Jason with NC WaterHeaters replaced the water main for my home in Raleigh. What I appreciated most was that he treated me, my home, my property, my landscaping - even my dogs! with care and respect every time he was here. He took time to answer all my questions, to explain the details of the procedure, to walk my extensive landscape so I could see what needed to be moved and where the trench for the new pipe would go. He was available via phone and email and was always prompt in responding to any inquiry. He took photos to document the need for the work and before and after as well. Jason and Ryan came to dig the trench and redo some of the plumbing - and both were respectful, kind to the dogs - and willing to answer any questions. They completed the work in the time they told me to expect, so I was without water for only a few hours. They made sure I knew all the changes and provided an easier way for me to replace my water filter by adding another shut off valve.When the inspection passed, Jason came back and filled in the trench - and even took time to spread out some mulch I had purchased. He left my property looking like he had cared for his own.I could not have been more pleased with the work done by Jason and NC WaterHeaters. I highly recommend this company.

He’s honest, non-pushy, helpful and even recommended another company over himself, that could do something for a better price. Jeremey the carpenter in their home services division is attentive and helpful, and Kayla (admin) is always prompt with quotes and a pleasure scheduling work with. We just moved to the Triangle and purchased a whole home catalytic carbon water filter and water softener for our new construction home. We were in need of a qualified plumber to install the system. On the first connection with the company, the president, David, called me to discuss the job. He spent a lot of time discussing the job, telling me about the company and listening to my needs. We received a very competitive estimate shortly after that. Other plumbers wanted two to three times more to perform the work. Kayla, the office manager, promptly sent a firm quote and got us on the schedule. Kayla was very responsive coordinating the work and a great representative of the company. NC Water Heaters sent out Jason, the water softener expert, to install my equipment. Jason was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job. This was not their equipment and I appreciate their taking the time to install the equipment that I had purchased.Rarely do you find a small business, especially a home improvement contractor, that runs as efficiently and effectively as NC Water Heaters. I will definitely consider them my new plumber and recommend them to everyone in the Triangle.

Yesterday Jonathon did an excellent job in rerouting the plumbing for the new kitchen sink and installed a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. The water filter system needed some adjustments to work properly and he assisted with making the changes after we needed to contact the companys customer service line. Lee has completed several electrical jobs for us and we hope to never have to use anyone else as he is professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted NC Water Heaters back in September. I had been planning for sometime to replace my water heater that was located in the attic, a place a 40 gal water heater should not be. First off I surprised that I got a one day response for them to come out and give me an estimate of the work to be done. I wanted a tankless water heater. I met Brandon Johnson the project manager when he came to give me an estimate of the job. I very much impressed with his information right away on how the work could be done and the cost of the project. On the same day I got an estimate I could sign off on and the next day an appointment for the actual work to be done. Loved the quick response that. On installation day, or I should say water heater conversion since I was going from one type of water heater to another type. The crew arrived on time, Jason an installer and Lee the electrician and Tew. All were great to work with and able to explain any questions I had. Soon after Brandon arrived to oversee the project and at the end gave me a very good instructions on the workings of the tankless water heater . I can say that I highly recommend them for how well the work was done and how well they were both professional and responsive to any concerns and questions I had. I am looking forward to using their service in the future for any needs I may have for plumbing or electrical.

I cant share enough great things about NC water heaters! Theyve done two big jobs at the home we just purchased. Firstly, the replaced our water heaters. We had another company come out first and gave us a ridiculous quote, while also saying they wouldnt touch the thing without an electrician to fix a major problem. We had NC water heaters come out for a second opinion. Not only did they give us a quote for about $600 less than the competitor, but they address the major electrical problem, which turned out to be nothing more than a grounding wire and a junction box. Theyre on staff electrician just handled it as part of the install.Secondly, they replaced our sewage pump due to it being faulty. Jason and Sam were the two technicians and they were on time, extremely efficient workers, who were very kind to myself and my pets during the job. They got us inspected and scheduled two days later and replaced the pump for barely more than it would have cost me to do it myself. Extremely happy with this company.Again, Jason, sam, and Brandon have all done work and been amazing. Kayla is incredibly nice on the admin side each time I need to call, and always addresses what I need very quickly. And lastly, even the owner Dave came out to quote one job for us and was very pleasant to speak and work with. You can tell this is a family company.Love love love this company and will be using them for any and all plumbing/remodeling needs I have moving forward.

