What a great experience having Peter help us out with a troublesome water heater pipe leak, on a rainy Wednesday evening, at 830 PM. Not only did the Evergreen after hours team make the effort to help us out (when no other “24/7” local plumbers would), we were immediately at ease with Peter’s demeanor and professionalism and skills. Careful and clean work and a solid repair within an hour. He also offered to check out the crawl space to make sure there no other hidden issues. It was well worth the investment. Peace of mind and great work. Evergreen is now our go to plumber for emergencies and future maintenance/updates. Thank you!

Aside from very expensive new toilet install charge, I found them a professional company. From the lady answering the phone (no annoying phone tree!) to the text reminders, messaging to confirm and update, to arrival, Eddy Evergreen Plumbing was great. The plumber was David Minner and he loves dogs. The bill was quite a bit more than I expected but he gave me a senior discount and was great about describing all processes for the project. I had a new toilet installed and he disposed of the old one as well so, that made up some of the high price for me. He cleaned as he went. Zero water mess and helped advise on several other things I asked about like bidets, water main turn off and senior safety bars. Thank you David! You’re the best. Photos before and after toilet replacement. After my review I looked up price at Lowe’s for same parts and toilet and it was $118 for the toilet and $38 for the new braided line. So, it looks like I was charged $969 for disposal of 6-year-old toilet and labor. Total charged $1125 to remove & dispose of an old toilet and replace with new one. As a disabled senior, That includes $59 “discount”. I’m not sure if this is the going rate or seriously if I was seriously over-charged.

I called for my father and his home last night , they answered the call quickly, were very friendly and quick to schedule an appointment. We were notified of who was coming and when. They came out right away this morning, fixed the issue quickly at a decent price, provided an estimate for other maintenance needs for long term repairs. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Evergreen rules. Simply put. They came out and gave us a quick and painless quote to replace our 19 year old gas water heater. The total cost was much less than we expected. Worked with Will and Mason to get my water softner system updated in my home built in 1993. Will came out and did an indepth quote and inspection of all the areas that needed to be updated and fixed. Mason arrived the day of in fabulous spirits and worked really hard all day. Mason’s work is thorough, insulated, easy to understand, and cleanly done. Both Will and Mason were wonderful to chat with and both had no problem explaining anything they were doing and even showing/walking me through everything as it was happening. I had a chance to meet the owner Marv and found his assistance and communication top notch as well. His staff at the office were easy to work with and very friendly. I believe I was quoted fairly, received the best customer care, and have a brand new water conditioning system, water filtration system, newly plummed and insulated piping, and new shut off valves that are of the upmost quality. 100/10 would recommend and use again. Only using Evergreen from now on :)

Absolutely blown away by the responsiveness and attention to detail by this company. We called last week to get a quote on the installation of a sink for our youth screen printing program here at Radness Ensues. They answered our call on the first ring, had someone out immediately to bid the job. John and Andrew showed up, ready to work, wasted no time, and ensured the drywall removal was clean enough to reinstall beautifully for patchwork. They were super knowledgeable, happy to explain the process and cleaned up their work area! Will definitely be calling again the next time I need a plumbing job done!

Wow what can I say best experience with a new vendor that Ive ever had. Im the director of operations with a relatively large company and recently hired your company to install a new hot water tank. The main service contact was Richard he was amazing. I thought I could afford him I would offer him a position with our company. Outstanding people skills clearly understood what his job was and what he could bring to the table as far as service and product. Very professional very easy to work with fully understood the importance of getting us up and running. Without a doubt would recommend evergreen plumbing is if asked for a recommendation. This was the 2nd house that Evergreen has re-piped for me (that’s on me for buying 50 year old homes). We went back to them for their professionalism, transparency and cleanliness. We had them out for a repair after a pipe burst. Jeff and Cameron completed the repair and informed me of the mish-mash of galvanized and copper pipes in the crawl space and recommended the re-pipe. We were credited the repair cost to the re-pipe. We also included a Halo filter and are super happy with the clean water into our home. Rich came out a few day before the job to look at everything and was very friendly explaining how the work would be done. I was pleased that they offered financing options. They sent a crew out and completed the job in a single day. Was impressed with Peter’s communication. Mason, Grant, Jason, Andrew, Chris, and Corey were very clean, friendly and polite. Grant (I think) is also a Marine Corps veteran and we much appreciate the hiring of veterans. Plumbing is expensive and never fun, but these guys set a very high standard of service and I highly recommend them if you’re in need in Salem.

