    I called A-1 Plumbing to repair a leak under the house plus a couple of other plumbing issues per an inspection report from the future buyer. I was very pleased when they were able to come the next day.Carl was prompt for the appointment and very efficient. He repaired the leak, took care of other issues, and wrote up a good report for the inspector. I thank you much and would highly recommend their services.

    A great experience with the visit from A-1 Plumbing. I had some unusual plumbing applications and found their knowledge, creativity, and detail to be just what was needed.The estimate of cost came through very quickly. Possibly in an hour or so.     They were able to get someone out to me the same day - on a holiday! The two gentleman that came out were kind, courteous, and explained everything that needed done. I thought I just had a leak but they explained how everything under my sink was not to code. They helped me take pictures and explained that if this was not called out in my inspection report (I’m a new homeowner) that I may be able to reach out to my inspector and their insurance would reimburse me. I would recommend them ten times over. Thank you!

    I had A1 come out to give me a quote on repiping my entire home. The receptionist Savannah is super nice and easy to talk to you. Very professional as well and detail oriented. I had Juan and Dillon come out to review my home and give me options on repiping. They were thorough and answered all of my questions. They also sent me all of the quotes so I had time to review them. Now I can budget for repiping and I really appreciate all their diligence and hard work!

    Kitchen sink backed up for 2 days…A1 showed up and within an hour my sink was free and new pipes under the sink. Kyris and Michael were very professional and a joy to have in my home! I highly recommend! They squeezed me in on a full morning.

    We had a dishwasher fire and the firefighters unhooked the electrical for me. However, they didn’t unhook the water. I thought how hard could it be? The toxic fumes needed to be out of the house, so I tried. Lol. I had water everywhere! The valves under the sink were broken and I couldn’t just shut off the water to the dishwasher. I called A-1 and Kyris stopped by about an hour later and capped it off. He returned the next morning and replaced the valves, rebuilt the faucet and replaced the spray hose as well. Very helpful! He helped me shut off/turn on the water at the valve outside and he took the smelly dishwasher away! Would highly recommend!

Juan was professional and friendly, actively listened to my concerns, and completed his inspection to provide me with estimates for different repairs swiftly. All the work I decided to proceed with was completed same day, even the addition of completely replacing a Toilet. 10/10

    April 2023: Juan came back and replaced the food disposal in the kitchen sink. As always, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did an A-1 job. Thank you, Juan! Highly recommend A-1 Plumbing Inc.Quick and great service with competitive pricing. Juan did an excellent job! Replaced the kitchen faucet, lines and all the shut-off valves. Tested everything to make sure no leaks happened again. The cause: hot water flex line was blocked and pressure caused it to pop off at the faucet connection. This happened at 11:30 p.m. the previous night and soaked the kitchen. We had a hard time locating the pressurized hot water line, hence all the flooding. Also couldn’t turn the shut-off initially until wrench was applied. It’s unknown how old the kitchen lines were - but we know now! THANK YOU A-1 PLUMBING! Definitely recommend.

    My niece was over and decided Barbie’s head needed a good old fashioned swirly. Well needless to say my 1940s pipes didn’t recognize Barbie’s latest makeover, and well. Next thing we knew, the tubs were filling with toilet water, and Barbie’s head was missing. I called A-1 plumbing because my parents used them when I was growing up, and recommended them. Juan came to our house and was super professional, he really took the time to explain my pipes to me, and how to up keep on things, and also retrieved the now infamous and disposed of Barbie head. Oh and the bill was nothing compared to how bad it could have been. Will call again for sure!

    Our water heater began leaking profusely at the base. It was clear from the rusty water that it needed to be immediately replaced. I made various calls to businesses in our area to schedule the repairs. The earliest appointment I could get was one week out, but I found A-1 Plumbing and they managed to work me in the following morning. Their crew was a 10! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. We had hot water again in 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of the services they offer.

    We hired A-1 to video scope the sewer line of a house we are about to purchase. Juan was on time and very professional and friendly. I received text and email updates about my appointment, as well as a phone call from Juan as he was on route to our site!He was quick and gave a great thorough report on what he discovered in the scope.My only reason for giving 4 stars is the additional fee(s) for having to scope through the roof vent were a bit unexpected and higher than the cost range discussed with me on initial phone call. I would still very much recommend A-1, and the fee was worth my peace-of- mind having the inspection done!

    The people who answer the phone and make the appointments are so understanding and helpful. I was made to feel important and had 2 follow up calls to enusre appointment timing was still ok, even after being told the plumbers were running behind at a previous customer. Frank and Juan were so friendly and very good with their knowledge and skills. They were professional and even good about showing me my damaged pipes they cut out and replaced and explained how the repair parts work. I would use them again and recommend them.I got the impression they are small and family owned, not sure if they are, but they made me feel that way.

    Plumbers are expensive and I know that and others should also. Travis, the plumber, was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and willing to help answer any questions I had. They were not trying to see how much money they could get out of me but trying to solve the problem in the most cost effective way. The staff on the phones was very helpful and worked things around to come out as soon as possible to fix our leak. I would very much recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. You can also tell they care about their staff. It was great that they gave me a call to let me know exactly how long until he would be there also so I could be ready for them. Do wish that they would itemized how much everything is to get a better understanding of the price.

