I recently contacted Richard McMinis of North Raleigh Plumbing to install a gas line, and his professionalism was outstanding. Upon reviewing my property, Richard politely informed me that I didn’t actually have a gas line available. Despite this, he was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain the situation clearly and offer alternative solutions.He was ahead of schedule, arrived on time, and maintained a polite, professional demeanor throughout the entire interaction. His pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Richard and North Raleigh Plumbing for anyone seeking reliable, knowledgeable service—his expertise and professionalism are top-notch.

I have been a customer for nine years and they have taken care of the plumbing issues with excellence. Most recently I had a leak at my water pump heating unit and Richard came out on Saturday in the rain and worked diligently to solve the problem, for which I was most grateful.
