    We needed to have our disposer replaced and small kitchen sink leak fixed for awhile. When we had a clogged drain in our shower on Monday, I knew it was time to call to have all three taken care of. We had used CK Plumbing a few years back when we had our hot water heater replaced, and they had done a great job then. When I called, I was happy to hear that they could work us in so quickly. Juan and his assistant came out Tuesday afternoon and took care of all three jobs. They worked hard and were very thorough. Pricing seemed reasonable for the work done. I highly recommend them!

    Ck plumbimg came through once again. My copper pipes next to water tank went bad over weekend. Andy came out on Saturday. And finished up Sunday due to replacing valves, pressure switch and tank that were also going bad. Great service, honest assessment of situation and best team of plumbers anywhere. I met ck 15 years ago when he was just starting and have been calling him ever since. Plumbers you can trust for sure. Highly recommend!!!!

    Ben and Chris came out to fix a low pressure shower issue I had. My two very small kids were asleep. They tiptoed around the house, they shut the door of the room they were working in super quietly when going in and out as to not make noise. They gave me some advice on a couple other issues I had. Great great guys! Second time I’ve used this company (other was for a utility sink install) and will again!

    CK’s plumbing was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions about a DAB Mini-3 water pressure pump. Competitive pricing and on-time installation. Wake County water pressure can be way too low. With our new pump, we went from 38 psi to 70 psi. Thank you CK’s for a job well done !

    CK’s did a terrific job again for us. This is the third time they have helped us. Today it was diagnosing strange sounds we were hearing around one of our upstairs toilets. Without needing to come inside to hear the noise, Juan and his assistant Logan guessed that we might have a sewer backup. They proceeded to unscrew the take out plug in our front yard and immediately knew, because it was under pressure, that they were right. They cleaned up the mess created when the plug was removed and then sent a camera into the line. The camera confirmed the problem was caused by the fiber line being installed through the sewer line! Juan was same one who installed our tankless water heater, and he did a great job then. Today he did another great job with good assistance from Logan. We’ll never hesitate to call CK for plumbing issues!

    Ive used CKs for two installations: the first time for my water heater in 2022, and again for a toilet replacement. Every interaction has been fantastic--from getting a quote, to scheduling and communication, to the actual work. Every service professional Ive met is super knowledgeable and professional, as well as personable and conscientious.In particular, I wanted to give a shout out to Chris Riggins, who took on my job after a full day to ensure it was completed on time when the technician who was originally scheduled was delayed. While he got the work done quickly, Chris was also really nice and went above and beyond to answer questions and explain some things. After I mentioned hearing an odd noise occasionally when running hot water (unrelated to the job that day), he even offered to head up to the blazing-hot attic to check on a couple things and make sure there were no obvious signs of concern.     I had a sewer backup into my home. Ray and Mike were amazing, getting me an immediate but temporary fix, then coming back to diagnose the root cause and eventually correct the issue with the line in my yard.     The guys with truck 29 replaced two bathroom faucets at my home. The first visit, they let me know the faucets I purchased were poor quality and advised me to check with the original manufacturer of the faulty ones for free replacements. They were right and I got much better quality faucets that will last. I appreciated their honesty and guidance. That let me know they are trustworthy.     Sean and Alex came to address several issues, including the servicing of my tankless water heater, the testing of my backflow assembly, and a noisy toilet. Sean was very knowledgeable on all the equipment, and he did a great job of answering my questions and patiently educating me on systems that are unfamiliar in my new (to me) house. He also gave me advice on the reverse osmosis system here and suggested options to consider going forward. They were punctual, respectful and professional. Highly recommend.Im adding to this review a year later. I just had another problem with my tankless water heater, and Dom came today to address the issue.     Bit of an overdue review - CKs Plumbing came out November 22 after we found an issue with our hot water heater. They had me provide some information about our existing HWH so they could be prepared for either repair or replacement. We ended up replacing it due to the age and type of leak. Tim and Justin were excellent with keeping me informed and working both quickly and neatly. In only a couple hours, we were set up again. The HWH we went with works well and weve had zero issues since. I recommend CKs for sure. Thanks again to Tim and Justin!

