I had a ChargePoint charger installed, hardwired, Michael was my tech and was very honest about everything. I had another company tell me I had to upgrade my panel and Michael broke everything thing down and explained that I didn’t need to upgrade my panel and explained why. I was able to get scheduled pretty quickly and he worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything in detail. He had me to test the charger and explained everything he had done.

The guys that did my job were absolutely great! Names are Mike Bullock, Carlo Scott, Andrew Edwards. Andrew was the lead and was terrific with his team as they were with him. They were on time, well prepared, polite, good communicators - just exceptional. Even on a very hot day, July 27. Over 97 degrees. Tough outside job - digging 18 “ trench. I so appreciate the job they did for me. All left to do is install pedestal once concrete footer dries - July 31.Grateful for good service,Amy Burns

We hired NuBlue/Viva Electric to install an EV charger in our garage. We could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and quality of work performed. (We were shocked at the lack of professionalism with another electrical firm from which we got a higher estimate.)The main office was great at communication and was flexible with our schedule regarding installation of our EV charger.Carlo was quite knowledgeable and easy to get along with, and he demonstrated vast experience with electrical work. His clean sheetrock cuts will save us money with the cost of sheetrock repair, and his attention to detail with some fuse box wiring cleanup was top notch.He took no shortcuts, and even took the time to point out termite damage that he uncovered. He was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions we asked during the installation.Great work at a competitive price! We HIGHLY recommend NuBlue/Viva Electric for electrical work!

Had a great experience with NuBlue and their electricians Alston and Dan. We had a big project that needed to be addressed, they were very knowledgeable. They made an additional trip back to our house after the first consultation to answer follow up questions.On installation/project day Alston arrived early and was ready to start work -which allowed us to have everything finished same day and get the electricity back on. It was an overall great experience from a professional team. I would recommend their electrical services.

Michael came to review the work I needed completed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything required for it and proactively reviewed other possible lighting upgrades in the home. He provided multiple options for completing the different proposals. I’m looking forward to having the work complete next week after the county issues the permit.Update: Michael came today to complete the work. It was done quickly and everything works as expected. Will for sure use them again.

Ian Kelly was professional and courteous. He was also very thorough and gave me confidence he knows what he is doing. Ease was very responsive was able to send someone to give me a quote within 24 hours and schedule the install within the same week. Overall experience was very positive though $500 to install a dishwasher seems overpriced compared to Home Depot/Lowe’s (~$200).

This company has done an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone. Every single person from the receptionist on the phone, financing, and especially my installers Dan and Ian were a pleasure to work with. Both gentlemen were very professional and respected my home as it was their own. The installation of the new hot water heater was quick and there was an eye for quality all the way through. He explained clearly what happened and made sure my dishwasher was working before he left and came back to replace my wall outlet. Very cool guy. He looked at my breaker box and asked about other outlets as well. 10/10 will call them in the future when I need a electrician. Less then $150. 🙂🥳

These guys were great. Weve used them a few times in the past, but the most recent project was getting all cast iron drain piping out of our home and installing new piping. It was a large undertaking, but Kaiden and his crew including the electrician were all very professional, polite, and very communicative. Miranda was super helpful and was able to get someone out the next day for a quote. I had to get quite a bit of work done that took about two days. Cirby and Josh were great!! They made the headache of dealing with plumbing issues much more bearable and for that I am so grateful!

Carlo was friendly and professional. He installed an electrical box for a ceiling lighting fixture and the fixture that we had already purchased. His estimate of the time it would take was spot on. We are happy with the work he did and that he left the space as clean as it was when he started. He also kept the amount of drywall he needed to cut through minimal and we were easily able to complete the patchwork ourselves although he offered to give us the name of a drywall contractor if we had wanted to hire someone to do it.

He listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problems with my water heater in a thoughtful and compassionate way, making sure to educate me as well on how the system works. I know we’re talking about plumbing here but his bedside manner would not be out of place in a medical provider’s office. He is truly an asset and an excellent ambassador for Ease Plumbing.

