Two technicians came to our residences to diagnose a well pump cycling problem. They were professional and very knowledgeable in pump operation. They thoroughly checked our system and referred us to a business that performs water leak location. Sippel Well is one of the best in the business of well operation. They have competitive pricing with outstanding customer service that provides the best repair and installation services available. Thank you for the great work you performed for us on our well. Sippel really saved my day when my old existing well went belly up. They fit me into their busy schedule because of my emergency need and got a new well drilled and hooked up in just two weeks! All the workers were friendly and great to talk to, and the price was very reasonable.

Had a 15 yr old well pump die on us and called Sippel. Jeff and his crew came out, replaced the pump and identified issues with the piping that we had not known about. They saved us from having additional problems in the near future and now everything is working great. Very prompt, very accurate in quotes and timelines. Our experience with this company was fantastic! We called them to see if they had parts that we needed on a Saturday… They didn’t have them but directed us to another company that did.(Stettler Supply) We were able to get what we needed and without Sippel I don’t know if we would have been able to get our water back up and running on a Saturday !!! Thank you