    Mr. Rooter came out first to see about fixing a leak in our water main, right next to the meter. They told me I had to replace the whole line because we had old galvinzed pipes. It would be $2500+ and it would take 3 days. Then they charged me $70 just for that.A1 Plumbing came out the next day, both of the techs were super professional. They listened to my issue and after looking at the leak they told me my pipes were PVC, not galvanized, and the leak was maybe 6in back from the meter and they could fix it in a few hours. Which is exactly what they did and they showed me everything while they worked. Very upfront and honest guys. No hassling me, and no BS. They charged a fraction of what Mr. Rooters tech wanted. I will never use Mr. Rooter again after that, what a rip off. But A1s service fee was only $40 and they took that off when they fixed my pipe.

    My wife heared a hissing noise when she opened the bedroom closet door, which sounded like it was coming from below the flooring in the crawl space. We have had a leak in that same placre before, so we called A-1 plumbing to ask when they could send someone out to fix the leak, to my amazement they siad they could have a plumber call round in 25 minutes. I dont know if it was exactly 25 minutes later, but there he was and in next to no time the leak was repaired. This was an amazing response by todays standards, and they should consider changing their name to A-1+. Thank you for a truly remarkable service.

    A-1 Plumbing answered the phone during business hours. We had an estimate visit within 2 days and work completed two days after that. Two other companies called with one able to do the work quickly but $1,000 more than A-1. Other company did not respond to request for call back. The two plumbers who came to do the work were professional, nice and worked with us to fully understand the unusual project scope. Finally, the billing office was available and provided the invoice I needed for tax purposes and scope verification for inspection. Five stars for the work, the people, the cost and the attitude at A-1 Plumbing.

    Juan and Matt came in and made quick work of my leaky galvanized pipe under the kitchen sink. While they were here I had them replace the faucet that had also broken. They gave me a great quote on replacing all the galvanized steel pipes (my house was built in the 50’s), so that will be happening soon.     Jaun, and Matt did a great job. They were earlier then the appointment but did call ahead to get the okay. They were great about me adding basically a 2nd job for them to do.     Frank, the technician as the call plumbers these days arrived during the specified time window. He assessed my problem with an ancient washing shut-off in the laundry room. Since it was equipment brought with Lewis & Clark it was not possible to repair the valve set. He gave me an estimate on the spot to replace it with new valves. I thought the estimate was on the high side but told him to just do it. The job was completed in less than an hour to my satisfaction.

    I tried to replace our bathroom drain and overflow caps myself and did an acceptable job but could not reset the drain washer, which led to a leak. Doug & his co-worker came & not only quickly corrected the problem, but also double checked our other pipes and make sure we had no dry rot. I would recommend this company again.

    When I was calling around A-1 was one of 5 local plumbers that I called. The lady answering the phone was very nice and when I asked about pricing and a senior discount she said it would be a very good price. Well, when the price was given to me I was like another review...hit with sticker shot. When I mentioned I had other prices lower he went about telling me they would add mileage and the like. Well, I called back to the 3 of those giving me a bid (installing the exact same brand InstaHot Water), 2 of them said their quoted price was THE PRICE FINAL!!!! There would be nothing added such as mileage and the like...that had all been added in their bid. The third company said the only way they would go over the quote, unforseen circumstances, broking water line, need to call an electrician, and etc. All of which he said, this is hardly ever the case. In our case, we had cleaned out under the sink, removed the shelving, so it was a straight line into the removal and installation. Yes they came the next day, the other three would have been 3-5 days out, BUT WE HAD BEEN WITHOUT OUR INSTAHOT ALREADY FOR OVER A TWO WEEKS, WHATS ANOTHER WEEK. We would have save ourselves $35 at the least. So, our recommendation, get an actual number from A-1 and dont go on, oh, we will have a very good price. The senior discount didnt come close to what we could have done elsewhere. Im hoping A-1 will read this and do what is right, adjust their price!

    When calling to make the appointment the representative said they would be here first thing in the morning and that was true . A text message with the plumbers picture announced that he would be arriving at my house shortly and phone call from the plumber saying he would be here shortly. Very quickly assess the problem and jumped in and started working and within a very short time I had a new working water heater I’m very impressed with the quality of service the professionalism and the on time I really like the announcing picture text message that I received so I knew who was coming to my door I am impressed with their service all around and will be using them in the future.

    A1 was Johnny on the spot with us. we had a leak at the drain valve on our water heater. When they showed up the plumber suggested I just get a hose cap to stop it from leaking. then took the time to explain the life expectancy of a water heater. Ours was well over that and didnt heat very well. they went over our options for a new one and we talked about the different types and gave us a quote. After speaking with my wife we decided to go ahead and replace it now before it went completely out. we scheduled the appointment and again were there when they said they would be. The office staff was awesome and communicated with us before and after the installation. Very professional and we will be sure to use them again.

    They were excellent. Pipe ruptured behind a water heater and called Monday morning @ 10:00 AM and they told me between 1 - 3 PM.     So I generally like A-1 Plumbing and their work is usually exemplary;however there is a fly in the proverbial soup. I had A-1 come out to my residence to unclog some outdoor drains.A-1 did the work. Less than 30 days later the drains ceased to drain. Usually a company guarantees their work 30 days, but we were told drains are an exception to the rule due to their nature to clog again. Candidly the explanation by A1 is unsatisfactory even if it is industry standard practice. You guys are supposed to be a cut above the competition, so act like it. Needless to say Im disappointed with your companys policy.
