Amazing experience with Hillside Plumbing. At first, they were supposed to come by and just check out our water heater and see what was wrong with it. They explained in detail to me the issue and were very nice! Then I got a call after they left and they got the parts and were willing to come back and fix it the same day! John is an amazing individual who thinks outside the box! He is trustworthy and honest, 2 traits that you dont find in many people or businesses these days. He was willing to take a look at a home grown older Lennox unit (Complete Heat) and make modifications to make the water heater work with the existing air handler. Highly recommend.

Had a tankless water heater installed replacing two traditional hot water heaters. Hillside provided a competitive quote. John and crew showed up on time and removed the old ones and did the installation within a few hours. John clearly is a master plumber and knows his trade. The install looks perfect with no issues. His attention to detail was amazing. Highly recommend Hillside.

Always when you least expect it, theres a leak. Finding someone these days whom can come out to your home in a reasonable frame of time isnt easy. Hillside went out of their way to book our job in the first spot on their schedule. When they came, it was on time and the job was done in a timely manner. Friendly service, and well knowledgeable on a variety of plumbing needs. When they finished the job, they left it clean. Disposed all the debris. They even checked twice to make sure it had no leaks! The pipes worked great, even after they were long gone. As they said they would rather make sure their work is done well, than come back later. I would recommend Hillside Plumbing to anyone, knowing I can trust that they will do the job, and the job will be done right.

We are working on remodeling our laundry room into a 2nd bathroom. We had Hillside Plumbing come in and move the plumbing for our washer, and they worked with us to get a corner shower in and a toilet. The work was done very well, and the professionalism and the attention to detail was much appreciated. The owner John and his crew made sure that everything was right for us before completing the job out. The quality of their work is fantastic and we couldnt ask for a better plumbing company. We will definitely be using them in the future, and recommending them to everyone we know.We will post pictures later as we are still working on getting flooring...etc into the space.

When you call a plumber its normally because you need them. I called company a and the technician was stumped- not what you want to hear. He left saying he would research and get back to me. The following week I called them, no real solution had been thought of. Explaining my predicament of a non-flushing toilet i was informed of Hillside. I called, the tech arrived the next day, inspected and offered 2 solutions but he wanted to check pricing. I was given a quote that evening. 3 days later I received a follow up call because I had yet to give the OK to repair. ..... Its really hard to find a company that actually understands the meaning of service oh the toilet? Repaired at just under 1/2 of the other companies not really sure but I think it will cost estimate. Yep, Hillside is a good company to do business with, especially when you want a straight flush and not a full house.
