Damien and Air Experts were outstanding! First, they accommodated my urgent request for a non-working furnace in 30-degree weather, and came on a Sunday morning. I was informed when to expect him, and he arrived on time. He checked out the furnace, determined it was a faulty capacitor and was able to replace and get the heat back on. No pressure to replace the old system, he was informative about their different plans, and allowed me to watch him work, while answering all of my questions patiently. Many kudos to him and the entire Air Experts team!

I am so grateful to Michael with Air Experts for his skill and professionalism in diagnosing the heating problem with my heat pump. I was distressed that my heat pump was not heating the house well in the very cold temperatures we have had recently. Michaels care and attention to detail was demonstrated in the way he described the issue and also as he showed me photos of the work he did. I also appreciated his positive spirit and way of being throughout the entire time he worked on the problem in the extreme cold and darkness. Had Justin W., a sales rep come out to talk about what I would need. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well and was patient when I did have questions. I decided to go with Air Experts. 2 days later I had the system installed and working great. The guys that installed it were courteous, took extra care, cleaned up and helped me get the app up and running. I would definitely recommend Air Experts.

Air experts did an awesome job with our new on-demand water heater. Juan completed the final steps today with the gas inspector. They provided me a time that works best with my schedule, then they sent me a text message and a phone call to remind me of the appointment. Everything went smoothly.Additionally, Chrissy from Air experts office sent me the form to get the Equipment refund. All I had to do was fill it out and send it in.Dane, our sales person, followed up with us after the installation to make sure that we were happy.

Woke up to no heat. Called Air Experts and Tim came out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. He completed the diagnostic testing and provided an explanation of the issue. He put in an order for parts and completed the repair. I’m grateful for his service! I have not had a bad experience with anyone at this company since my previous water heater decided to kick the bucket in August. The staff answering the phones have always been courteous and able to schedule appointments around my busy schedule. Anyone who has ever walked in to a flooded house can appreciate them, as trying to resolve the issue and clean up is always a time of high stress. (Thank you again Travis and Noah, for addressing all of my concerns with putting a water heater back in the attic and recommending the flood stop.) Its nice knowing Air Experts stands by their work, even if its just installing a battery backup to make the green glowing thing (turned out to be the flood stop) stop beeping on New Years Eve.Thank you RJ!!

Excellent experience with Air Experts. We had our 4 year old hot water tank burst a leak on the 3rd floor and start causing damage. They had a salesman out to assess and estimate work 7pm that evening, and we had a full tankless system installed by the end of the day that Monday. Great service and quality installation.

It was a seamless process from the initial technician, Jason coming to evaluate my initial issue. With my HVAC system being original to the house built in 1998, I knew it was a matter of time before I had to replace it. Patrick walked me through my options without any pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. The technicians came out the next day to replace both of my units. They were extremely professional and proficient. Scott and Tyler M stayed late to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond to balance the air flow as we were having issues before with too much air in one room and not enough in others. They stayed until I was satisfied and were so patient. I would highly recommend this team.

**Editing to change from 2 to 5 stars. Customer service contacted me shortly after and helped arrange for a tune-up. Tech came out yesterday and serviced our furnace. Theyve also arranged for several years of complimentary tune-ups. Thank you for taking concerns seriously once brought up and making good on your word._____________________________Had a good experience several years ago when replacing my hvac. Referred a friend and my friend told me I could get a free tuneup from them. Reached out to Drew via text who confirmed this was correct. I texted again several weeks later to ask how to schedule but never heard back. Finally called the main line where a person took down my info, my friends name, and said one of the ladies would call me to set it up. Its been many months now and Ive accepted they dont plan on ever scheduling this. A shame cause I referred them because I thought they were fair and easy to communicate with. Its dishonest to use this tactic to help get more referrals when they dont plan on following through.

I called about a problem with our AC, which was under warranty and they were there in less than 2 hours. The technician easily identified the problem, secured the necessary part and had the unit repaired very quickly. He was very professional and courteous and I was very pleased with the entire experience. When we were shopping for a new heat pump 4 years ago, we had several estimates and Air Experts was our first choice way above all the others. The installation was easy and every experience we have had with the company (yearly maintenance inspections) has been great.

I had a fantastic experience with Mark Fachorn today. Our AC stopped working at midnight, and the temperature became unbearable. We scheduled an emergency repair with Air Experts, and Mark arrived promptly at 11 AM to fix it. He quickly identified the issue as minor, explaining that our system just needed regular maintenance. He recommended their biannual maintenance plan, which costs $200 for two maintenance visits a year—a deal I found very reasonable.Mark was a pleasure to work with. I sat in on a session she had this week with Marc Davis; he explained - patiently and thoroughly - all the details of what she would be getting with a new system that uses LP gas. She feels confident that she will be getting the best system for her home. What a great guy Marc is, personable, knowledgeable and good-natured. Getting a new system is a big deal and he put my sister at ease so that she could make an informed decision. He took as much time explaining things as SHE needed to be good about her decision. Marc Davis is a gem.

