I highly recommend Einstein’s. They came out to our rental to replace the hot water heater. Jared was very nice and professional. One of the supply lines started leaking a few days after the install. I called Tony and informed him, he immediately send Jared back out to resolve the issue. That’s customer service at its finest!! I cannot recommend Tony, and his crew enough!

I highly recommend this business! I had a pipe burst during the ice storm. Due to inclement weather most businesses were already closed for the day or so backed up it would take days for them to fit me in their schedule. Thankfully, Tony returned my call - he fit me in the next day and had no problem working with my Home Warranty company. Price for repairs was fair and reasonable. What a life saver!

Tony and the rest of the crew are consistently friendly, communicative, and quick. When I needed a full re-pipe last year, Tony worked with me to figure out how to prioritize things based on importance & what I could afford. And this week when I had a sudden clog I wasnt able to snake out myself, he answered the phone right away and fit me in very quickly. As a new-ish home owner I very much appreciate him!

Einstein Pros Salem has the best prices on plumbing! I shopped around for a faucet installation and Tony got the job done for less money than any other plumber around. Tony installed our Springwell whole house water filter 3 years ago and did a phenomenal job! He was extremely professional and answered every question I had. He was very careful to ensure that it was installed exactly as directed so as not to void any of the warranties. Three years, later, we decided to replace the pre/post filter canister housing with a newer model and called Tony. He actually remembered installing our system and all the details about it -- truly amazing! He did a wonderful job replacing the canister and again answered all my questions and provided a helpful tutorial on changing the filter in the new canister. Excellent service at a reasonable price. We will definitely call Tony for any other plumbing issues we have!

Waking up to a heavily leaking water heater (20 yrs old) in the garage first thing in the morning only a couple of hours before a house full of guests was to arrive was stressful, to say the least. A quick online search led us to Einstein Plumbing and Heating in West Salem. I called right at 8am when they opened and was greeted with a friendly voice who let me know that he had a technician in my area and would be able to stop by for an inspection and quote within 30 mins!! I could not believe it. Our water heater needed to be replaced. They surprisingly had an opening right then same day, and it was out the old and in with the new within 4 hours! I know this might not be typical. We had hot water just in time for our guests. I was very pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, quality, and speed with which we had our needed services completed! The I felt very valued as a first time customer.

One of the few plumbers that actually give you a quote over the phone and at a good price. Would definitely recommend them.