    I contacted CKs Plumbing Service late afternoon on 12/20/23 for a quote on a replacement tankless water heater. Bob was at my home the next day to provide a quote. On the side of my home is a very steep hill and my water heater was on the third floor. Before creating the quote Bob called the installation crew to ensure this would not be an issue as they would have to replace the vent on this side of the home. Once the installation crew gave the ok, Bob sent the quote, reviewed it with me and answered all my questions. His communication skills and commitment to customer service is top notch. The installation was to take place on 12/22/23 between 12N-2pm. Sean called to inform me that he was on the way out to my home and provided a 30-minute arrival time. Sean arrived with Alex and both conducted themselves with the upmost professionalism. They provided what the job would look like when completed and asked did I have any questions. They began the work that was needed and had all the necessary parts on their trucks. A few hours later the job was completed. Sean demonstrated the functions of the new water heater, reviewed the warranty and explained the first annual service was included in the purchase of the water heater. Again, Sean and Alex answered all my questions with great skill at the completion of the job. Bob, Sean and Alex presented themselves as experts in their trade and are an asset to this business. My interactions with this company have been extremely positive and will use them again for future needs. They are local owned and go out of the way for excellent customer service in all areas! Our family was so stressed out due to the holidays and family from out of town was arriving and we didnt have hot water. CKs Plumbing & Backflow was out Christmas miracle this year!     They have great customer service. The team that has worked with me is knowledgeable, fair and the pricing is very reasonable. I love their attention to detail. They fixed a plumbing issue I had with my sewer pipe in the house leading out to the yard. They did such a great job and made me feel at ease. Not just out to run up my bill. I have since used them to replace a wall hung toilet in the basement, put in a new water heater, take care of some minor plumbing work with an upstairs bathroom sink. I will call them for my future projects.

    We had a tankless heater and softener system installed by Bob and Andrew back in April.     We had a leaky shower cartridge. Being handy, we were trying to fix it ourselves which turned out to be a big task. We called CK on a Saturday for advice on a piece that we could neither find at Lowes nor Home Depot. Ray picked up the phone and met us to talk about our issue without charging us an afterhours on-site charge and was able to help us understand what and how to deal with the current situation we were in.     Our washing machine would not drain completely and water backed up into the utility room. In the assessment, Ray noticed our hot water heater had a lot of rusted water staining and was over 13 yrs old.Ray and Justin replaced our galvanized drain pipe and hot water heater, not a pleasant endeavor.     If you need plumbing service, I recommend that you call CKs Plumbing & Backflow. We had the interior of our house re-piped and a tankless water heater installed yesterday. I used this company because a friend recommended them after her excellent experience with a house re-pipe.This company is top notch. From my first call to schedule an estimate, onsite consultation with Bob Dunn, emails to Bob and Megan with questions, scheduling with Megan, and team of plumbers and electricians who worked here, the process was extremely efficient and seamless. The service provided by everyone was extraordinary.I especially appreciated how respectful and friendly everyone was. Everyone took time to answer our questions, some of which did not relate directly to the plumbing work being done. They also explained options on the water heater and gave us some tips. For example, the person in charge of the installation process was Tim. He suggested that I take pictures of the new plumbing before it was dry-walled in order to have a record of the location of the pipes. He also spoke very highly of Cks and of the way his bosses treated him and his company employees. Firms that are competent, efficient, and who respect both their employees and customers are hard to find, but this description fits this firm. These are the type of people that I like to work with.

