Im so happy I reached out to Fagone Plumbing. Nick, the owner was very helpful when it came time to purchasing a new mini-split. He went above and beyond explaining my options. Tammy, the office manager is professional and great to work with on scheduling and billing. The most important part of the process are the guys that come to your home. You will be pleasantly surprised to have technicians that clean up after the work is completed, are responsible and respectful. A big thank you to Jesse!

I don’t write reviews very often but I felt like Fagone deserved 5 stars!Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of summer. I called close to a dozen companies and no one was available to come check it out for days.I called Fagone and they had a tech at my house within 2 hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within 15 mins and fixed it in under 30 mins. This is after another HVAC company completely misdiagnosed the root cause and would have had me pay a lot more for the job without actually fixing the problem.Thank you! I will definitely be calling Fagone for all my HVAC needs going forward.

They did some work for me the the past( replace HVAC system) and it was done very well and professional. Just had my tank repair today and it done professional and within a quick time.

Finally, he has made follow-up trips to double-check my systems for correct operation. In all, its a great business with great customer service. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are so grateful we found Fagone Plumbing! We have called Nick two times in the past 6 months with emergencies (one air conditioning; another heating) and he has come to our rescue both times. This past summer one of our ac units finally kicked the bucket (of course, on a steamy hot day) and Nick was able to replace the unit and air handler so we were up in running in a couple of days. He was also willing to get us some window units for the two days we were without ac but we had some of our own. Then today, we noticed water coming from our furnace. My wife called Nick and he was at our house within 45 minutes. At first, it looked like the furnace cracked and needed to be replaced...we were all set to pay Nick a significant amount of money to replace the furnace but after about another 15 minutes of investigating, Nick discovered that the problem could be solved a lot cheaper and quickly. He had it fixed within 30 minutes. I want to highlight that he could have just stuck with the initial plan of replacing the furnace and made a lot more money but he didn’t. I am so appreciative of his knowledge, skill and integrity!

Nick, the proprietor of Fagone Plumbing & Heating is the consummate professional. Fagone & Co squeezed us in during a heat wave this summer to install our new split system when our old AC system was failing. Nick showed up on-site at our commercial building in Marblehead to assist and over see the work and completed the installation within two days. The quality of the work is very good and Nick was a real pleasure to deal with.

We have a sump issue late Friday night, we called their 24/7 number and we had a plumber out to our house within the hour to take a look. The pump we had was long gone and the next morning they came back with a new pump and it was installed quickly and it 10 times better than the one that we had before. I’ve used Fagone for both heating and AC repairs on my aging units the last couple of years. But this week was the first time I had major work done. I had an AC condenser replaced. It was a big job and they were in and out of the house all day long. Everyone on the team was efficient and courteous. They left the work spaces and the hallways/stairs they used really clean. Will definitely keep working with them. The price was fair and I got good advice about my repair vs replacement options.
