We were reffered to Jason by another local plumbing company to have a Instant hot water heater installed. Jason was awesome to deal with and offered a great deal on the installation. He explained the whole process of the installation. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. Jason and the entire staff of Big Time plumbing were a pleasure to work with. If I have anymore plumbing jobs in the future I will be using them. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

These folks are the real deal!! They were very fast to make an appointment, for a job estimate and they called the day before to verify the date and time and they showed up on time. The estimate was very fare and once again the appointment, for the job, was within a week, not moths out like other companies. Again, the day before the job was scheduled I received a call confirming the date and time and they showed up on time, fully prepared for the job. The work was impeccable. They cleaned up what little mess there was and I’m a very satisfied customer. You can’t go wrong with Big Time Plumbing

Jason and his assistant were on time and did exactly what we discussed when drawing up the (free) estimate. A call from Chelsea at the office informed me that he had departed for my house. Jason is very polite and personable, I enjoyed talking with him. The bill matched the estimate to the penny and the work area was left clean, all trash being removed. Mike and Devonta were professional, on time, and did an excellent job troubleshooting and solving our slow drain in our kitchen. Highly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs.They even cleaned up the job site after they were finished. (better than it was when they arrived)The were very affordable as well.We called yesterday late afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning.Two thumbs up!

Our first experience with Jason, (Big Time Plumbing), was May 2010 when he performed all the plumbing requirements for a bathroom addition in our home. We were so pleased with his work weve continued to call him for ANY plumbing or water related issue in or outside our home. Most recently he discovered and corrected an unknown (by us) issue with our sump pump, which had been installed by a nationally known company 8 years ago, (their review wont be as flattering). Apparently they never glued the pipes together which resulted in constant seepage. Jason installed new pipes, cleaned the pump and now it works as it should; much quieter and only when needed. HONEST...RELIABLE...PROFESSIONAL. We highly recommend him. Thanks Jason!!

Jason did a great job getting our tankless water heater working properly. He also cheerfully helped with several smaller tasks such as switching hot, cold, figuring out the shower systems, checked the water PH, etc. Prices are very fair.

Jason and his crew did a GREAT job installing our gas stove (and the gas line for it) and a new tankless water heater. We are so happy with the work! We don’t run out of hot water! They have helped me twice with my own home, once with a pressure reducer and gauge , another with a complicated hot water heater setup that was failing. I recommend them because they are very responsive (thanks Chelsea), very honest and creative in there problem solving (thanks Jason) and very professional and hard working (thanks Mike). There pricing is honest and near market, they are not the cheapest (I have gone with the cheapest before and have had to redo it) and not the most expensive, just the best overall Plumbing company I have ever dealt with!
