When looking for a contractor, it is always with trepidation if the company will meet a certain standard. I contacted House Doctors about a job and was surprised how fast they could get me a quote. Keith came by to review the job, gave me a quote that was within reason, so I approved and we started the job. I was amazed to find that Keith has an incredible work ethic and I was pleased beyond expectation with the finished results as well as the process. Keith was very methodical and answered all the questions that I had about the process. I am hiring House Doctors again with another job I need done, a backsplash. I trust Keith will do a fantastic job. House Doctors is my go to handyman resource from this point on. Great job!!

Have tried for 1 year to get a hole fixed in my roof. Quotes were outrageous or they would not show up or they would not come back after providing a quote. Met Andy On Call at the Raleigh Home Show and Laurie arranged to have Steve come out. He provided a reasonable quote and I scheduled an appointment. He SHOWED UP & ON TIME!! not like his predecessors who never came back. He provided pictures of the work done and was professional and very nice to work with. PLEASED to know they provide lots of other services and they will be our new GO TO COMPANY !!

I have used ANDY OnCall several times. As a single aging female, it is wonderful to have a service I can call on for what I need to have done. Their estimates and prices are always reasonable. In the multiple times I have used their services, I have only had one minor problem. Most recently, Brad installed vinyl railings on my front porch. He was conscientious, worked steadily, and did a great job. I highly recommend ANDY OnCall!!

We have called on Andy OnCall many times over the years, and we have never been let down! Chris is the handyman who has done the work for us, and he is wonderful. Chris is an experienced professional, he is honest, fair, and does fantastic work. The service at Andy OnCall is equally satisfying. They always work hard to make things work with my schedule, and I really appreciate it. The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. Weve had so many things done - door hardware installation, ceiling repair, ceiling fan and light fixture installation and more. Definitely recommend!

Andy On Call rocks!! I simply needed a weight rack put up in my garage. I called a handyman that Ive used before and was quoted an amount of $479!! I thought that it was really high for a simple install so I went to Google and the first handyman to pop up as Andy on Call. I asked for a quote and was quoted $150. I jumped all over this quote. Jason came on time and did a wonderful job! I do believe Ive found our new handyman!

Update to my previous review: The technicians name was David K on the receipt. I forgot the name of the man that fixed a furnace exhaust vent cap that had come loose on the roof. But he came on time, explained what was needed and fixed it in and timely and efficient manner. I have used Andy On Call in Raleigh several times over that last few years and they have always done good work.

We had a great experience with Andyoncall.I requested a couple of jobs to fix/replace. Before I call Andyoncall, One of top stars handyman company came and unavailable to do. So I was little worried if Andyoncall charged more. Andyoncall reached to me and set up schedule. (Takes a few day to set) Mr. Jason stopped by and gave us free estimate and explained what he can do. We ere kind of surprised because it was a different/easy/no cost/ safe /quick job. Mrs Jason tried to fix all on same day but there is missing parts. So andyoncall re schedule to next few days. I was at work and my hubby was with them so I couldn’t tell you all details, but when I come back home I see all fixed beautifully. My hubby and I are satisfied! They are amazing! From the first call to the office to the completion of any job, the work has been top-rate. I recently ran into a problem less than 24 hours before closing on the sale of my home and Joshua was there with in 30 minutes. He tried a simple fix first and came back in 3 hours when that was not effective to do a more permanent fix. I love that they give you an estimate and come prepared to work but that there is no pressure if you do not choose to go forward!

Yesterday I posted a scathing review of this company. In all honesty, I had not contacted the company about my issues but the supervisor on site had not been very helpful and almost disdainful regarding my concerns about the bad job they had done. I was not sure what good a call to the company would do given that their representative on site was not helpful. Within a couple of hours of posting my review, I received a phone call from Laurie with Andy on Call. She was very concerned about my complaints and was emphatic that that is not how they do business. She asked if she could come out to our house that afternoon with another contractor to check out the job. Yesterday afternoon, she showed up with, not one, but two independent contractors to assess the situation. The independent contractors are Sean and Steve. They spent about an hour here looking at our concerns with Laurie. They inspected the work, agreed that there were certainly problems with the initial job, and told us what they were going to do to fix it to our satisfaction. This morning they showed up and worked very hard to fix all the issues with the original work. Sean and Steve went above and beyond to complete the job. They, and Laurie, have apologized for the shoddy work. I am impressed with the responsiveness of Andy on Call and the excellent job they have done to complete the job to our satisfaction. Thank you, Andy on Call, for being a business of integrity.

From my first phone call to Laurie to the final completion of their visit to my daughter’s place to do work, Andy on call couldn’t have been more perfect. We live on Long Island in New York, and I needed someone to go to my daughter’s place in Wake Forest . Not only did they help me figure out how to handle the situation, but kept me apprised via phone call, and were so fair about the pricing. In addition, they took care of the needed work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend them, and know that I will be using them for my daughter’s place from now on! Andy OnCall was able to get my installation done in a timely manner. I did make two phone calls to inquire about an estimate, which is why I am rating it 4 stars. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. I was very satisfied once I got the estimate and appreciated the information the gal (don’t recall her name) on the phone gave me to find the necessary items to buy for the installation. Chris called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and was very friendly, professional, and cleaned up after installing two pendant lights and one chandelier. I am very happy with how my kitchen lighting looks now. I will use Andy OnCall again.

Kelley from Andy OnCall was a life-saver and a very knowledgeable craftsman. We had been dealing with another ceiling drywall repair service in Raleigh that took more than a week to book, was unprepared and untrained for sheetrock replacement, utterly bungled the job, and left us with two days to fix our problem. After calling around and hearing that this is the busiest time of the year and that it was impossible to find anyone anywhere who could come out on short notice, Andy OnCall (kudos specifically to Lauren and Kelley) accommodated us quickly with a professional who knew immediately how to address our issue and had it resolved within four-and-a-half hours. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for guaranteed professional work.
