My wife and I recently had Jarvis come to do some work at our house. From the very first time I met Jarvis I knew he was genuine in not only his character, but his desire to help fix the problem we had. Jarvis was prompt, detailed, and explained everything as he went. We had a tricky situation going on with a sewer pipe that needed to be replaced and Jarvis evaluated every possible solution while being sure to explain to me the pros and cons of each. At the end of the day Jarvis completed the work at our house that I would expect him to do at his house. If you are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is genuine, and cares about solving an issue you may be facing, I highly recommend Jarvis for any job.

Highly recommend Pauley’s Plumbing. Jarvis was able to work me in earlier than expected, quickly came up with a solution to the plumbing issue, and was very fair with the price. I had my first encounter with Jarvis today. Hes helping me trouble-shoot a house odor that Ive been trying to find the source of for two years. He did a brief walk through today (naturally the odor was not there)and checked out the crawl space. He didnt charge me a thing for the visit and Im to call him again when the odor is present. Hes a very personable guy and seems very knowledgeable. Ive definitely found my go to plumber for all future needs. Thanks Jarvis!

Jarvis was incredible from start to finish. Hands down the best experience we’ve had with a plumber. Jarvis was very honest upfront and most of all genuine. He was very thorough in his explanation of what caused the issue and how he was going to fix it. His work was fantastic. Excellent communication and was punctual. Pauleys Plumbing (Jarvis) was excellent. He was completely confident that he could resolve our yard hydrant problem and he did. I few other plumbers did not want to touch this issue, but Jarvis was willing and more than capable. He had to carefully dig a large, deep hole and he took great care in minimizing any damage. He kept me informed along the way and explained everything to me really well. He installed a new, high quality yard hydrant and it works great. I will always use Pauleys Plumbing for future needs. He even repaired a minor issue with our toilet and taught me what to do if it happened next time! I appreciated that.

We had old sewer pipes that had rusted through so we needed all new pipes. Jarvis came and rerouted our pipes because replacing the old pipes would have required destroying the floor in our new addition. He worked extremely hard to get our job done in as few days as possible. He is honest and fair and one of the nicest folks you will ever meet. We cannot recommend Pauley’s Plumbing more and will call him any time we have a plumbing need.

I called Pauleys Plumbing after 3 or 4 other plumbers who either couldnt fit me into their schedule or were unwilling to touch the situation within 48 hours of Drano use. They made time for me even though they were busy. Jarvis fixed the problem (cooked cabbage 10-35 feet down the line blocking all water). He was very polite to my wife and made sure I was happy with the price and the service performed. Explained the risks. Was concerned that he did not do any more damage than necessary to my pipes. Great communication. Great job. I highly recommend.

Jarvis went above and beyond my expectations in fixing a main drain clog that was backing up my entire house. Not only was he the quickest to respond but set to work immediately with an obvious pride and determination to fix the problem and get it done right. He spent the time to assure that my drain was clear and even found a clean out that others couldnt find which ultimately saved me money! If you want quality work done right from an honest, hard working, experienced and respectful plumber, Pauleys is the place to go! Ill be calling Jarvis for all of my plumbing needs!

Called Jarvis due to a problem with the kitchen drain pipe in the wall, and cracked flooring in the basement. He quickly responded and designed and installed a new system without tearing into the wall or removing the kitchen counters and appliances. The job was completely finished in a day at a very reasonable cost. In addition, he kept my son amused and busy. Jarvis has my highest recommendation.

We have been homeowners for twenty-five years and value a good plumber as much as we do a good doctor or dentist—perhaps more. Our main pressure valve was leaking, so we put out calls (i.e. left messages) to several independents and a large chain. The only one polite enough to return our call within an expected amount of time was Jarvis Pauley, the owner. He discussed the leak with us, we emailed him pictures, and within an hour he was able to take time off of a much larger job to look at our little, yet quickly growing, leak. Being extremely experienced and well prepared, he was able to replace the valve on the spot, upgrade the fittings, and was in and out in less than two hours. Priceless!!! Jarvis also pointed out things we might want to improve or upgrade going forward in order to avoid more costly repairs. He was one of the most qualified we could have hoped for to come out and do the work. He did. Thank You!

Initially came out to repair shower knob. The house is old so he had to run all over town to find the correct piece. Fixed it quickly and pricing was extremely reasonable! The other knob ended up breaking so he came back and fixed it too! Very professional and personable! When he says he’s on his way, he means it. None of that waiting for 7 hours until arrival! Will definitely keep number for all plumbing needs!

Jarvis Pauley was fantastic to work with and reasonable in every regard. I called him recently for a hot water heater issue. He spent time talking it through with me on the phone. Even though his schedule was tight, he took the time to come by the same day. My kids were interested in what he was doing, so he patiently took the time to educate them (and me) on everything he was doing. I know who I will be calling if I have any future plumbing needs and I’d highly recommend him to anyone who asked!

He took the time to investigate the situation & make a plan that he executed perfectly & successfully. He was respectful of our yard & our home. When he left, everything was returned to its place like he was never there. He also replaced a water cutoff that had been installed so shoddily that it was a critical situation. AMAZING! We had a wonderful experience with Jarvis. I called Pauleys Plumbing at 8pm when they were closed and received a call the next morning before 8am which is an incredibly fast response! I told Jarvis our issue and he swung by before his work started. He spent an ample amount of time trying to figure out our issue and explaining the issue to us. This tells me that he wasnt trying to hide anything from us and I felt he was extremely transparent with us throughout the process. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend Jarvis if youre in need of a plumber!

Called Jarvis around 5pm on a Saturday concerning a water leak on the water main to the house. Water was coming through the foundation wall and leaking into the basement. He came by that afternoon to assess the situation and was back out the next morning on a Sunday to repair the leak. Was eager to demonstrate the craftsmanship and pride he put into his work. I was able to and encouraged to review the steps of the repair effort effort he performed. Definitely solid, quality work. Considering my problem was solved within 24 hours of calling Jarvis and on a weekend, I feel I paid a more than fair price for prompt, high quality professional service. No complaints here and a pleasant man to deal with. Based on my experience, highly commended for your plumbing needs.
