Justin with Cougar Rootor was amazing to say the least. Repaired tub, sink, and toilet within a very reasonable time. Super detailed in communicating Plumbing defects. Would highly recommend supporting honest and transparent local companies like this, with great business ethics and not greedy for profit and volume.

I spent most of my morning calling around getting quotes from different plumbers and was becoming VERY frustrated fast! Then, I spoke with Justin, who spoke with confidence, very professional and was the most reasonably priced. Justin was fabulous! Worked us into his schedule, got right in and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them to all my friends, family & even people I dont know! If needed in the future, I will definitely be using Cougar Rooter!

After all the crap I went through with a previous plumbing company, Cougar Rooter seriously saved me! It was an emergency and even though they were booked they came out instead of going home or charging me $200/hr. Justin and Brad walked me through every step they were doing and made sure I was satisfied with the job. They were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their work. They clean up their work space as if they were never there. Went above and beyond my expectations. Would recommend Justin and Brad to anyone and everyone! All around great guys with great attitudes! I will be calling them again for sure if I am in need of assistance.

Justin’s absolutely amazing! Very thorough! Our toilet had flooded the entire bathroom and he came to the rescue! He even found a leak we didn’t know about. Insanely patient with my kids and our dogs. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Jusin and Brad arrived at my home on a Thursday evening in February and were both personable and professional. They diagnosed my sink clog and had it completely cleared in a timely manner. They were respectful of my home and after they explained the issue they worked cleanly and confidently to solve the problem. You never want to experience a plumbing issue but when you do you hope that these are the type of people that show up at your home. I cant recommend them strongly enough!

I had bought a multifamily place inewport wa and been vacant for 12 years. Finally got it to be lived in and one hot day all 6 units the drained backed up. Nobody new what to do. So we called couger router and they drove here from spokane and worked four hard hard hours until every drain worked. The service was absolutely. Amazing. Brad and justin were very professional and made us feel comfortable. I will never use anyone else cause there the very best.i. highly recommend couger routet drains and plumbing

Literally the fastest sewer/drain specialist ever.. They helped us fix our frozen lines pretty quick. They were able to come out the same day when other companies could not make it out until 1-3 days out. Very professional and funny guys 😄 Would defiently call them again I have my hot water back! Service from them is highly reccomended.

This is the second time I’ve used Cougar Rooter and both times Justin has exceeded my expectations. He is very friendly and in my opinion a very honest hardworking man. I found a leak in my laundry area and had to shut off the main water supply. I contacted Justin and he responded promptly and he was able to squeeze me in the same day. Justin come recommended by Taylor at Spokane Rooter, who said that Justin taught him everything he knew back when he was learning the trade.Justin was communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable. He clearly likes helping people and is committed to mastery of his craft.He cleared out roots in our sewer line, advised us on how to determine if we could get the job done every to years instead of one in order to save money.Justin also has a broader background in plumbing and I had him advise on some outside water issues. he gave us good advice and for one of the issues recommended that we contact a sprinkler company to replace a part.In total, he spent just under 2h with us. Friendly. Professional. Very high value.
