Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past Ive dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house theres always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and thats it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. Hes also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I havent met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and hes very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasnt sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! Its really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician. Youre the best :)

I had been using another company for my home HVAC service. Four months after having the other company do a full service on my system, my gas furnace started to trip and eventually stopped heating. During freezing temperatures none the less. The soonest the other company could come out to my house was a week and a half. When their technician showed up he just did a quick visual inspection, told me what he thought the issue was and the options for solutions. None of which were less than thousands of dollars. They told me I would need to just replace my furnace and that I should do it before the following week because their prices were increasing 30%. Having newborn twin babies I absolutely needed my furnace to work and was in a little bit of a panic. The next day my furnace completely stopped working. I work for Jet and decided to see if the information I was receiving from the other company was accurate. Luckily Jets maintenance department had a cancellation and was able to get someone out to my house that day. The technicians were on time, very polite, wore booties inside my house and actually took the time to do a thorough evaluation of my system by opening up my equipment, running it through its paces to diagnose the issues and ended up saving me literally thousands of dollars!! I have always enjoyed working for Jet and now that I have experienced working with Jet as a customer I am pleased to say I work for an excellent company with excellent service!

Needed a new toilet in one of our bathrooms. Called Wed afternoon and talked with Mike. He advised me on good models to buy and said it would be cheaper for me to buy it. By Thurs afternoon, had our new toilet installed. Installer (think name was Corey) very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with plumbing service done by Jet. Already use them for heating and a/c needs.

Jet Industries saved me a ton of money!! I had an estimate from another company for some maintenance work on my heat pump. The estimate seemed high, so I called Jet Industries to get a comparison on the prices for the recommended services. I was amazed at the price difference - more than a thousand dollars difference!!The very next day a technician from Jet (Josh Bird) came out and did all the repairs. Josh was polite, efficient, thorough and very good at his job! He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you Jet Industries - and thank you Josh! I highly recommend this company!

Excellent quick service. Reliable and responsible. We had another service company tell us we needed new equipment to the tune of $5000.00. Jet came out to double check, repaired our existing equipment for $230.00 because the other company was scamming us. THANK YOU JET!!

Jet was wonderful. I was very impressed with their service and with the technician who came to our house. Our air conditioner broke over the weekend. We are just a dew days away from a forecasted heat wave. I was really concerned about getting it fixed before that. I called at 7:30 Monday morning. A technican was here at 9:15 and my AC was fixed by 9:30. It was a very professional and friendly experience. Thank you, Jet!

I recently contracted with Jet Industries Inc. to install an electronic air filter on our HVAC system. I contacted Jet because they were an “A” rated company and they had installed all the utilities in our new home in 2005.Their “A” rating seems inadequate to describe the outstanding service we received. Everyone who came to our home arrived on schedule, neat in appearance, respectful and courteous to us, our home and each other. They arrived well equipped to perform their task in a workman like, efficient manner, exhibiting the highest standards of professionalism expected from senior journeyman master craftsmen. When the technicians identified problems with the original installation, senior management authorized them to stand behind the work of seven years ago. For me, my Jet experience places them alongside greats like Nordstrom’s.

I am on the board of the Willamette Valley Children’s Charity and Jet Industries sought us out and very generously presented us with a $10,000 donation just before Christmas!! It was an incredible gift to our organization that will help us purchase a Cuddle Cot for the Salem Hospital, assist with burial costs, and provide groceries, housecleaning, and other small services to local families suffering the sudden loss of a loved one. We are so grateful for their generosity- it will bless so many lives...

Andy Nash lead service Tech came to my storage facility and diagnosed the issue with the AC Unit quickly and changed out the parts required to fix the unit. he also diagnosed a noisy electrical relay as well. Other techs were not nearly as knowledgeable regarding the outside units vs the indoor AC units. Thanks again Andy!!!

I just want to take a few minutes to say how much I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of your tech Taylor (spelling?) with Jet Communications, Salem. I live in Hope Valley Resort in Turner, Oregon and he was out for my initial installation and setup, and then again today to troubleshoot an issue with my connectivity. Taylor really takes ownership and pride in his work and he is diligent in ensuring the customer understands the work he is doing and is left completely satisfied. From the minute he arrives, he conveys true empathy and concern for the customer, as well as an obvious interest in demonstrating company pride. If I didnt know better, I would think he is a stakeholder in the business. He treats the individual customer as if the companys success is valued and appreciated. If this young man were on undercover boss, he would be receiving a promotion as a trainer for the staff company wide. If all of your technicians operate with this amount of professionalism and customer focus, the entire Jet Communications division is to be commended as well. Thanks for an incredibly positive experience!

Jet absolutely saved us recently! Our ac went out over a really hot weekend and I called Monday morning, they showed up shortly after that and were extremely helpful. Got our ac fixed and we were eating dinner in our nicely cooled house by that night :) super great guys that are really nice there! Great hvac service dept, thank you!!!

Andy Nash is a rockstar. He came out diagnosed the problem and took care of business. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He even explained what the features and benefits of my Coleman furnace were. Without his help, we would have been out in the cold. I called yesterday late afternoon and he was here early afternoon on a Friday. He even called to let me know exactly what time he would be here. In todays economy it is hard to find true professionals, Andy Nash is one of them.
