I called about a clogged drain line and Jeff and his employees came out and worked to get it unclogged the same day. They stayed late and fixed the issue. Very professional and efficient. Would definitely use them again. Reasonably priced.

On August 2nd, 2024, Jeff and his son came to fix my 2 leaking toilets and installed a bidet on a toilet seat. They were prompt and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They did a thorough job and their charge was reasonable. I would hire them again for my plumbing needs.

I have heard so many horrible stories about owning your own home and something going wrong. Well, that did happen to me and my family, but Jeff and his son were AMAZING and FAST to come help. They did a wonderful job replacing our tub/shower, sub floor, wall plate, and adding a joist. Jeff IS by far so easy to communicate with and very honest and dependable. They even worked way late just to finish.

Perfection Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend after having been dissatisfied with previous work done by another company. Jeff was extremely personable, professional, and polite. Considering how busy everyone is these days, he worked me promptly in his schedule and even patiently waited for me as I was late getting to my own house (which he was very nice and understanding about!) His pricing is very reasonable and his work is truly impeccable. I will be using his services in the future for any and all of my plumbing needs! Not to mention- his companys slogan is iconic. GREAT SERVICE! Called Perfection Plumbing about my hot water tank. He had that fixed then came back the next day and took care of some drainage issues. Pricing is VERY reasonable. So glad to have someone dependable to rely on.

Jeff and his helper worked hard to figure out the issue with my shower leak which was a different than first thought. Highly recommend. Will call again!

We had frozen/cracked water lines that needed repairs. Jeff and the guys came in and repaired all the broken lines and restored the water to our cabin. They were rockstars and were very reasonable in what they charged. If we need any other plumbing work done you can bet that well call on them again.

Im always skeptical when a business claims to be about good service and not out to make extra money with up sales. Well, Perfection Plumbing is honest about their description. My service call was far less expensive than I anticipated (crazy affordable cost). Jeff and Mike were punctual, knowledgeable, diligent and professional. They took their time and never did I feel rushed. If you are looking for integrity... look no further. Jeff has earned a lifelong customer with me. I cant recommend Perfection Plumbing enough!

Every other plumber in town blew me off, except for Perfection Plumbing. Jeff, the owner, showed up on time and instantly started to work. Unlike the other main plumbing companies in this town, who would not even give me a written estimate nor would they start work; and furthermore, they gave me a very difficult time and refused to call me back for weeks!!! I tried seven plumbers in Salem, Missouri, and ONLY PERFECTION PLUMBING CAME AND ACTUALLY DID THE JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE AT THAT!!!! I will not ever call the other companies ever again!!! And my strongest suggestion if you need a plumber in Salem, MO, call Jeff at Perfection Plumbing! The BEST PLUMBER IN TOWN!