My garbage disposal collapsed under my sink Sunday evening. I entered a service request online thinking I wouldnt get a response until some time on Monday but was surprised to get a follow up call that night and they got me on the schedule for Monday. My service provider Jacob was very polite and gracious towards my overly eager pets that can get a little wild when a guest comes over. He quickly inspected the area, gave me a quote, and got to work right away. Im very impressed by the service I received. I was using another plumber but was having issues with them so I tried someone new. Im so glad I did. I will use them going forward.

I’m 81 years old, and I’ve seen my share of home repairs over the years, but I have to say, Rich from Evergreen Plumbing is one of the best I’ve ever come across. When a valve on my hot water heater started leaking and flooding my garage late in the evening, I didn’t know what I was going to do. Rich came out quickly, even though it was after hours, and took care of everything. He was polite, spoke clearly so I could understand what was happening, and got the job done without wasting time. Absolute life savers in the most disgusting moments of being a first time home owner. Something happened and we had raw sewage coming up into the shower of our only bathroom on a Saturday night. We contacted multiple places and Evergreen from the start was clearly the best. Kamille helped me set up a back up appointment while my husband tried to fix the problem at home, and then was able to get someone to our house within an hour when it became clear we couldnt do it on our own. She was kind and incredibly efficient!We were so lucky to have Grant come out to our house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to clearly explain what was happening and what he was doing at every turn. He was able to fix our problem and let us know about possible next steps moving forward without ever feeling like he was trying to force unnecessary procedures or products on us. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I received from Evergreen. Particularly with Dylan hikes and Maximus, his coworker. These two young men were absolutely delightful. They chuckled when I told them that their mothers would be proud of them. But their mother’s truly would be proud of them. This company is a cut above. The young lady that answered the phone was a delight. The service could not have been better. It’s always expensive to get a plumber, but if you’re going to get one, these are the guys to get. I truly mean that. I have absolutely zero regret calling these young men/company to my home when I was an absolute Dire Straits. There are several other things that need to be fixed within my household because my home is a little bit outdated. This company will be the one that I call. I will probably request Dylan and Maximus to come to my house and hopefully they will be able to do so. Evergreen sent Will to consult on a plumbing problem follow up. He was very complete in his explanation. He - like all the other Evergreen technicians I have met - have a great, customer oriented approach to their services. Will has a very principled approach to his work that I felt was missing in some other plumbing companies I have dealt with.Will followed up after I had issues with getting services for a broken outdoor faucet when the weather was in the teens in late January or early February. The answering service during that emergency did not relay I needed help and I telephoned twice. I had to locate another plumbing company to fix this although I had bought the VIP package. (That was disappointing.) The manager apologized and was invested in making this right.It’s been difficult to find a plumbing company that I can trust to do an excellent job and feel that I have been charged a reasonable price. Evergreen overall has been a great company. I commend the company’s involvement in apprenticing younger generations of plumbers.