There was a recall on the electrical panel installed when my home was built 2 years ago. Viva Electric was the company selected to come and inspect the panel. Scheduling a visit was easy. The company sent a text with a picture of the technician, Michael Bullock to let me know he was on his way. Once he was here, he clearly explained what the issue was and reassured me it was nothing serious. It took him approximately 10 minutes to take the panel cover off and check the screws that could have been loose. He said that all of the wiring and connectors were installed properly and it was one of the better jobs he had seen in newer homes. Mr. Bullock was very professional. If I have any electrical issues I will definitely be calling Viva Electric.

This week, it stopped working again, so I called NuBlue and an electrician came out earlier than I was originally told, which was a good thing. Very responsive to our somewhat emergent leak, thorough in the investigation (tech even went into attic to rule out roof related issue) and clear and accurate on the estimate of the repair/replacement we chose. Hal was our technician to replace 3 toilets. He was perfect in every way. Allowed us to inspect and approve the new fixtures. He was thorough in explaining how his installation would work. They had to come to my home three times for different issues none of them an emergency but they were here the very same day or the next day at the latest. We found Viva through Angi and could not be more satisfied. Their certified electrician, Michael Bullock, came out within a day of my request to quote and candidly assessed our attic fan situation. Despite the extreme heat, he was willing to take a look. He knew immediately what the issue was and proposed a plan of action at a reasonable price point. He and a co- worker returned within a week (at a cooler, earlier hour!) with the necessary parts to complete the entire job. I thought this would be a quick and easy job for Ease but it seems the company that did the initial work cut corners so it became a much larger project. Daniel Moore was great at explaining what the issue was, what options I had, pricing, etc. When the parts did not arrive on time at the suppliers, EASE contacted me immediately and rescheduled for a time that was convenient for me. Once the work was complete, he showed me everything he had done, explained how long I should wait before using my shower and left the area clean. I hope I dont need plumbing services in the near future but will definitely call Ease if I do.

Ive had two electrical issues that had been bothering me for over a year. One of the issues was a suspected problem from a previous electricians work when installing an additional outdoor outlet. The other issue had to do with one indoor circuit which had one of my own smart switch installations (lights were flickering).I didnt want to use the previous electrician because they made a mess of a work and even damaged my wall. I tried to get a locally recommended electrician but they were fully booked for months. Finally I just googled for electricians and chose Viva Electric from the search results.It turned out to be a great choice! They went out of their way to find me an appointment time within days, even though they were fully booked. When they arrived (exactly on time), they were extremely friendly and helped me troubleshoot my issues, showing me everything along the way. The workers definitely went beyond what would one would desire and even helped me rearrange a chandelier that had been crooked since I bought the house! That chandelier is _very_ high up in a two-story foyer and theres no way I wouldve been able to reach that in my own.I highly recommend Viva Electric!

Ease Plumbing is the ONLY plumbers I will ever use or recommend ever again.I called Ease on a Wednesday afternoon at 1pm after a less than stellar interaction with a different plumbing company. Right off the bat, Miranda was personable and fast acting sending Tim out to assess my issues. He has at my home within the hour and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the issue, answering all my questions, and writting up estimates that were extremely reasonable compared to the other plumbing company that came by earlier in the day. Tim offered to come back the next morning and do a full video of our sewage system to ensure the estimates were correct. Tim was right on time the next morning and walked us through the entire process after locating the cracked pipes. That same day we had 3 other plumbing companies come out and give us estimates on what it would cost to replace a good portion of our sewage pipes leading to our clean out. The estimates from two of the other companies were competetive with Ease, but honestly- I trusted Tim and knew Ease would be the best choice so that I never have this problem again.Tim and Dan started and completed the work today and I am so glad I chose them to do the work. They were on time, super knowledgeable, willing to talk to me and walk me through things when needed. They even kept working through an absolute downpour and a killer wasp attack so that we could have plumbing in our home again. We are currently staying in a hotel, so Miranda called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on and when I was needed.I received 6 quotes for this specific job from 6 plumbing companies. Ease Plumbing was not the cheapest, but I feel like their price was 100% worth the quality of work I received (and so quickly at that). They put in a separate clean out and a nice warranty on the work they did (although their work was so thorough, I doubt I will need it.) I was also happy to learn Ease is employee owned. I asked for someone to call early Tuesday as it was kind of an emergency (all plumbing was backed up). Dan called me at 8:45 Monday night, listened to me describe the whole mess and said he could get someone out in the morning.I was updated frequently regarding ETA and Dan and Cirby showed up right on time and got to work. They diagnosed the problem, jet cleaned the line and then showed me exactly what it looked like in there using their pipecam ™️.They gave me 3 options and I went with door #1 which was the cheapest but not cheap. I’d say the price was a bit on the high end but the service was fantastic and near as I can tell the price isn’t extraordinarily high - just a little high. That said, the service was prompt, professional and friendly and my problem was solved. Ease is now my go to plumbing company.

