any other future issues and be recommending them to all of our friends. We had our shower faucets replaced by Kurt. Do to faulty parts it broke again a few weeks later. I called them and while Kurt was out do to injury, whitt was jere with in a couple hours had it fixed quickly! Highly recommend this company!
