He thoroughly checked and cleaned all aspects of my heat pump system’s heat mode, ensuring everything is running properly. I appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism in explaining the current status of my system.Josh also recommended installing a compressor hard start capacitor and an air scrubber to improve indoor air quality and enhance system performance. Your technician Kian was excellent. He diagnosed our air conditioning problem right away. He was also able to fix it fairly quickly. I couldnt give 5 stars because the unfortunate reason he had to fix it was because the original install was terrible. Also done by ARS. Some PVC pipes werent glued together causing leaks, there was an obstruction (Insect nest), in the condensation pipe coming out of the unit, probably from sitting in the warehouse. It has been leaking into the unit for 18 months, probably causing damage that will show up in the future. The clean out pipe was just covered with duct tape, and the run of the pipe wasnt really substantial for adequate dispersal of the condensation. He also noticed other possible problems like proper duct tape missing on all the seams of the duct work, and the motor was vibrating just a little too much. I have had horrible experiences with ARS in the past and the only reason I still have dealings with them is because my unit is still under warranty. The technician that came out (Jordan Dean) was very knowledgeable and informative of what I needed to do in the future for maintenance on my heat pump. I appreciate his honesty and his due diligence of maintenance on the unit. In the future I will request Jordan to do my servicing .

The techs started the job to replace our hvac this morning and were very professional and took the time time to explain everything they did after finishing the job this afternoon. They installed and set up the smart thermostat and made sure I had the app up and running before leaving. The install looks great. I am not one that writes reviews often, however this is a special case. Two different men had to come out to my home and each of them were kind and genuinely cared. I dont think Ive ever dealt with better customer service. They were able the diagnose the problem and are coming to fix it next day. They are quick but they dont sacrifice quality. This is our second time working with them and we will continue working with them.

I financed the cost of the unit with one of their lenders and the approval took two days but I am happy with the financing terms and the quality of the product.

Both of the service bands who came to service my AC unit was very nice, friendly and professional. They called me within 45 minutes to let me know that they were on their way. They were very nice and patient with me. I let them know that I had to get my medicine at the pharmacy. One of the representatives even opened my door for me my family was coming in the house. He even made me laugh, even though I was in pain from surgery.

It took two visits for someone to come out and explain the noise that was being heard from my newly installed heart pump that was less 4 weeks old. After being lied to by the first tech my confidence level has diminished somewhat but the second tech supposedly identify the sound and had an explanation for it that my wife who only knows how to adjust the thermostat understood.

I had a leak somewhere in my plumbing affecting my water bill. ARS came the same morning I called to request service.Kyle Cory did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and found the leak. He explained the problem, did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up the area when he was done. He acted in a professional manner and has great customer service skills.3 weeks later a termite inspector found another leak that ARS missed.

We had an issue with our heat coming on and had an A/C company come out and tell me it was a $1300 switchboard. I called ARS and they sent out Kenneth McGee who took the time to diagnose the system and ultimately fix the problem without replacing any item. If we had stuck with the first company, I would now be out $1300 for no reason. I want to commend ARS and their technician for providing A+++ service. Can’t recommend ARS enough!!

The only drawbacks were the initial call into the call center, the person on the line had a hard time communicating with us and put our address in wrong. Power outage cause my thermostat to malfunction therfore the AC Unit would not operate. I tried to reset it but was unsuccessful. Contacted ARS and they were on top of it with a prompt response even with it being on a Saturday. Omar with ARS fixed the problem quickly and even showed me on how to remove the thermostat cover from the wall and reset it. He also informed if this is to happen again and it will not reset do not hesitate to contact ARS for service. Very pleased with ARS service and field technicians knowledge and courtesy.

We had a blocked pipe that another plumbing company was unable to fix and charged us anyway, telling us we would need to replace all our piping (a 15k+ job). We decided to wait and see what happened and when the water started backing up again we decided to try ARS instead, Travis came out and found the clog and fixed it quickly and charged us half the price the other plumber charged! They also had the camera guy come out to make sure there was no damage to the pipes (for no extra cost) We will start with ARS for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend them.

He also pointed out a water leak to me, which I’ll track down and fix.While the cost of cleaning the drain pipe seemed a bit excessive to me, having them come the same day in the evening and getting our heat pump going again was great.

HVAC technician was patient and persistent to finally fix the problem with a new thermostat not reading the outdoor sensor. It was an exercise in patience, and took a call to Honeywell, but he finally got it set up for me. Didnt want wi-fi, but turns out you have to set it up for the sensor to work. No where in the Honeywell book did it specify that, which would have prevented a lot of frustration in the first place!

Issam came out for a basic maintenance service and found there were other issues going on with Unit which devastated and scared me bc my unit is only 3yrs old and I knw how pricey anything dealing with hvac can be..Issam told me to calm down and he would do all that he could to find issue and fingers crossed that’s it a minor issue.. That put a smile on my face! Issam explained everything that he would be doing even called me outside to show me a few things. I really appreciate the time, patience and empathy he provided me! Update 8/3/24: Well hey if it wasn’t another emergency today! Dallas Johnson came out to my rescue, and he was just as great as James! Awesome job with the customer service, folks! You continue to have my loyalty!!From March, 2024: James Eatmon was my plumber, and I have never met a more kind, courteous, and knowledgeable repair person! First of all, we are extremely immunocompromised (which I tell every repair person). Where most people seem to begrudgingly don a mask when I ask, James showed up wearing one! He also got my emergency leak repaired with as little damage to my ceiling as possible. And I know that it’s not saying much, but he greeted my pets as well, which put me at ease. Customer service at all stops—from the first call to finish—was excellent, and not once did I feel like they were trying to get a sale or upsell me (ahem, Michael and Sons…). Thanks, James and ARS!

No pressure to convince me to buy this or that, just important information, all questions being answered. The job was initiated and completed in a short time, with 100% adherence to the codes. Years old code violations were rectified as well. They provided 3 different solutions for my water heating needs, and offered excellent cost effective solutions.I wholeheartedly recommend ARS.