    Had a water heater leak and was quoted a ridiculous price by another plumbing service. I called CK’s Plumbing and Bob came out to the house, inspected the situation and gave me a quote immediately.Sean and Dom came to my house to install a water heater a few days later, I was getting the heater from elsewhere. They arrived at the time they said they would. They did a phenomenal job- super clean and efficient job in installing the heater and in replacing the pressure reducing valve.     I had a very small leak on my side of the water meter. Tim reviewed the job and provided an estimate, which I accepted. CK Plumbing contacted NC DIG so all utilities were marked in advance. They are very busy, but this was not an emergency so I was able to wait a week and a half for the work to be completed. Everything was competed within one morning. I had excellent, factual conversations with Tim and the young man working with him. Tim cut through a small storm drain pipe with the ditch witch and repaired it with a product that will probably last longer than the original storm plastic. They rerouted the piping from under the driveway across the front of the house to the side of the house, which is extremely practical. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

    We had a polybutylene pipe develop a leak above our kitchen and the water started pouring out of one of our recessed lights. I called CKs Plumbing and they were able to send a plumber out within 3 hours.Tim and Joey were very professional and quickly located the suspect hot water pipe and repaired it in no time with minimal tearout of the ceiling and wall. I truly appreciate their knowledge, cleanliness, and professional attitude. They not only repaired the leak, but went above and beyond to postulate possible causes and tested some of those theories on the spot.     Highly recommend! Easy to schedule quickly and very transparent about pricing. Most important is quality service. Tim clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.     Edit 8/19/22:Had Tim and his apprentice come out to fix a leak in my water heater. Again, it was very simple to set up an appointment (there was only ~3h between my call and them arriving) and they were quick and professional in repairing my water heater. Im very happy with the service and will certainly be using them again if the need arises.--Original review:Just needed a backflow test. I made my first contact with CKs Plumbing about a water heater replacement online on a Saturday evening not expecting a call until Monday, but they called right away. Someone arrived on Monday to provide me an estimate, and they scheduled the replacement to suit my schedule.     Chris and Ray arrived promptly on the day of service and got to work immediately. They were very courteous and quickly figured out what needed to be done to remove our old 50 gallon water heater and replace it with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. They did a great job with the install and even simplified some of our previous pipe layout that seemed needless complicated. The heater works great and is way quieter than I expected. In addition to the water heater, they also installed a whole house water filter, making sure the filters can be easily isolated with shut off valves for future maintenance. When the water pressure seemed a little low, they were able to tweak our pressure valve regulator so that the pressure to our faucets is now better than they were before the water filter was installed. Chris and Ray did a great job explaining the system to me and testing it to my satisfaction. They removed the old water tank and cleaned everything up. An overall terrific experience.

    CKs is my go to plumbing company - theyve never given me a reason to use anyone else. Ive used them on 3-4 separate occasions (toilet flushing issues, broken shower faucet, and even installed an outdoor underground gas line), and theyve always been able to send a technician out quickly, have always fixed the issue on the first visit, and have very good prices compared to other plumbing companied Ive used in the past (the gas line in particular was substantially less expensive than other bids that I got).Andrew came out this morning to repair a shower faucet that was broken and wouldnt stop running, and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, and fixed/installed the new part quickly.     I had contacted CK Plumbing last week to get a quote on a water heater and they were extremely helpful and quick. I did not know what type of water heater I even had, and they were so helpful, letting me take pictures of mine and telling me what I had. They quoted me and set me up for a date to get my new water heater installed. They didnt have the water heater I needed, so I bought the water heater and they went and picked it up for me, I didnt have to worry about going to get this heavy thing by myself. They were reasonably priced, helpful on all my questions, and Tim and Justin were on-time, called me when they were close, and kept me up-to-date on the process of putting in the water heater, if they needed to change anything, letting me know certain things, etc. CK Plumbing was absolutely fabulous and if I need anything else in the plumbing area, I definitely know who to call!

