He diagnosed the problems quickly, made recommendations for correction and returned promptly once we received new replacement parts under warranty. 5-star service and professionalism.We suffered a leak in our kitchen, and Mr. Rooter was able to diagnose and repair the problem in short order with quality components. It was a great experience start to finish. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind and thorough. I received confirmation emails both the day I called as well as the morning that the technician was scheduled letting me know he was on his way. Jacko was prompt, super professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. Overall excellence in customer care all throughout. I would definitely call them next time we need a plumber as well as recommend them to my friends.

I was very pleased with Eric Murphys friendliness. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I was with him and his work performance. A little pricey, but I do understand that good work isnt free. The ONLY gripe I had is the time. The appointment time was 11:00 am. Eric didnt arrive until 12:15. I understand that this company gives its techs a 4 hour window. I didnt and still dont agree with this. I like punctuality, which this company is not. Other than timing, I had no major complaints and am happy.

I received updates on their arrival, invoicing and requests for feedback about if we were satisfied with their services. I will definitely be using them for my plumbing work from now on.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Rooter of Wake County. They were very quick with scheduling an appointment and timely once they arrived at the location. We needed to camera our connection to the city main as we were having problems with our main sewer line to the house. They let us observe the camera output and gave a good diagnosis of the problem. The price for this service was also much cheaper than from other companies in the area.

Brand name or Franchise plumbers have been something I stayed away from for the past 15 years, ever since several bad experiences in Florida. I got in touch with Mr. Rooter by accident because of a mix-up on Google with some phone numbers. I almost didnt keep the appointment, but no one else could get to us that day and we were on day 3 of no water. I was incredibly surprised and thoroughly pleased with JR and his partner. JR was incredibly thorough and detailed in his explanations and took pictures of before and after their work. This was helpful because I could clearly see what needed to be done and then what had been done. Mr. Rooter was incredibly responsive as we worked through the process of the initial well water line repair, and then over the next several days as we had to replace all of the pipes in our home (unrelated incident, polybutylene pipes finally completely failed). We will only use JR from now on. It was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber. I also appreciate the fact that they do not charge a service call fee to diagnose your issue. They provide a detailed explanation and an estimate, but will not start any work until you have agreed and signed off. If you decide not to move forward with the estimate, they are just on their way with no charge to you.

Amazing service. Came home from work to find my neighbor’s yard being flooded by my waterline. Called 10 minutes before closing and they still dispatched without a problem. Jose was awesome diagnosing, digging for the pipe, and fixing the issue. He stayed well past 10 pm and said he’d be there until the job was done. Couldn’t ask for anything more out of a company or their workers. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Mr. Rooter is responsive! Called them that morning for a pressure reducing valve and water heater failure, and they were able to come out same day! Even moved us to an earlier service window. The technician Matt was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Went out of his way to ensure I understood the work he was doing and even how to prolong the life of the water heater. Diagnosed the problems, went to get the parts and had everything repaired and installed before dinner that evening. I will be calling Mr. Rooter again if we need plumbing, and I would recommend if you have a plumbing emergency, call Mr. Rooter first!

I liked that they were able to send someone out within 24 hours. Before the plumber arrived, Mr. Rooter sent a text with his picture and information. And when he came by, he put down a mat and wrapped his shoes in order to avoid getting the floor dirty. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within an hour. He even checked the water heater and pressure as a courtesy. I will definitely use this company again.

My plumber was professional in appearance and in the work that he and his helper did. His attitude was exceptional, especially since it was the Saturday before the Christmas holiday. My only concern was that he used a toxic spray to prepare the pipe connections and he did not think to warn me in advance. Fortunately, there was no harm done since it was an unseasonably warm day and I was able to take the pet bird outside and away from the fumes until the air was clear. I do appreciate that he was able to take care of the problem completely and all is well now.

The technician was incredibly polite, professional, and laid out all the options for our problem along with their various prices. He also provided the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on a course of action, he got started and finished up within 45 min. Great service! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Since my situation was an emergency (no water to the house) they sent over someone that same day.My technician was a guy named Jacko and he was beyond fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me understand the issue. He was able to repair the leak and explained further details that might help me in the future. He’s a true asset and I’m so thankful that he was sent over.All in all my experience was low stress and just great all around, well considering the amount of stress that led to me needing their services haha.

