I would definitely recommend Danny to folks looking for a plumber. We have had him out twice to help with issues now and both times he did a great job and got our issues fixed super fast. Having someone take care of these issues really helped take the stress out of the situation. Ive used Dan for a number of years now, and I highly recommend him. I never have to worry about the quality of his work, and when I have an emergency he gets to my job as soon as he can. Most recently a problem developed when I had my tenants drain snaked (by a drain company, not Dan). The snake broke through a pipe below their tub, and the next time they took a shower, water poured out of the pipe and through the ceiling light in my bathroom, which is directly under theirs. I called Dan, and he cleared his schedule and got the problem fixed that day. Ive attached a before and after of the pipe. Its reassuring to have a relationship with a plumber I can call in situations like that.

Daniel came to fix our very difficult pedestal sink in our bathroom after a drain company broke it and left us a mess. He came quickly and fixed the pipe that was broken. Then he returned to unclog the sink for us. Daniel is prompt, professional, careful, communicates very well, and does a great job. To top it off, he’s a kind person and makes time for his clients. He even came early to finish the work he was doing so that we could get our sink back. I would definitely hire Daniel again.

Three things you need to be a happy home owner, a lawyer, an electrician and a plumber. When I first moved to Salem I asked around and Wright Plumbing was the company most people recommended. Since then, Dan has installed tank and later on-demand water heaters, kitchen disposals, dishwashers, Kitchen and bathroom fixtures, toilets, and all the while redoing all the hack plumbing from the original builder. My Father used to say 90% of life is just showing up. Dan does that and has the skill and experience that is demonstrated by his quality plumbing work.

I have used Dan on a few occasions now and he has always been incredibly responsive and helpful. I have in the past tried to contact other plumbers and failed to get any response at all. Dan, on the other hand replies to my texts and emails and discusses my issue with me before he arrives to ensure that he is ready to tackle the job. He is always friendly and courteous and while that should be the norm, sadly, it often isn’t.Dan is knows a lot about steam boilers and that is becoming increasingly rare even though a great many homes still depend on steam radiators.

Dan is the kind of plumber Ive always hoped to find. Friendly, focused on his work, reliable, efficient and highly knowledgeable. When Ive needed him for an emergency, hes let me know when he could be there, and thats when he showed up. With scheduled work, hes sometimes had to delay (because of emergency calls), but hes always let me know whats happening.Dan is excellent with old plumbing -- hes seen it all and fixed it all. Price-wise, no plumbing work is cheap, but Dan is well below what the larger established companies charge. I also like that Dan keeps his cool, regardless of whats happening. Theres no radio blasting away or blue streaks of yelling. Ive used him a number of times and its been a stress-free experience with excellent results every time.

Dan recently performed work for us on our multifamily house. He was responsive, arrived when he said he would and opened up the 1st floor bathroom ceiling to diagnose and repair 3 separate leaks. He explained what the problem was, pointed out the problem pipes and moved forward with repairs. He always left the bathroom clean when wrapping up for the day. Additionally, Dan performed a major service for us in the fall 2022 when he replaced our steam heating system that failed. We had a few competitors provide quotes as it was a major project. When you live in a 220 year old house, you need a plumber who understands the term old house. Dan is the one to call. When we remodeled our 2nd floor bathroom a few years ago, Dans suggestions for relocating a shower and toilet were brilliant. He agreed with our idea of moving a soil pipe from the front of 2 closets (1st & 2nd floors) to the rear of the closets, creating much needed usable space (a precious commodity in an old house). Hes also done some other plumbing repairs. I think that because Dan grew up in on old house, he is not scared of tackling something out of the ordinary. He doesnt say it cant be done, but looks for a solution. He returns your calls promptly, and if he cant answer the phone himself he has an answering service that has a live person taking messages! He is dependable, knowledgable, thorough, and easy to talk to.

Wright Plumbing is my preferred plumber for the north shore. I live in Salem, and theyve done everything from a faucet replacement, a new toilet wax ring, fixed a leaky pipe and repaired some sewer issues. They also did a complete replacement of my old 1980s cast iron boiler with a modern high efficiency Alpine boiler and indirect hot water tank- including the removal of the old boiler and bringing in a licensed electrician to do the required electrical work at the end. As a single homeowner, I am fearful when things break at home! Dan has been my trusted plumber since moving into my home several years ago. He has replaced a hot water heater, a toilet, a portion of old/leaking cast iron drain pipe, and most recently fixed a leaking toilet. When I reach out to him, he always gets back to me promptly and is able to fit me into his schedule. He takes the time to explain what the issues are and how he proposes to address them. He has also provided options to consider. He is knowledgeable, a master at his trade, fairly priced, an excellent communicator, and kind. He also often works with an apprentice and I can tell he enjoys teaching his trade to others. Ive used Wright Plumbing several times in the past year, and each interaction has been nothing but positive. Each problem Ive had has been solved quickly and Ive been provided a thorough explanation of what the problem was, how it was remedied, and what to look out for in the future to prevent additional problems. They alway show up on time, are great with communication/setting up appointments, and are a pleasure to deal with. As long as Im on the north shore, Im going to these guys for all future needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a pipe burst and flood our basement. The only shutoff we had was the town one and it didnt quite do the job fully. Dan came out quickly for us and assessed the whole situation quickly and we had a new shutoff as well as the repair on the burst pipe. Fantastic service and highly skilled, Dan is the absolute best.

I called Wright Plumbing and Heating on a Monday afternoon when I noticed my water heater was leaking. I received a call back from Dan within minutes and he was at my house about 5 mins later ! He immediately shut off the water to the system so the leaking stopped and removed & installed a new water heater same day. He even checked to see if my current water heater was still under warranty. Couldn’t ask for better service! Dan was professional & personable and I would highly recommend.