    CKs Plumbing repiped all of the old polybutylene piping in my house with PEX. I had a good impression of them from day one when a tech came out to my house for the quote; he was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything they would do during the service, and the quote was very reasonable. They also had a much faster turnaround time than any of the other companies I spoke with and were able to schedule the repipe within a couple of weeks rather than several months out like I was told by another company. They replaced all of the pipes in my house in a single day. I had one small issue (a leak behind my fridge) following the repipe and they sent out a tech promptly the next day to fix it, and Ive had no issues since. Due to an issue with my water meter shutoff valve, and to no fault of their own, they were not able to replace most of the pipes in my crawlspace the same day they replaced the pipes inside my house. Their office staff was very patient and understanding as I worked to get the shutoff valve fixed, which took me a few months due to a misunderstanding with the city and my HOA (their was a dispute over who the water meter valve belonged to). When I finally had the shutoff valve fixed, CKs promptly replaced the remaining piping in my crawlspace in just a couple of hours. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional team.

    CKs has been my plumbing go-to company for a few years. My latest need was a sewer line clog that recurred and needed video camera investigation. Kyle came out (on time) with the camera, identified the problem area quickly and was able to assess the extent of the repair that would be needed pretty easily since the broken pipe turned out to be only a few inches below the ground. It was a relief to finally know the cause of the problem. He scheduled the repair for two days later, was right on time for the appointment, and did the job quickly and painlessly. Then, he and his crew member put everything back in my garden exactly how it had been before they started the work, mulch included! (They saved the mulch in a bucket and put it back on top of the area they had dug up.) Excellent job, quick and efficient, and I must also note that everyone at CKs wears those little booties on their shoes so as not to track any dirt from their shoes in my house. Just wanted to note this because not all service companies do this, and homeowners really appreciate such a small but important business practice.Update 2+ years later: Im still using CKs for various plumbing needs and am still very pleased with their service. All plumbing technicians (as well as the gals in the office!) are great: knowledgeable/skilled, professional, courteous, respectful, and personable, too. Pricing is reasonable and for some tasks substantially lower than other companies. I will continue to use CKs and highly recommend this company.

    So weve been using CKs for a couple of years now and have been immensely satisfied with their work and their customer service. Their office staff are very polite and easy to reach. Their estimates are reasonable, easy to obtain and, I believe, free. And all of their plumbers and helpers weve interacted with have been kind, professional and very helpful. We hired them for the first time after a different plumber wed used before became difficult to reach and their office staff just left us hanging. Since then weve actually had to hire them to re-plumb our entire town home. (We had some old polybutylene piping break and our insurance carrier said theyd drop us if we didnt have it removed and made any further claims.) They were very kind and helpful as that was a stressful process and they got the work completed in time and on budget. We did contact a second reputable plumber to compare pricing - the total costs were close to 10K dollars - and when the second plumber came in a little lower they agreed to come down and match that price. Which was great because we were very happy with their previous work but just needed to be responsible given the huge scope and cost of our work. Anyway, Id highly recommend them if you are looking for a plumber.

    Ill be as brief as possible. I have an AHS warranty. I contacted them 5-7-2022 with a failed water heater. Their contractor finally showed up 5-10 to confirm my water heater has failed. Fast forward past several requests to have it replaced... I finally decided to take it upon myself to find a replacement on my own because I was not getting a response from the AHS contractor. I called CKs Plumbing Friday 5-13 (six days without hot water) and spoke with their on call service tech, Chris. He took the time to explain all my options with CKs Plumbing & Backflow and offered to come over the weekend to replace my water heater. I decided I could wait until Monday 5-16 to schedule a replacement so as not to have to pay for weekend service work.I called Monday AM and was told CKs would have someone sent to my home that same afternoon to replace the water heater. Chris (same gentleman I spoke with the previous Friday) and Raymond showed up two hours earlier than scheduled (when does that happen any more?!?) Those guys were awesome! They could not have been more professional and polite... answered all my questions, came up with a game plan (had to figure out how to get the larger/new water heater in the same space as the old/smaller unit), and carried on. The bonus was I got to listen to them squabble (in a joking manner) like a married couple.Fantastic company, I highly recommend!!!

