Our kitchen sink plumbing developed a couple of small, but annoying, leaks after I had installed a new faucet. We decided on Bulldog Rooter based solely on customer reviews, after a Google search of plumbers near me. We heard back within a couple of hours of first leaving our contact info on their customer form. They dispatched Jeremy and he called me to confirm and said he was on the way.Jeremy arrived on time; I appreciated seeing a Bulldog-identified vehicle, rather than some generic, 3rd-party-contractor pickup truck! Jeremy presented himself at the door with a smile! He assessed my situation, gave me a clear plan for the work (estimate), which I immediately approved. Jeremy grabbed a few tools from his van and jumped right in. I really appreciated Jeremys can-do, friendly attitude throughout his visit! He thoroughly leak-tested the connections he had repaired and was on his way in about an hour.I wont hesitate to use Bulldog Rooter for my future plumbing needs! I felt the cost was reasonable and had no hesitation in approving the repairs. If you choose Bulldog, make sure you ask for Jeremy! He is a first-class, highly-skilled plumber and represents Bulldog in the best possible way! That being said, I feel certain you could do as well with any of Bulldogs plumbers. Taylor was great. He had another job and kept in contact with me to give me an estimated time when he would arrive and also when he was on his way which I appreciated. His diagnosis on our water heater was very helpful as we did not need one, unlike the previous plumber who told us he would install one. He replaced our kitchen faucet and found tiny holes on one side of the sink that we didnt know we had. No more irritating drips and we bought the flex tape he recommended we use to fix it. So grateful for you, Taylor! Keep up the great work! Much appreciated and highly recommend Bulldog Rooter.

I had an excellent experience utilizing Bulldog for my plumbing needs. The dispatcher was exceptional and kept me well-informed regarding the arrival time of the plumber, Johnny. Johnny arrived promptly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness. while running water to confirm that the clog was resolved, he also cleaned the bottom of the cabinet beneath the kitchen sink, where I discovered both a minor leak and an accumulation of grime that I was previously unaware of. I was thoroughly impressed by this act, as he was not obligated to perform such additional tasks. His dedication to outstanding customer service speaks volumes about the company’s positive culture and Johnny’s strong work ethic. Furthermore, he provided me with an estimate for a few additional requests I had. When I’m ready to have those jobs done, I’ll definitely call Bulldog back and specifically request Johnny.

From setting an appointment to fixing the problem bulldog rooter was professional. I believe the price was steep but the problem did get fixed. 550 bucks for a hydro flush that took an hour seems high given that good lawyers charge 300-400 an hour and dealership mechanics charge 140. Im just saying the price was much higher than I was expecting. It should be stated that they didnt hide the price. They told me exactly what is was going to be prior to performing any work and I gave them the ok. Another reason the service was great because I would have been livid finding that out after given that I was expecting it to be 200 no higher than 300 bucks to unclog a kitchen sink. Lastly they should be given credit for the fact that they do only charge a flat fee. So if it took 10 hours to flush they would have charged me the same. There will be winners and losers in this scenario and Im complaining cause I was one of the losers. It could be argued that you get what you pay for because like I said the service was fast and great. Anyone reading this know you absolutely can find this service cheaper but you most likely wont get the professionalism or the speed at which they took care of the problem.

Amazing service! I can’t begin to explain how thankful I am for these guys. From the first point of contact to the technicians who came to my home, everyone was quick, professional, understanding and helpful. They went out of the way to fix multiple catastrophic issues that all happened suddenly and without warning. They came to Stevens county the very next day, first thing in the morning and had us up and running again within a couple hours for a very reasonable price. I can’t thank Derek and the rest of the team enough.

10/10 would recommend!!We had a massive clog that we’d been working on all day the day before, and nothing was working. Justin came out first thing in the morning, checking everything out, and took the time to listen to what was going on. He walked us through a few options and gave his recommendation. With his first attempt, he fixed the problem!!!Not only did he get the job done, but he also cleaned up our mess while not making any of his own! Edward came out and replaced a broken drain pipe for me. He was great! He was at my house within 2 hours as I didn’t have any running water. I trusted him to leave and go have dinner while he did the work. Came home just as he was finishing and it looked fantastic. The next day I noticed that my water pressure was substantially lower than normal. Called Edward to come back out and he promptly cleaned out my lines free of charge as there may have been sediment and debris from my previous old rusty pipes I had replaced. I couldn’t recommend Edward and Bulldog Rooter more. Excellent service with a smile and showed up both times promptly as he said he would. Thanks Edward Baca-334!! 5 stars for sure!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

They have come to my rescue twice now. This last time I had an active water heater pipe burst on a Friday night. They came to my house in 30min, got the old water heater taken out and a new one put in so fast, all in all I think 2 hours total. They were so polite and they even helped me bring stuff out of my crawl space that was drenched and needed to dry out. Such a great experience!

