My parents have been customers of Classic Plumbing for years, and with good reason! The company goes above and beyond - not is everyone an exceptional professional, but each employee is kind and clear whenever they visit. Today she had a visit from two employees (I am sorry I do not have their names) to check for any leaks before the winter sets in. She was so happy with the interactions and information they shared with her; she loves Classic Plumbing and cant recommend them highly enough. 5x5x5 stars!!!

Classic came word of mouth recommended by a trusted friend and they arrived on time when scheduled to check my water heater as I returned from a vacation out of state to have no hot water, just ahead of Helene which delayed any resolutions. Their initial response was no power to the heater and could not diagnose the issue without electrician input.Fortunately, the electricians were able to come right that same pm and it was determined I needed a new water heater due to age and corrosion of the heater and electrics servicing it. It had to be special ordered being not a standard size, but this was accomplished within a much shorter time than first indicated and within about a week, working with the electricians, the heater was installed in a few hours in one day and the problem was solved.Their work was efficient and professional and their demeanor respectful and positive and I would certainly recommend them for anyone with plumbing problems...

John showed up on time and installed a new kitchen faucet and adjusted one of our other bathroom faucets. He is a very nice young man, very friendly and our dogs also approved! He also cleaned up and removed the old parts and the box that the new faucet came in. It was nice to not have to deal with that. Really impressed with their integrity on sticking to the quote they gave us in spite of what seemed to be a SIGNIFICANT amount of extra work involved. Also, my wife and I have done enough amateur plumbing projects to know our limits. We are so glad to have hired them! This job was way above our pay-grade, and required the use of tools and knowledge that we do not have. Hopefully we wont have any plumbing needs for the foreseeable future, but we will definitely be calling them if we do!

Today Jonathan installed a new faucet in our master bathroom. The old faucet had cartridge leaks. Cartridges could have been replaced in the old faucet, but the extra cost to get a new faucet was very reasonable. Jonathan had already recently replaced frozen shutoff valves with new quarter-turn valves. All this work was done well, the explanations of what was done were good, and Jonathan clearly explained the costs of the repair alternatives. Classic Plumbing continues to impress me. 5 stars.

He noticed that the previous company did not put in a ground to the gas meter.I had to speak with Lisa again a few days later. She was extremely nice and helpfulI decided to go with another company because I have a lot of other things to get done and they will give me a discount. However, I would definitely use Classic Plumbing Solutions in the future mainly because of Lisa.

Another 5-star encounter with Classic Plumbing Solutions. Jason & Jon assessed the situation with my aged water heater and presented a sensible plan for its replacement. A couple days later, they and Alan arrived on time and set to work. Removed the old heater. Re-piped, added an expansion tank, and installed a new lowboy water heater in the tiny crawlspace under the house in less than 3 hours. These folks are GREAT!

I discovered Custom Plumbing Solutions of Salem, Va on the Internet. Jason and Allan (sp?), quoted us a price to replace the toilet and the kitchen pipes that was compatible with our budget. They were prompt, very pleasant and did both jobs quickly. We are happy to recommend their business!

We have been with Classic Plumbing Solutions for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else at this point. Lisa in the office is always a joy to talk to and Anthony is just fantastic. He’s knowledgeable and efficient and even loves our dogs. Just a genuinely nice guy. He doesn’t even mind when I ask stupid questions. Classic always tries to get their customers the best prices possible and their labor rates are reasonable. I highly recommend Classic Plumbing Solutions to anyone who needs a good plumber. Full disclosure: I am a member of their Diamond Club which gets you priority service when you have an emergency, two free inspections of your system per year just to keep ahead of potential issues and a discount on labor. It’s a great service for less than 10$ per month!

I am satisfied overall with the experience. My water heater was over heating the water and shutting off. I called and they came out the next day. There was a quick diagnosis for a bad thermostat and a recommendation to replace the shut off valve. I accepted the recommendation. Diagnosis and repair took an hour to an hour and a half. Anthony and Daniel were professional and knowledgeable and did a great job! My only concern was the pricing. The total for the work was $563 with a $70 discount. I feel like it was to much for the amount of time spent on the repair and cost of parts. Alot of the time was spent waiting on water to heat up.

Jason and his crew were outstanding. We just moved here from Arizona and purchased a home. We started experiencing some pretty serious plumbing issues right off the bat. We had a plumber come out (by recommendation) he charged us heavy and didn’t fix the issue. Then we had our septic emptied by another company and the problem persisted. We called Classic Plumbing and they sent Jason out with his guys. He listened to what we were experiencing, used the appropriate tools to assess the problem and came up with a solution. The following week he returned with his crew and went to work. I was impressed that his prediction was 100% correct. Unfortunately they had to go through our back patio concrete to get to the broken pipe but they did everything they could minimized the damage to the patio. By knowing exactly where to dig they saved us a lot of money and time redoing the patio. Having an experienced plumber like Jason and a crew who cares about doing a great job makes all the difference. These guys worked hard and got the job done. Problem completely solved. The clean up was done perfectly as well. They earned all of our future plumbing business. Hire with confidence.

I needed to have0 two saddle valves replaced that feed my refrigerator and humidifier as they would not completely shut off without leaking. Daniel arrived within two hours of my call even though it was not an emergency. In about two hours he had replaced the two valves with new quarter turn valves.