    We had a serious leak under the sink in the master bedroom and it was hard to detect. Upon my request the office complied and sent me the service manager. Bob came and diagnosed the situation. After having discussions with him, and since we had previous problems with the leaks due to the old (grey color) pipes, I decide to get re-piping for the entire house done with the new PEX pipes.On the day of the installation a crew of 5 technicians arrived early in the morning. At first, I asked them a few things but other than that they knew exactly how to proceed step by step by cutting out minimal sections of the drywall and undoing the old piping. The workflow was very smooth and the teamwork between all 5 of them progressed in a very timely fashion. Tim and Andrew were very professional and responsive to any of my questions, and the young man Justin came back a few days later to install a new toilet and did good job.CKs Plumbing estimate for the re-piping job was very competitive.     I called CKs on a recommendation from a friend. They came out and replaced my Rinnai tankless water heater. Jerry came out on the same say and gave me a detailed estimate. The estimate was more than I was expecting, so he carefully explained to me what was different about the newer unit, and why he needed to move it to bring it up to code. Even though I believed him, I still got a second bid. Guess what, it was EVEN HIGHER, and they didnt give me any of the detailed explanation that Jerry did. I contacted CK and asked them to do the work Chris, Ray, and Bob came out and explained the whole process again, and they said theyd do what the could to minimize the move costs. They were able to trim out some of the needed rework needed and reduce the overall project costs. I appreciated their honesty and efforts to keep the price reasonable. Im really happy with the work, and glad they were recommended to me.

    We have used Cks for a couple of years now and we would never call anyone else. Nick came today and repaired our gas water heater. He was actually earlier than the time originally given to me, but called to make sure it was convenient. He also called when he encountered a wreck to let me know where he was and an anticipated time. He was very professional and kept me informed of his progress. He stayed long enough to insure that we had hot water. The scheduling process was also very positive. I called the office after hours and the woman was extremely professional and friendly.     We had a leak under our house and called CKs based on recommendations from neighbors. They had to come out several times for what we learned were deteriorating pipes. Today Nick and Blaine came out to replace all the pipes tied to our Apollo gas system. Not only did they replace what we contracted for, they realized hot and cold water pipes were reversed thus reducing the efficiency of our heating system. They did not leave until they fixed everything. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, great customer service, I highly recommend them.

    I discovered an emergency issue with my water heater on a Monday afternoon. CKs Plumbing was able to send someone out same day. Kyle called to let me know he was a few minutes away, within an hour of my original call. He quickly evaluated the situation, took steps to prevent any further damage to my home, made sure I had access to at least cold water overnight, gave me an estimate and got the replacement scheduled for first thing the next morning. Kyle called the next morning, promptly arrived when he said he would, quickly and efficiently replaced the water heater, and made sure I knew where the new cutoff valve and heat control were.     2016 -- Initial Review: Being new to Raleigh, we had no idea who to call for our plumbing needs. I called Chris at CKs for an estimate on a Sunday to replace our 50 gallon gas hot water tank that had sprung a leak. Not only did he answer personally on the weekend, but told us we were being grossly overcharged. We had gotten a free estimate that was over $1,000 more for the same job from a highly publicized national company (their name rhymes with tota-tooter). We were going out of town the next weekend and it was important that we get the issue taken care of immediately before it got out of control and flooded our house. They squeezed us in the very next day -- Chris came personally to do the job -- and were done in less than two hours. Thank you, Chris! We now have found our go-to plumber! I could not recommend this company enough!!2022 Update -- On Saturday night we had our toilet spring a leak in our downstairs half bath. It flooded half of the house. We couldnt even turn the shut off valve the whole way off because of it. I called CKs on Monday morning. By 1:00 pm they came, fixed, the issue and left. Chris and Matt are the best!!