We called Friday and they had an opening Monday. Even from the first call until end of fixing everything they were all on point and friendly. JR was the plumber and was very thorough. He went over everything before he did so there wasnt any surprise finance issues. He even gave suggestions on some of the issues. Which helps out alot when we had no clue. 5+++ most definitely. My chief concern is that the cost to replace my water heater seemed pretty extreme - however, we were in a pinch and didnt have the ability or time to seek out other offers. After the fact and speaking with other companies it seems that we were overcharged by anywhere from $300 to $1000. I cant say that isnt very frustrating.

The service man from Mr. Rooter came promptly during a water disaster, worked efficiently, accomplished what he came to do - getting that leak fixed so I could have running water through my pipes again - and not flowing out into the house. I was very pleased and Ive told all my neighbors that if they need that sort of work, to call Mr. Rooter and not your competition. Actually your competition told me they could come out in 2 days. Overall happy with the job done by the plumber. Reinstalled a new drain and overflow as the connection between the two started to leak. Plumber pointed out other areas of concern and included it in the invoice which is good to do (Im a landlord and am not there to evaluate what needs to be maintained, so this was beneficial).I like that they take before and after pictures and they explain thoroughly what the problem is and what needs to be done.Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is because the price I find is quite high for whats being done and because the first receptionist I talked to didnt set keep the file updated and didnt schedule the appointment. That mistake caused a 4 day delay.

They showed up after receiving a crisis call from us and water back flushing from both bathrooms at the same time. Mr. Rooter of Wake County is now my PREFERRED plumber. The company had a service tech - Eric Murphy - out the same day to unclog a toilet line. He called before he arrived and came when scheduled. The service was a bit more - actually, a lot more - involved than we had anticipated, but he stayed well into the evening - til about 9 p.m. - to get the job done that day. Some plumbers would have left and come back the next day, but Eric stayed with it. Not only did he correctly diagnose and fix the problem with the drain line, but reinstalled the commode, caulked around its base, and installed a new water-supply line and flapper valve. At each step of the way, he kept us informed of what he was doing, and we knew ahead of time what the charge would be. He was both competent and professional, and he displayed good humor even when the job waxed on into the evening hours. It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Rooter of Wake County, and Ill be sure to call them first the next time I need plumbing services.

My gas hot water heater decided to break down and what I thought was just a faulty regulator (since I could still turn the pilot light on; it would stay lit for 15-20 min then turn off) was so much worse. I called at 7pm the day before NYE and got an appointment on NYE the next morning which was super. The tech, Jose, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Like ALL the other problems I have had with my 6-7 year old home, it was due to the obscene levels of ineptitude and negligence of the builders and contractors at Lennar trying to maximize profits at the cost of quality work who originally built the homes in our development (we’ve lived here for about 3 years). They apparently swapped out the factory issued Rheem pilot control for an aftermarket part which was cheaper so they could save some money. The pressure was almost double what is the safe number (it was 120) and the screw on the prv was completely tightened into the valve with no thread visible. There was corrosion and the regulator itself was on the wrong side of the hose. Long story short he replaced EVERYTHING same day with even having to drive down to Garner and back (I live in WF) to get a part since the store had a 4pm holiday close time. Big props to him for busting his hump all day on NYE while I fantasize about being able to throat chop the clowns who built my home.

After dealing with a so-called handyman for the past week, it was refreshing when Mr. Rooter (Chris) came in and knocked out the problem in less than 20 minutes. I paid more than I wanted to spend, considering the timeframe, however it was well worth it. By this time I was tired of dealing with the problem.

I what to thank Eric Murphy for a fantastic job he done unfreezing my pipes he not only unfroze my pipes he found that my pipes were installed wrong and he redone them also found a glitch in my pipe they put a piece in my pipes that should have been use for gas pipes only was call Black malleable had he not came out to find that I would have never knew that Rust was coming through my pipes I want to thank him and actually he really he saved my life from getting rust poisoning.
