The outstanding crew they have is very professional and attention to detail to make it look awesome inside and out.Zack and Izeah were great to work with, and being honest about what they were doing, the price was worth it for the mini splits they put in for A/C AND HEATING with the heat pump. I highly recommend Element Air for your heating & air conditioning for a suitable solution for your home.

Isaiah did a great job on my AC. I had previous workers from other companies do poor jobs and he fixed it. I also work night shift and he was very quiet and respectful while I was sleeping. Also, just a super nice guy thanks so much.

Sean and his team at Element Air replaced our old AC unit. He replied quickly with clear quotes for how much it would cost and when it would be done.Element Air showed up and completed the work on time and at the quoted price. They were professional and respectful of our home and family. I, literally, could not be happier. Zane and his crew were excellent. They were courteous and professional. I loved that they showed high attention to detail... like laying down drop cloths in the house, wrapping the AC piping outside with white (lasts longer) vs. black foam and adding dampers in a few pipe runs to balance out the system performance... all showed they cared about their work and making the customer happy. We had Element Air install two new AC units, replacing our old ones that finally gave up, and, in the process helped us fix some bad duct layout that made for a much better final result. My house never felt so cool and comfortable. They did a great job! Highly recommend this company!

My air conditioner broke a couple summers ago and we had been scooting by with getting the air conditioner serviced with more freon. 2022 was the year for a replacement! I requested quotes from three different companies for a replacement. Holiday heating came and did the first bid and took a week to get back to me with a quote which was around $7,000. Mainstream electric canceled on me two times in a row and after that I decided not to business with them. Zane found out Mainstream canceled on me and same day offered to come do a bid. He showed up on time and gave me a quote that night! He came in significantly lower and I asked how he could do that when Holiday heating was so high? He told me that he doesnt need to price that high when his bids are good for him. He came in lower and gave me a better quality air conditioner. Honest pricing and work. He showed up on time on the installation and same day as promised installed my air conditioner. He found that my air flow was restricted by a part on my furnace under the coil and then customized sheet metal to fit the new coil to my furnace and maximize air flow. I now have used my air conditioner three times this year and it works great. Also improving the air flow has been noticeable when I run my heater as well. All around an excellent experience and would recommend Element Air to anyone and everyone.

Based on a number of 5*reviews on Yelp and Google, I asked Zane of Element Air to give me an estimate for replacing my 2007 Rheem heat pump and air handler. I gave him background on the current system’s repairs and why I wanted to replace it. He confirmed that he installed American Standard, one of the most reliable brands, and also Mitsubishi. I had already had 2 bids from other HVAC companies, one who sold the lowest quality HVAC system. I was not interested in low quality.Zane made an appointment for a few days after the call. He came on time, inspected the house, the current HVAC, made a detailed drawing of the air handler and the small utility closet, assessed the outside area where the heat pump was located.Zane suggested Mitsubishi because of its efficiency, low use of electricity (one 50 amp circuit breaker rather than Rheem’s two 60 amps for the air handler and 40 amps for the heat pump). He installs primarily Mitsubishi HVACs in rural Spokane houses built by contractors because of the lower operating cost in very cold weather. I live in West Plains, where temps are 10-15 degrees higher in summer, and 10-15 degrees colder in winter compared to Spokane.Zane chose a variable speed (3 fan speeds) 18 seer system for my ducted home. It is very efficient and qualifies for both the US Tax credit and Inland Power’s Rebate ($2800 together). The heat pump’s vertical profile takes less space that the other brands’ pump.Zane offered me a senior discount. He also offers veterans a discount. The cost before rebate and tax credit was less than the low quality 13 seer system from the other company (which did not qualify for tax credit or rebate).The installation was smooth. The crew arrived on time, prepared the outside site, removed the old system, and installed the air handler in the very tight closet. They put in new fridgerant lines through the crawl space. An electrician installed new lines according to code.Jared and Josh, the installation crew, were knowledgeable, experienced, polite, respectful, quiet, did not play loud music, worked well together. They were easy to be around. When they experienced a challenge in the electrical installation, they tenaciously stuck with troubleshooting until it worked.The system has been running for more than a week. I cannot hear the air handler fan in the house, nor can I hear the heat pump fan outside. My house is quietly warm.The many questions I had before, during and after the installation were answered in an easy to understand way and in a timely manner.

Zane and his crew at Element Air have been great to work with. I had them install a three head LG heat pump in my home and couldn’t be happier with how it transpired. Zane was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and helping me select a system and left me brochures so I could dig into the specs of various systems. There was a little mix up with the quote where tax wasn’t included and Zane (unlike any contractor I’ve ever worked with) was prepared to eat the cost and keep his word. What?! Following the install, I heard a new noise from the system and they were very responsive coming out to verify things were functioning normally. I’d definitely do business with them again. Thanks guys!

They were on time for the appointment and were responsive to any questions I had that day and to follow up calls by me. I dont regularly post online reviews but this one is worth a shout out.On the pricing: I got three different quotes for a heat pump installation and Zanes was the lowest, but with the highest rated hardware (according to Consumer Reports). We were given significantly higher bids for less reliable equipment.Timeliness: there are few things that irk me more than setting aside a chunk of time to meet with a contractor only to have them not show up. I get that life (and business) is messy sometimes and that schedules need to change but Zane showed up when he said he would. In my book, thats a big step in the right direction.Professionalism: Zane and his crew were neat and tidy and went to some lengths to keep my house and the work zone neat and tidy.End result: we have a heat pump that we are thrilled with that was delivered on time and on budget in a professional manner. Hard to ask for anything more.

Our heating system was not working properly, so we gave Element Air a try. We have never used them before. Will (technician) came out to our house and diagnosed our issues quickly. It was mostly cleaning a dirty flame sensor and diagnosing a bad blower motor capacitor. I always worry about HVAC companies because I don’t know enough about them and feel like a sitting duck for anyone who wants to unnecessarily charge me for labor and things I don’t need. I found Element Air, and our technician, Will, to be very honest, thorough, and highly competent. Our 20-year-old furnace is humming along and heating our home up nicely now! Thank you so much, Will, and thank you Element Air. We will definitely have you back. I see an upgraded water heater in our future!

The crew did great work, set reasonable expectations, and went out if their way to ensure everything was correct the first time around.We had a challenging install of a long run of natural gas piping, but they proved themselves well up to the task and were happy to engage in dialog over aesthetic and functional requirements.I plan on contacting them again for future work.

Very professional and quick response with a couple different quotes that would fit my situation. After I made my selection he scheduled me with a reasonable timeline to beat the winter cold. He was on time and completeled all the work in a timely matter, with a very clean result. Inspector was impressed with his work, said he went beyond city requirements and was installed well. Provided all paperwork for me to get the avista rebate. I would definitely recommend and will hire in the future personally.

We havent had our gas fireplace maintenance in 6 years(company out of business) called around only to be told by 3 different companies they are not taking new clients (especially with the housing boom out here) finally reached out to another worker for some of my home maintenance and he referred me to Zane with Element Air. Got a called back ASAP and scheduled for Monday from a Friday phone call. Reasonable priced, great service from Jesse our worker, and my new future HVAC company. Highly recommended.