Hired Ease Plumbing to replace the lower heating element of a 38 gallon even lowboy state electric hot water heater. Tim the plumber came out and said that he would not attempt to remove and replace the bad lower heating element because the hot water heater was too old. So I wasted $62 on the trip charge. If they would’ve asked me how old it was then I could have sent a picture of the face plate with the date stamped right on it and saved the $62. Then they gave me a rip off quote of almost $2200 to replace the unit which works fine except for a burned out lower heating element. So if you use these guys make sure you tell them how old the unit is before they come out and save yourself the trip charge money. So I will call another plumber and provide the age of the unit and hopefully they will at least attempt to remove the heating element which Ease Plumbing would not. I’ll never call this company again.UPDATE: Due to a miscommunication in billing, Dan who is the owner of Ease Plumbing is in the process of issuing me a refund for the trip charge when a service tech refused to try to remove bad element. So I retract my review above that I will not use this plumbing company again. I was an error when initially telling Dan that my hot water heater was only six years old and in fact it is much older even though it looks in really good shape. I was thinking of another rental unit where I replaced the hot water heater. If I would’ve been accurate in the age of the unit then I’m sure he would’ve informed me they wouldn’t work on it because I understand the liability in doing so on an old unit. With that said I’m still going to try another plumber to see if they are willing to attempt removal of the bad element. if they won’t then I’ll purchase a new water heater. So based on Dan’s prompt responses and refunding the trip charge I will definitely use Ease Plumbing again. I’m glad I took the opportunity to correct the record from my initial review above Bill

Hal Petrosa is by far the best plumber we have worked with. We bought this house back in October 2021 (along with its problems). In December 2021 we had a new water heater installed. After installation the water continually had a bad smell. We are on well water with a water softening system, so we had the company that installed that system come out to check things. They tested some stuff and then said it was the anode rods of the water heater that are causing this issue. So I had the company that installed the water heater back out, and they looked at me like I was making up fairy tales. We decided to go with someone else.Hal came out, took a look, and not only came up with a solution but actually walked me through all the details of our system and how everything was working. Pointed out that the expansion tank was already blown and needed repaired. Walked through all the reasons why that probably contributes to our issue. He also suggested to replace the anode rods (it is a common fix for this kind of issue). Hal went the extra distance to call AO Smith (the water heater manufacturer) to make sure everything was in order for the parts and tools needed for the job. AO Smith alerted Hal that the anode rod needed comes pre-equipped in our water heater! This pivoted to a different solution, adding a water temperature mixing valve to the system. So far, after running the water a few times were already noticing a difference! Hal set our expectations though, walked me through some steps to do for the next few days to make sure the solution works.To summarize:1) Hal was thorough, evident by him calling the manufacturer and making sure he had everything he needed to solve this problem and checked everything about 5-6 times to make sure there were no issues caused by the fix.2) Hal walked me through things, gave me a really good explanation for how things worked and why the worked, even some fun history lessons on why certain things came to be. I really appreciate someone who likes to share that knowledge and enjoys discussing it with someone who really just wanted to understand how things worked. Hal was the fourth person we brought out for this issue. Yet, he was the first to actually give me the overview that I really needed as a first time homeowner.I really cant say enough about working with Hal, he has an analytical mind and really cares about the quality. I know who to call from now on.

He called before arrival to let me know he was on the way and he expected ETA. Hal tool the time to answer my questions completely.I did not have a regular plumber when I called Ease Plumbing. Now I would call them first for any future plumbing needs that I might have.
