    Joey and team did a hot water heater replacement for my condo. They responded quickly from my initial contact. Set up an inspection the next day and within 3 days total I had a new water heater working perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough!

    Noah was such a pleasant, respectful and polite young man. He is very professional and very particular in doing an excellent job. He is very detailed. He is definitely an asset to this business. I loved that the response to getting an appointment is very fast and the tech arrived when expected and worked the whole time he was here. This is a very professional business and the service from beginning until the end was friendly, caring and dedicated to getting your issue taken care of. Noah installed an under the sink water filtration system for me and Mr Rooter is also taking care of an outdoor leak. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

    Ive had an issue with losing water pressure intermittently. At first I thought it was the city. So I called WS and someone from the city came out and checked there ended and stated that the issue is at my house.After looking at different plumbing services I stumbled across Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I cant recall who I spoke with over the phone to set up the appointment but she was great very polite, very professional. I was able to set up and appointment next day. I received text and emails with updates from the time I scheduled and the time they arrived which was absolutely fantastic!!!!Once the Tech Mr. Elliot arrived he listened to my concerns and immediately started looking into what my issue could be. Looks like the issue was the PRV. After speaking with him and I decided to not go with the repair at this moment only because my issue is intermittent. Once we discussed that he then did a walk around and inspected all the plumbing in the house. I have to say Mr Elliot is AWESOME!! I was amazed with the amount of knowledge he has and how detailed he is. As we were doing the inspection he brought me around with him and began to show me things to look for ,areas of concern, and just very interesting/ important details that I wouldnt have never known. I can definitely say I will be using this company for any future issues I have!!! These guys are phenomenal!!! To be honest the best part about this experience is that you can tell with Mr. Elliot youre getting good honest work. I have to say its because of him I will continue to do business with them.

    Joshua, Fisher, and Zach were courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment next day (right before Christmas!) and my bathtub fixtures were replaced beautifully. Rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

    We needed a new gas hot water heater. We called on Friday, they came out to access our situation and the office scheduled an appointment for the following Monday to do the installation.     Update: we had Mr. Rooter out to replace our main sewer line (in our crawlspace which barely has any.... crawl space...) they knocked it out of the park AGAIN!!! The kindest, most hardworking guys. In the day we live in,, spending any money on anything other than food and gas is TOUGH, but getting this much needed repair accomplished with such perfection is a total weight off our shoulders. We are endlessly thankful for Noah, Trent, Fisher, (and the trainee!) who serve our family so well.Old 2021 review: I live in a rural part of town and called no less than 10 plumbers to repair a substantial leak that rendered my family without water for 3 days. No one could get out before at least a week. Mr. Rooters plumbers were quick to answer and schedule same day service to get us back up and running. Noah, the plumber who came out, was incredible. Gracious, courteous, and efficient. My 3 toddler sons thought he was the coolest thing since sliced bread :-) thank you Mr. Rooter!!!

    I really appreciate Josh and Evan they were the most friendliest people and this made my situation at ease because they were professional in calling and saying how long it was going to be before they got there and came in went straight to the bathroom and looked at what needed to be done and went back out to the truck to get an estimate and to get the pieces that they needed to do the work.     Amazing service! When I couldnt get an answer from a plumber that I had previously used, I called Mr. Rooter, Daniel was here within 45 minutes of the call being placed.     We could not be more thankful for this company! After moving into a house and having so many unexpected costs we were terrified to have to have the sump pump fixed as well.     I had a new tankless hot water heater installed. Joey was polite and professional. The installation took most of the day but the company kept me updated with the progress. There was no mess to clean up afterwards, and the heater looks sleek on the side of our house. We are very pleased with the service recieved!

    We had a particularly hard clog to clear from our main drain line going out of the house. Mr. Rooter stayed with us for more than 12 hours and would not give up until they were successful. Once completed the clean out, they ran a camera along the entire line showing us that the inside of the pipe was free of any clog and clean. We had tried Roto-Rooter previously and were not at all satisfied with their work or their attitude. We were very grateful to Mr. Rooter for their help.

    Joshua was on time, punctual and very professional. My little ones loved watching him from a distance when they could peak around the corner. It was a fairly big job, cutting out 4 inch cast iron, pulling a toilet and completing the job by around 3-330 that day. I will be using you guys again.     The technician was on time which was very important because I needed to get to work. He was very through in searching for the source of my leak. I have a small crawl space and the tech wasn’t hesitant to go in at all (this may sound silly but other people have been).     My shower was leaking from the hot water nozzle. It would not turn off. My regular plumber had done a “rebuild” at the end of January of this year - but here it was 7 months later and I needed a plumber. My plumber who had done the work said he couldn’t come for at least a day.I was ok with that until I kept hearing the water running - called 2 more and they had no availability but #3 was the charm!     We just moved into our home and noticed a very wet spot in our front yard. We requested a visit from a plumber on the website, and almost immediately got an email to schedule our appointment. There was a follow up call, as well as call to let us know our plumber was running a few minutes late. I am a timely person and very much appreciate being informed when someone is running late. As soon as the plumber got there, he listened carefully and fixed our problem on the spot for a shockingly affordable price. When he found out we were first time home buyers he took the time to show us how to read our meter correctly and talked us through the issue we had, being careful to make sure all of our questions were answered. This was our first time ever having to call a plumber and we were very impressed. We will be using this company again.

    My rental property had a water leak from a water line embedded in a concrete slab. Joey Cottingham met me within an hour or so and discussed the leak and the repair options with me. We agreed that rerouting all water lines with new PVC pipes was the best option. Joey and his assistant did an excellent job, including drilling through concrete to access the crawl space to connect the new water lines. The work was done timely and professionally.     I am a property manager who works with many different plumbers and septic tank services and In can recommend Mr Rooter above all the rest. I had tenants who reported a plumbing back up that was not resolved by pumping the septic tank so I took my toilet snake to finish clearing the lines but was unable to do so. Starting at 2:30pm I began calling all my resources and Mr Rooter went above and beyond to work my job into their after hour services fast. The technician who arrived at 6:30pm demonstrated a superior degree of customer service and sensitivity to the people living in the home with the severe clog. I was impressed by the technicians efficiency and cleanliness. Other companies I spoke with demonstrated a very cavalier disregard for my tenants distress and were almost arrogant about being too busy to help the same day. I am grateful Mr Rooter was so professional, efficient, considerate, and available to save the day. Mr Rooter is now my 1st choice in all plumbing jobs going forward.

    Great experience! Submitted a request online, got a call shortly after to schedule a time! Noah, and his trainee gave me a heads up they were on their way and were on time!     Their customer service was impeccable. They were responsive and professional and very friendly. The owner himself came out to take a look at my problem the same day I called. The technician then followed up with a call and arrived on time...early in fact with a call making me aware he was en route. They text you the name and a picture of your service technician so a stranger isnt showing up at your door and during these times they were face masks and shoe covers which is greatly appreciated. Casey was an absolute sweetie and was helpful and even checked on a prior issue during this new service call to make sure I wasnt having any issues. I cant recommend them enough. Value...service and professionalism all in one package.

    I have called two plumbing services and they both wanted me to replace my water heater for a spigot leak. One place said he didn’t want to do it because he didn’t want to risk damaging my water heater and another company said about $770 just to fix the leak. My water heater is over 10 years and has not given me any problems yet and when the time comes I will get a new one. I wanted to get a third opinion. I tried this plumbing service and he fixed the problem at hand. I will most definitely call this company again when I really do need a water heater. Companies are always looking for ways to earn money and get over on women. Not this woman for sure. Thanks to Joey, no more leaks and the price was very reasonable.