    We recently discovered that our hot water heater had blown up under the house and was blowing hot water all over. I called CK Plumbing that morning and they quickly came out within a couple hours to evaluate the situation and returned with a replacement water heater. From the time I called to finish was about 5 hours which is great when calling at the last minute right before the holiday weekend. I cant recommend them enough.     They were amazingly helpful and accommodating. I called on the weekend because our sump pump would not stop running. He walked me through several steps over the phone to see if I could troubleshoot myself before he booked the appointment. Then he offered to schedule an appointment for the following week day if it was a non-emergency in order to save me money! When they did come to my house they talked me through all of the steps they were completing and showed me different things I could do with my system to ensure it was working properly and to hopefully avoid more problems. They replaced the washers in the washing machine shutoffs (they were getting very difficult to completely turn off), they also check my overflow tank for the hot water heater.     Unexplained water leak losing 3-400 gals a day. Went on for two months.First plumber came twice and could not find problem. Charged $250. Had Leak locators come out and then Kyle from CKs quickly found the source and repaired pipe. Professional, cool, courteous. Wish I had used CKs from the beginning.     We had our hot water heater go out on a Tuesday morning. After a quick call, they were able to squeeze in a check between appointments. The device was on its last legs, so we chose to have it replaced (though they did offer to do a larger scale fix that would have extended the life a bit further). They did a quick fix so we had some hot water again, and then scheduled the full replacement for the very next day. Kyle arrived by 3:00pm, and even recognized our house (they had been out before). Excellent, polite service as always, putting on shoe covers whenever they came inside and knocking/ringing the doorbell even though I told them they could just come on in. Work was done by 4:30pm, with limited interruption. I was working from home and had no issues being productive while they were there. They even provided some tips on turning off/on the main water line for future. Planning to use them again in the near future for some additional work... glad we found them!

    A pipe burst under my elderly mothers house and a friend was able to deal with it temporarily, but I knew I needed to have a professional check it out. Because I dont live in Raleigh, I checked online for a plumber and was impressed with the consistent 5-star rating of CKs Plumbing. I am very happy to say that we experienced the same 5-star service. Besides doing the repair, I was interested in professional feedback on the state of the houses other pipes and my concern was that a disreputable plumber would take advantage of this opportunity to talk me into replacing pipes unnecessarily. That didnt happen with CKs. I got good advice and excellent service at a reasonable price. Hopefully, we wont need a plumber again any time soon, but I know who well always call if necessary.     I called CKs Plumbing at the recommendation of my irrigation system contractor to inspect and certify the backflow prevention (BFP) system. Bob, the Cary service manager was out the next day and noted the system needed to be 12 inches above ground and that the almost ancient BFP valve should be replaced. The next day he had Ray on site to redo the PVC plumbing and put in a new lead-free Wilkins valve that would be easier to repair in the future. Everyone I dealt with--from the admin staff to the installer were courteous and professional in explaining their rates and prices. I would highly recommend this company , especially if you are new to the area and are looking for a trustworthy company with fair prices.

He explained our different options and locations for the tankless – and provided a very reasonable quote. After receiving several quotes on the job – we felt the most comfortable going with CK’s due to price, the abundance of positive reviews, and the overall receptiveness we had to that point. We reached back out to CK’s and scheduled with Megan – who explained the installation and inspection process and put us on the books for a week later. On the day of the job – Nick called as he was on the way and he and Tim arrived to our house right on time first thing in the morning. Could not have asked for a better 2 – man crew than Nick & Tim. They were extremely efficient and were very careful about not tracking anything through the house as they worked to drain, remove the old tank, and cap everything off in the attic and install the new tankless outside. Not too long after lunch – the job was complete – the attic was empty and hot water was flowing through the house from the exterior tankless. The next day – Megan reached out first thing in the morning from the office and informed us that Nick was on his way to set everything up for the inspection and he planned to wait for the inspector’s arrival and completion so he could get us set back up with hot water soon after the inspection was completed. From beginning to end – we could not have been happier with the work and responsiveness from CK’s Plumbing & Backflow. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

    Sean was fantastic. We had a sink that was clogged that had been previously looked at by Roto Rooter. They just took a plunger to it, charged us $250, then said we’d need to replace the pipe without resolving the issue.Sean took the time to diagnose the problem, present with options, and ultimately cleared the line of the clog in about 20 minutes. Best of all, we paid significantly less than Roto Rooter. Will be calling again for any future plumbing needs.

