Eliezer was great! He arrived at the location a little early and called to see if I was home and if it was convenient for him to come in early-I was home and was so very happy to get the appointment done early and not have to wait until the end of the arrival window. He was incredibly polite, very efficient and very knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions (I always like to learn about the nature of the issue). He snaked the line and quickly found the blockage and left the sink and tub cleaner than when he arrived. Overall a very pleasant and efficient experience. I highly recommend Eliezer and A-List Drains. -

If you need a trustworthy, professional plumber, stop reading and just make the call to A-List Drains! I first called them for a job last year (2023). They showed up fast, were professional, polite and took care of the problem at a very reasonable cost. I needed them again today so I made the call. They showed up within a couple of hours and got right to work to fix the issue. Ive added them to my speed dial list, and I wont hesitate to call on them again when/if the need arises. -

I would highly recommend A-List Drains for a clogged drain. The technician Rolo was kind, courteous and fixed my problem. He was here longer than expected as the clog was bad, he made sure the pipes were completely clean before leaving. Rolo was terrific! -

I have nothing but good things to say about A-list drains. They have the cheapest prices and the absolute best customer service! I had issues with a main drain, I called them and they were able to come out that day to resolve the issue. When they came to my house we thought it fixed the issue. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem…I called them a few days later and the owner himself( or one of the owners )came back to my house free of charge because the problem wasn’t fixed. It turned out to be a bigger problem than we all thought. We had A-list drain go in and fix the problem. Every person who came to my house from A-list drains was very respectful and polite.They don’t mess around or try to trick you into anything. If you call them they will tell you the prices over the phone so you know what to expect. They also recommend you call around to other companies to see if there is a better price because they know everything is expensive and they don’t want you to break the bank. From my opinion don’t waste your time calling other companies because A-list drains is the best plumbing company around when it comes to customer service and satisfaction, and prices. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know if I know they have plumbing issues! And from when I wrote this review (3-7-2024) they had 103-5 star reviews…well now it’s 104. They are just absolutely amazing! -

Unbelievable service. When you picture or think of company that will exceed your expectations, think of this company. These guys are simply amazing.Even at 9pm, on a Wednesday, they answered and were so accommodating. They said they could be here between 1030 and noon on Thursday/today. Promptly at 1030, they were here.The gentleman that showed up was extremely effective and efficient at the tasks. He was in and out very quickly and I never even knew he was here. Even with the emergency, the level of work, and especially the price couldnt be beat.My wife and I both said, if we ever need a drain cleaner this company will be it go to guys. I had a clog in my main drain which caused a backup downstairs. I called A-list drains after seeing all their great reviews and I’m so happy I did! They came out right away and fixed my problem, all within an hour. I am pregnant and this is the last thing I wanted to deal with but they made my situation a lot easier. It’s refreshing to find honest people nowadays especially after dealing with rotor rooter in the past and getting ripped off. I will definitely be a returning customer, next up is hydrojet cleaning. We had a foul smell coming up through our kitchen drains. After replacing our water heater, getting our septic tank emptied and a few other fixes, we were done with the situation. We reached out to out town’s residence page and A-List Drains answered in the evening on a Sunday, no less. I was so thankful because I was speaking to a professional! A-List booked us and in three days the guys were here to work on our drains. Talk about smart, customer friendly, clean and all about finding the problem … the guys removed our kitchen pipes, cleaned them out and thoroughly cleared our dishwasher flexible pipe, as well. They gave us tips going forward and cleaned up before they were done. My family is so relieved that our house doesn’t smell like a toilet any more. Reasonable cost for a problem we had lived with for multiple months. They are our drain guys now. You can call them with confidence. A++++ -

Being a single mom in my first house, the worst, scariest experience was today. I had water literally pouring in the basement. I called every plumbing business in Salem and with today being a holiday I only got one that answered. The guy was so nice and professional. He took the time to listen and advise me on how to stop the water until someone came out. He also said he would try to get someone out sooner. The worker came sooner. He was very professional, respectful and thorough. We discussed the issues and he checked everything and even took the time to show me and explain and refer me to a septic person just to be sure since my issue involved the septic system. My mom has a home in Plaistow and A-List will definitely be servicing that home and Im telling everyone else in my family about A-list. Also theyre 24 hours for emergencies. Thank you guys so much! -

I walked down into my basement only to find that my pipes had been backing up for a couple of hours. Water everywhere. I tried snaking my pipes but soon realized this was a job for the Pros. My wife called A-List Drains Inc, got a quote and a time. They arrived earlier than expected which was a huge plus for me. Came in and sent the camera down the main pipe and showed me the clog. Then he used the power snake to clear my main. They were profesional, kind and to top it all off they charged me less than they quoted me. This is something that you DO NOT find in 2022. It seems the other way around this day in age. You have a company come in and they try to upsell you or charge you more than they quoted. Not A-List Drain !It takes a special breed of man to do an honest job for an honest price. A 5 star company straight across the boards, all day long !! -

Eleizer from AList drains was referred to me by my main plumber as he was out on vacation. We had a bathroom sink that got clogged that I could not clear myself.I had reach out to him earlier Saturday morning and he was onsite within the hour. No extra charge for weekend or for an immediate visit. Eleizer was professional, and went through with me step by step with me what he was doing so if I ran into it again I could take care of it myself. Very reasonably priced.For two drains a plug readjustment on a Saturday within the hour was less than $200. I called the same day and spoke with Eliezer. Eliezer told me he will be there the same day and on that same day he showed up. He was kind and explained the issue with great detail and told me in a way I can understand which I appreciate. He went there not just fix the issue but to educate me on the problem, how the problem occurred, how he is going to fix the problem, and how to prevent the problem from occurring again. The job entailed a bit more than the drain and Eliezer Alamo travelled to get a part at two vendors. I cannot say enough great things regarding A-1 Drains. Eliezer came to my home to fix a kitchen sink clog within 1 hour of my call. He charges a flat rate and it was not an easy job. He had to snake from the kitchen through the basement which is in excess of 50 feet. It took him at least 45 minutes to complete the job. He was pleasant and very professional. Fast response time to my slow drain issue. My toilet was clogged and plunging did not help. Put in a request and problem solved before I knew it!! A piece of plastic fell in the toilet and was flushed without me realizing. Thank goodness it was fixed quickly, hard to function without a toilet. Will definitely use again!!!Update to my post: four months later, I unfortunately used toilet paper that stated was septic safe, which was not. Long story short, I come home from work to find a clogged toilet I could not plunge after my daughter used the bathroom. Water was leaking at the base of the toilet, I called A-list yet again and they were able to get back to me quickly! I even got a lesson on what toilet paper would be better to use to help prevent future problems. Eliezer came to our house to fix a clogged washing machine drain pipe . He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He spent almost two hours at our house diagnosing problem and fixing it. He made sure everything was working and cleaned up after. Rates were very reasonable as well. Great guy and phenomenal work! Definitely calling A list again for any drain issues . -
