Vaughn DOnofrio came to my rescue!He came out at 7:00 PM to clean out the drain pipe that was causing a back up of water into my basement.He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you ever have a plumbing problem.👍😊

On a Sunday morning, while running our washing machine, water started to come up from our basement (where machine is located) and started coming up from our sinks and bathtub on the second floor. Water was not draining from our property and coming back up into the home. We had no idea what to do! Of course it was a weekend, also. Called Donofrios and Vaughn came out that afternoon to investigate the situation. He tried 4-5 times to snake our pipes leading from the pump to the street before he considered a more invasive strategy. With his last attempt and with increasingly more ammo he cleared an enormous clog right at before our curb that he believed to have had been accumulating after years and years. We were excited to see how excited HE was that he could help us!!! His reaction when he succeeded made us all laugh. He clearly cares about the situations that each of his customers are in, is mindful of costs, and is not quick to resort to expensive, invasive measures. The price was honest and affordable. We are so thankful and would recommend him to our friends and family.

Vaughen came to our rescue when another contractor left us with an incomplete mess! He corrected mistakes made by the previous contractor and completed the project in what seemed like no time. Vaughen was excellent in communicating everything to us throughout the project and put our minds at ease with every question we had. I cannot recommend DOnofrios Drain Service enough.

I had a severely backed up main drain line coming out of my house. My house also didnt have an exterior clean out so getting to the clog was impossible. The owner Vaughn installed a clean out, cleared the clog, and inspected the whole drain line in record time! Very professional and quick service done right, all at half the price of any competition in the area.