David did a nice job looking at the heat delivery and install for our sunroom and following up. We felt he was trying to do the right thing for us. He spoke to his supervisor who agreed the install needed review. The only negative comment we have is that his supervisor said we would be charged for a diagnostic visit while the dispatcher told us we would not be charged if the issue was related to the install-which it was determined to be. Not a big deal but the teams needs to get aligned.

Shawn quickly diagnosed and successfully repaired an issue that 2 other big companies in the Raleigh area were unable to fix. He and Air Experts also did not give misleading incorrect diagnoses. We stuck with one of the big Carrier companies in Raleigh for a long time but finally had to make a switch and we wish we had done it much sooner. If you have a Carrier Infinity system I highly recommend Air Experts.

I have an appointment online with Air Experts to have a technician to my house to look at the HVAC system on 11/8 from 10am to 12pm. Although Todd came around 12:45pm, Todd was a nice guy and very helpful. He identified that the Honeywell HZ311 control panel did not work so that there was no heat or cool air coming out to my house. I paid $8x plus tax for this diagnostic fee to Air Experts which was reasonable to me because at least I could know which part of the system was in a problem. However, the quotation for replacement of the above panel was $9xx, which was out of my budget. Therefore, I got a new Honeywell panel from Amazon with a much lower price and replaced the old panel by a new one with a friend of mine.

An attempt to shut the water off Ali explained they may break, causing me to have to buy a new unit.. Checking over the other aspects of the water heater he determined that I may get two or three more years from it. Therefore, we opted not to have it flushed. He explained everything he did, and found one small issue which he worked to clear up. I bought their maintenance contract which was about the same price as the company I previous used but they were terribly unreliable and never as thorough as Anthony was. So now I recommend them for plumbing AND HVAC!Update #2: Roberto came today because the upstairs AC unit stopped working due to the condensate overflow pan being full. Roberto worked 90 minutes, going up to the attic and down to the crawlspace to clear the drain and get the pan drained. He cleaned up and closed up the attic and the crawlspace when he was done. I cannot recommend Air Experts - Raleigh Heating & Cooling enough! I called this morning at 9 and Roberto was here withing a few hours. Very happy that I switched service to them this spring!

We have had two HVAC systems replaced by Air Experts in the space of a year. Both systems work extremely well and the company has also maintained them to ensure the continued warranty. They also registered the systems for us and suggested energy efficient systems that got us a $2,000 tax credit x2! Their estimates were thorough, exactly what they charged, provided 3-year interest free financing, and both installations were as smooth as could be. We could not be more satisfied with their service!

A giant shout out to Colby (Tech), Seth (Tech), and Travis (Runner) who worked so well together to install a downstairs two ton gas pack at our home in Holly Springs. They were SO friendly, professional, and courteous in all of our dealings with them. They put the system in over a day, installed a beautiful Sensi thermostat, and re-lit the water heater and fireplace after they were all done. They painted the gas line for us as well. See photo! Roger set all of this up for us...he was very accommodating for our needs. They even brought the unit at least one day earlier than promised. Travis arrived early and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes and thoroughly cleaned the drain line, which fixed the air conditioning problem. He performed an entire litany of other tests on both our air systems and patiently explained everything to us. He was very clean and careful. Mike from air experts was hands down the best HVAC repair man I have encountered in the 20+ years of home ownership. He really took the time to listen to my concerns, investigate, and finally spent the time to walk me thru what the problem was and how he documented it. He was knowledgeable about our old system, he was meticulous and did not make me feel like he was rushing on. I will keep using this company because of this employee. He was great.UPDATE: I got quotes from several companies to replace our unit. Mike had given me his number so I called him to ask him HIS opinion on the different versions of systems. It’s so hard when you don’t know how to even compare them. He helped by giving easy and honest advice. We went with Air Experts on our replacement unit and have not regretted it. The system works wonderfully and they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. We will continue to work with them when we replace our second unit

Its just nice to have an HVAC company that doesnt come out to do maintenance with the goal of trying to sell a bunch of stuff like most of them do. My previous company came out to do my A/C tune-up last Spring and recommended $4K worth of work to do on 3 year old systems. I might not be an HVAC expert but it doesnt take much to know thats absurd. Its so nice to be back with Air Experts now that Im done with my builders HVAC people.