    Kyle and Anthony did an outstanding job. On time, professional. Theyran into problems and the owner of CKs, Chris, came out to help in the pouringrain. All of these guys were soaked as they tried to determine theproblem. They figured out it was the gas regulator on my gas meter. Itwas the wrong regulator and had been on the meter for 15 years. Icalled the gas company and they changed the regulator and that fixed theproblem. I would definitely use them. I did get another estimate fromanother plumbing service and CKs was a within a few dollars. I wentwith CK and glad I did.

    Wow am I pleased with CKs work. 5 stars isnt enough. Bob and his helper came out in an emergency I had from the Lowes delivery guy breaking a water line inside my tiled wall. The fee was very reasonable. They are now my life plumbers . The folks in the office are great too.

    I had an afterhours issue with our tankless water heater and received a call back from the on-call tech Sean within 15 minutes of calling the office. He was able to recommend a solution for the issue over the phone and saved me the cost of an afterhours visit for what turned out to be simple fix.     This was my first time ever having to call a plumber, and CK Plumbing got the job done right in no time flat. The gentlemen on the job were courteous, efficient, and explained everything they were doing.     Kyle showed up on time on a Saturday. He was very professional and thorough in checking out our water problem. We had no water flowing from our well. It turned out to be a failed well pump plus a couple of other hookup problems. Kyle connected us to a neighbors outside faucet so we had water until he could return on Monday with a new pump. New pump was installed and water is now flowing. Great Job! Kyle and his helpers were very friendly and courteous. Ill use CKs Plumbing and Backflow again!

    I am a multiple-time repeat customer, because I am so pleased with CKs Plumbing! Previously, the owner, Chris, has installed equipment for us. We have also had great service from other employees. I am pleased to report that this time, employees Kyle and Anthony also did excellent work! They replaced a BADLY rusted kitchen faucet which required careful extraction due to how badly the rust locked the old unit in place. The new unit (a free replacement from MOEN due to MOENs limited lifetime warranty policy) looks terrific and works well !

    Clearly five stars. They responded with a phone call about 10 minutes after I contacted them by email about a water heater issue. We were thinking that we need to replace it and were ready to spend the money on a tankless system. The technician looked at the problem and found that replacing the overflow system would resolve the issue. Did that within a couple of hours - He had to go to the office to get a new one, came back and repaired it. Great job. Would recommend them to anyone who cares about quality service.

    Very happy with CKs plumbing and backflow. They were flexible about appointment times, arrived promptly, wore shoe covers the whole time, finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was more than fair. They even fixed a wobbly tank on one of my toilets just to be nice. Would reccomend them to anyone.

    Very impressed with these guys. I had a small window of time that I was available and they were able to squeeze me in.     My home has been on well water since it was built in 1964. Ive lived here since 1989 and we suffered the consequences of having a well. We had blue stained tubs, deep orange rust stains and scale on appliances, tubs, toilets, sinks and countertops. The ice maker, Keurig, washing machine and toilet parts were constantly in need of repair and the water was so turbid I had to use a Brita filter for everything. Thanks to CKs Plumbing and Backflow I now have clean water. I found this company of Angies List and they had excellent reviews. Kyle came out and gave me an estimate and explained what needed to be done to get off my well and switch to city water. Chris, the owner, came out late in the evening to get the trench dug, even though he had already put in a full day. He had a full schedule the next day and training and wanted to get my job underway. Here it is a few days later and the job is completely done, as promised. Im pretty sure the fees were reasonable. As a matter of fact they were $500 less than a plumber that Ive used before and wont use again, now that I have a new plumber! They cleaned up the best they could, considering they had to dig up quite a trench to lay the new pipes. Im very happy. Thank you to CKs.
