When our old water heater started gushing all over the floor, I called these guys since theyd done good work for us in the past. Within 24 hours they installed a brand new water heater (a power vent gas type, not the easiest to find), and they also came back the same day to fix a faucet that coincidentally had clogged. The price was fair, they were responsive (both via email and phone) and on time, and professional and friendly. They re-used they original retention straps with no issues. I would definitely use them again!

Judsons Inc. is the best! Other contractors from other fields either show up and then ghost you or never bother to show at all. Those that do are average at best.Have a problem? Judsons have you scheduled within a week.2 hour window? Judsons will call and be there early.Do you think it will take a lot of time to resolve your issue? Took them half the time, each time, on three issues on two different properties?Do you think it will cost a lot? Lower cost than other bids giving higher prices.Quality service from experienced employees? Yes, they have that, too.

I’ve used Judson’s multiple times both for plumbing emergencies and a total repipe. They have been all nothing but polite, prompt and affordable. The repipe was done quickly and painlessly for me which I appreciate as I have a newborn at home. Our cat even got into the crawlspace and the foreman spent extra time helping to get her out. Would very highly recommended!

I was told by another company (over the weekend) that I would need a new hot water heater, at the price of $5k, despite mine only being 8 years old. They told me that they would not be able to know which part was needed and by the time they replaced them all, I should have just bought a new one, and that they could “fix it for now”. Their “fix” lasted less than 24 hours. I called Judson’s Monday morning for a second opinion and they fixed the small part that was needed all while I was at work! They were honest, reliable, and literally saved me thousands of dollars! I’m so grateful!

My grandmas garbage disposal stopped working and was leaking. Called them and they were able to come out same day! Only took an hour to repair and the guy who helped us, believe his name was Cody was very sweet to my grandma and super helpful answering all her questions! Fast, easy and affordable!

I have used Judson Plumbing since 1979 for all my plumbing, furnace and appliance work (which they no longer do). Although I expect a lot out of vendors, I have never been anything but thrilled with their work in maintenance or emergency. Our home builder was not the best, and twice Judson has pointed out important problems that I didnt know about and prevented major problems.Once I had a dishwasher problem. It turned out that the fix was good, but did not address the cause of the particular problem I called them for. The second visit was totally free of charge.Another time I had picked out a new toilet. When I explained my reasoning, the saleswoman pointed out that their cheapest model would also give me the same benefit. Who does that anymore?

I cant be happier with my service from Judsons. I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed. I talked to several companies that seemed very disinterested in helping me with this project. From start to finish Judsons was great, friendly and helpful.They were also responsive with communications. The job was estimated with a Worst Case Scenario number in regards to pricing, as this type of install can come with a certain amount of unknowns until work begins. Judsons came in under that number when all was said and done. Their service techs were also friendly and professional. I will be calling upon Judsons again in the future.Thank You, Team Judsons.

Been doing business with Judsons for over 20 years. These guys do excellent work. Its run old school by todays standards. That may or may not appeal to you. This time around, I have made four phone calls attempting to get some work done. Still cant get a date for electric work. Spouse gave me a competitors phone number. It took two minutes to get a repair appointment. It was a month out, but I got it. Theres plenty of work out there for all the contractors right now. When Judsons loses enough business they will have to change their model. Until then, just shop around.

Judson has been good to me. I had an AC installed in 2017. Great job and price. Also had their pro plumber Gordon fixed my toilet, shower valves and installed a water heater. Gordon knows everything about plumbing. Robin sold me the AC. He is very knowledgeable. Ive read some of the negative reviews. Dont believe them. I found that two of their employees I knew in grade school at Morningside in the 60s :-) Kelly and Wayne. The work was all excellent.

Had an issue at our house and Judson’s sent John out and he got us fixed up. We also had issues at our business office with the mini splits upstairs that were 10+ years old. They had the new ones installed within 48 hours. Thank you for getting both issues taken care of so quickly.

THANK YOU Matt, Justin and Tanner!On FRIDAY, 9/10 at 11:05 am - Dans Leak Detection diagnosed our warped kitchen floors to a HOT WATER LEAK!Gagles is the company we use for AC, Heating and plumbing, but they had no one extra to come out. They gave me two other names Up a Creek and Done Right - no one available either. So looking at the weekend with no hot water.Dan called Matt from Judsons and he said his crew was quite busy with calls but would see if someone would be able to make the time. Well, Justin and Tanner answered the call and were at our house within an hour! Those lucky guys (especially Justin who got to use the crawl space) fixed TWO pipes that were leaking. Can you imagine going under a house that had two hot water leaks? Both Justin and Tanner mentioned - it was a sauna! Dan had just turned off the water maybe 2 hours before they got there! THANK YOU Justin, Tanner and Matt!Matt called later to check on his employees and to follow up with the response. Thank you to Judsons for making the time and fixing the pipes so that we could use the hot water! I sure hope that it did not mess up any Friday night plans that Justin and Tanner had?! Thank you both! :)We are STILL waiting on home insurance as of Sunday evening. UGH!

Judsons replaced our entire HVAC system from ducting and trunklines under the floor, to the furnace in the garage and AC unit outside for hundreds less then any other estimate we received. They were extremely thorough, correcting mistakes from the original install when the house was built. They accommodated our every request along the way in a kind and curtious way. My wife has sensitivity to dust and dirt, so they setup plastic barriers when accessing our crawl space. They laid down blankets to protect our hardwood floors, and at our request, they even located our new AC unit on the other side of the house where there was more room for it. The estimator kept coming back on-site during the three days they were here to monitor progress and make sure we were happy with the work. We also upgraded to a new smart thermostat which we can control from our smart phones. Overall, Incredible price, quality equipment, and unbeatable customer service. Thank you Robin for your outstanding commitment to your customers! From now on, I will recommend Judson’s to everyone I know!

This company is full of master plumbers! Ive used the company at least three different times. This time, we had a leak under the kitchen sink and could not figure out the problem. The plumber showed up, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour.

I wish you guys had a page for Corvallis. My father hired you guys to do a job for rerouting some pipes in the laundry room and upstairs bathroom. The plumber found a different way to do things than what was originally thought of, and in the end saved him a lot of backbreaking work, time, and money. The plumber who came was Craig. Had a Judsons electrician to inspect and fix circuit box. They efficiently trouble shot the problem and corrected it. As we hadnt used up the hour, I had a couple of other things taken care of as well. They not the cheapest out there but there a family owned company since the 1930s so they will be there when you need them.