Great service! Initially called for a same day water heater repair. After talking with the technician, he gave me honest advice about the heater due to the age and extent of repair work. We ended up choosing to have the entire hot water heater replaced. To my absolute surprise (and joy!) they were able to replace it the same day! They called in a few extra workers to help finagle the space (the builders put it in the attic 🙄) and they were in and out in about 5.5 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Had an issue with my noritz tankless hot water heater populating a code 16. Brandon arrived at my property early(after calling to confirm my availability) with a list of possible issues to check. Per his recommendation due to my heaters age, I decided not to flush the tank as he informed me the failure rate in tanks 10+ years old is increased, and may force a replacement. Going through the list issues easily and expertly, he discovered my gas pressure valve had failed and was allowing 4 times the flow of gas to the heater, which was causing the failure. The repair was completed in 15 minutes. I cant say enough for a company who is represented by someone as knowledgeable, honest, and effective as Brandon. Customer for life.

When I woke up on a Saturday morning with no hot water, I feared the worst. I was certain that I’d have to go 5 to 7 days before I can find someone to come out and take a look and diagnose the problem. I called NC water heater.com at 9 AM that Saturday morning, and spoke to Cindy, who is so kind and compassionate. Cindy let me know that she would make some calls to some technicians and see what she could do about finding someone to come take a look that weekend. Within 30 minutes I had a return phone call, and Cindy let me know that she had arranged for Dave to come out and take a look. Long story short, Dave had diagnose the problem and fixed my water heater just in time for lunch. Best of all, it was that I didn’t feel ripped off even with the after hours emergency service fee. The whole cost was completely reasonable. I know that I need to replace my aging water heater sooner than later. While Dave was fixing my water heater, he gave me several options for both tank and tankless when I am ready to repair. It’s hard to find good honest businesses these days. I’m happy that I called.

We have been in our home 17.25 years... no strangers to the its always something truth of homeownership. Water heater (lowboy 50 gallon, 9ish years old) developed a slow leak from the bottom, element went out knew it needed replacement. We replaced the first one 8 years after move in and it was 11 years old. I maintained it maybe not as diligently as I should (religious yearly flush, every 2-3 year anode replace) but it still was past due and we had a flooded crawlspace 1.5 years ago which likely killed it. Even in perfect conditions, these short ones simply do not last as long. Had a contractor come out hoping to streamline the process... they were nice enough but they quoted a price that almost made me simultaneously laugh and wretch 😆+🤢. Ours have a 6 year warranty, theyre commercial grade we dont get them from HD... 🚩They ALL have a 6 year warranty. We can get you on a service plan and thatll cut cost. 🚩 Nope. Anyway, I respectfully declined... had looked at another local plumber and they were a week out. Had been looking at HD at prices for the unit to do my homework and noted they have contractors to install. I pulled the pin and went with it... 2 days of cold showers + 16.5 year old son = 🥶 /😵. NCwater heaters happened to pick it up from there and they far surpassed expectations. Pro all the way from call #1 to estimate text and email correspondence to scheduling, crew on the way notifications... everything. Im blown away. Dont discount a plumber contracted through a big box store.... They get these contracts for a reason. Their quote was spot on to what the local plumber gave but since they were a week out I had to move on. NCwaterheater do many other jobs than their name implies... I wont hesitate to call them in the future. BTW... I didnt expect or receive anything for this review. I am as much singing their praises as I am sending a beware to home owners that there are a lot of price gougers out there: Do your homework.

After 13 years, our Rheem water heater broke on Saturday Nov 14. I called NC WaterHeaters.com and they sent a 2 man crew out the same afternoon. They had to access the old water heater located in the attic through a scuttle door. The old heater was drained and removed without any mess or damage to the property. The new Rheem water heater was installed in a couple of hours and everything looked neat and clean. The technician explained in detail any questions I had on the new gas water heater. The work area was always protected against potential damages or mess, and everything looked and worked great after they left.