Justin Rogers and Cayden came out today as our laundry room flooded. Probably 2 of the kindness men I’ve ever worked with. They not only listened intently about our problem but they were focused on helping us figure out issue. They had several ideas. Ultimately, it was determined to be our septic system. They stuck around to help us until the Septic guy came out. Justin said there was no charge as he said there wasn’t much he could do to help our situation. You don’t see that kind of service any more. Quality humans, exceptional service and genuine business principles.

I have been having issues with my shower for over a year. I made a call and within 24 hours Edward came ount early in the morning very polite very kind came in diagnosed the issue within seconds gave me my options. We made a plan he helped me out and walked me through the whole process of what he was doing and explained how the issue came about it was one of the best experiences Ive had and he was in and out in less than an hour completely fixed working. I had a main sewer clog and backing up the drains on the lower level of a split level. Scheduled online on Saturday morning and got an appointment for Sunday (next day) between 8am-12pm. A member of Bulldog called me Saturday afternoon to confirm the appointment. Received a call from Michael Hatch at 8am on Sunday letting me know he was 5 minutes out. After introductions he assessed the issue and provided me an estimate to which I agreed. He scoped the problem (10ft back), cleared the clog and continued another 90ft (Full length of auger) insuring the line was clear and clean, he then rescoped and recorded the sewer line with a narration of the findings and showing the line is cleared. Video link was provided in the invoice along with a type-up of the issues and resolutions of the service call. He was completed in about an hour. Michael was efficient and professional while working and took care to make sure everything was cleaned (sewer line, and surrounding work area of the clean-out) and that I understood what work was done. I would highly recommend using Bulldog and Michael.

But I understand you came out on the weekend and don’t charge extra and I am also paying for his knowledge. I hate plumbing so I’m mostly happy to pay it. I had the best experience with this business. I was able to get a same day appointment after having a problem with a leak. loved that they sent me a text with a picture of my technician so I would know who to expect. Taylor did a wonderful job. Took time to explain what the problem was, showed me a video of the leak and explained what would need to be done to get things fixed. Hopefully I wont be needing a plumper anytime soon, but if I do I will be requesting Taylor again!

Michael did a great job. He explained what he was going to do, gave me an estimate and got to work. The drain in my mechanical room was backing up and flooding the bottom floor of the house. The old brass clean out cap was seized and Michael knew exactly what he needed to do to remove it to gain access. He snaked the drain, tested it and replaced the old cap with a newer plastic cap for easy access in the future. I would highly recommend Bulldog Rooter for any future plumbing services. They are a professional outfit.

Called Bulldog plumbing at midnight for a sump pump backed up and ankle deep sewage water in part of our basement. JJ answered obviously asleep. He was kind courteous and showed up 20 minutes later.He was able to unclog the sump pump and had it back working promptly. He was very efficient and calmed us down. He cleaned up told us up front what the charge was and it never changed. It was very reasonable. There was no emergency charge just a flat rate. First time we worked with this company and will always call them or recommend for any future needs.

Absolutely my new go-to company! Had originally called Mainstream (big mistake!!!) and was told my issue was major would require excavation and $13k worth of work. I had a recommendation from girlfriend to have Bulldog come give a second opinion and the issue was resolved for just $185 dollars. And its not just the fact that I was saved from a major expense, but they I was completely taken care of every step of the way. Vincent was the technician that came out and he was personable and extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk me through his assessment of the situation and he gave me what his recommendations would be if he was in the same situation. Before he arrived, I had great communication from the team at Bulldog and they even send me a text message with a short bio and picture of Vincent so that I knew who would be arriving. Throughout the entire process the customer service was just absolutely top notch. It was so good that now Im looking at all of the other companies that I do business and judging them for not showing a fraction of the care or customer service that Bulldog does. I cant recommend or praise this company enough. If you want amazing service and a company that you can trust, go with Bulldog. If you want terrible service, fear mongering, and to be lied to- go with Mainstream. I said what I said.

Called Bulldog Rooter and asked if I could get on their schedule for a hot water tank replacement. They were able to schedule me the same day! I was very impressed. The two guys who came out to swap out the water heater were very professional and did a great job. They were very helpful and offered a lot of great maintenance tips that I appreciated. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the cost was quite unexpected given I had not only picked up the hot water tank myself, I had also done all the prep work for the swap out so they were not here long and still charged a significant amount. And yes, I had to agree to the price before they did the work, but I was stuck at that point, and unable to do the job myself so I felt like I didn’t have much of a choice. I do feel the price was a bit too high. Aside from that, though, I would recommend their services based on their great customer service.