We had an absolutely filthy and disgusting after-hours emergency on a Saturday night. This is the first time we have needed to call for plumbing help. Evergreen was one of three local services we called. They are also the only service that was considerate enough to call back!We were in good hands the whole time. I am new to Salem, Oregon and needed an Ice Maker shut off valve installed so my new refrigerator could be installed. The appliance dealer required that a shut off valve be located behind the refrigerator, not under the sink for installation. I took possession of my home, on a Monday and found that there was no shut off at the refrigerator opening. Evergreen Plumbing had excellent reviews, so I contacted them. They were able to come out on Tuesday morning and install the valve and new line in time for the afternoon delivery of my new refrigerator. They sent a professional, personable and proficient expert named Allen, who was able to complete this task quickly and efficiently. I was also able to obtain an estimate for some other plumbing improvements on my list. Allen provided a complete and thorough estimate for each proposed improvement, and also walked me through the house to provide verbal descriptions of the planned improvements. He also checked all of the homes plumbing systems in order to create a profile for future plumbing needs. I was very pleased with the work completed and have contracted with Evergreen to complete the proposed projects.*******10/04/24: I was so impressed with the quality of the previous work, I decided to request Allen for a third project. On the second, as mentioned above, I had adjustable shower head and track systems installed. They are spectacular. Today, two new anti scald shower valves with access doors, and 2 new toilets were installed. Allen brought a very capable and efficient helper, named Dan. Attention was paid to every detail throughout the process, as if though they were working on their own homes. I highly recommend Evergreen for all your plumbing needs. Allen and Dan are skilled at their craft, and at satisfying and delighting Evergreen clients. Nice job!

Super smooth process from start to finish. Jane was super helpful and understanding when she took my call and sent Rich out last night. He crawled all over the underside to finally find the leak. We decided he could attack it the next day and thats when he and Jameson (Im horrible with names so please forgive me) tag teamed and repaired my leak in under an hour. The walk through if services and pipe upgrades were in detail and easy to understand. Both techs and their support team we awesome. They came out right away and we’ve been very happy with the service and the knowledge, especially Matt Cooper, who has come out and helped us and explain things to us.May 6, we had Mason who came and worked on our ejector system. Told me what to expect, very efficient and assured me that they will be there if they are needed, really appreciate the work Evergreen does.Kyle came to work on our ejector today and found out it was an electrical problem. They resolved the issue substantially faster than anticipated, so they brought the original estimator (Joe) back and he gave me a new much-lower total. My water heater started leaking at 4pm, I gave them a call and they came the next morning at 8am. The lady on the phone was quick and answered all my questions and was very professional. Jeff the maintenance man was so nice and professional the whole way through. Got me set up with a new water heater and took the old one in 2 hours. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.Update: Today 12/2024 had Dyllin come out and do a yearly inspection. He was incredibly efficient and professional the entire time. We were looking for someone to put a splitter on an exterior hose bib and cap a pvc pipe. Not only did Allen look at that,he also did a complete check of the plumbing system. He checked the water heater and all the faucets and pipes inside the house. He also crawled under the house and discovered a shower leak.Then he came up with four or five options for work to be done.Allen came up with an option for the hose bib that will work out better than what we had in mind.Allen was very thorough and friendly. After he explained all the options, i needed him to explain some terms again. He was very patient and used language that a non-plumber could understand.I really appreciate him finding the shower leak, we had no idea there was a problem.

The home replumbing contract was the most detailed & defined. Yes, more than the competition. Jacob Harris wrote the comprehensive contract that way and that is why we chose them. Absolutely fantastic group of plumbers who do exceptional work, with the best equipment, at a fair price.Evergreen found our water leak, which was in a pipe under the lawn leading from the water main. They came back out less than a week later to bore a new hole under the lawn (Which was great because there was only very minimal disturbance to the lawn overall and no long trenches), fit a new pipe, and put everything back together so that you cant even tell any work was done.Everything was explained from start to finish and, honestly, everyone at Evergreen was a pleasure to talk to. The company hires plumbers who are pure class. Would highly, highly recommend the company to anyone needing any amount of plumbing work.Huge shoutouts to Jacob, who came out and after a thorough investigation was able to identify the source of our water leak, and also to Alan, Chis, and Terry who came out to fix the issue.
