I found Raleigh Plumbing & Heating after cautiously contacting a long list of plumbers. I immediately felt comfortable with the owner (I can’t recall his name). He patiently answered all of my questions as I was nervous after an attempted rip off earlier that day. The gentleman he sent to my home on 9/23/24 was AMAZING! He was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. He was super personable and respectful. This company has the best plumbing prices around and they will not try to rip you off. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Courteous on the phone getting our information, providing upfront pricing quote and scheduling quickly and conveniently. Respectful & friendly in our home doing the work. Efficient. overall pretty cleanly. No upselling or requiring a PRV (midtown does this and required a new one before doing sny further work, all based on false pressure readings saying the one they forced me to put in 3 years ago. checked pressure myself several times in weeks following and it’s at appropriate levels.) Wish we used Raleigh Plumbing way sooner and would definitely refer friends & family to them - definitely using them in the future. Big thank you for the quality work and enjoyable customer experience. Would not recommend Midtown.

Had a few minor plumbing issues that Ive needed addressed and had Eduardo out who did a fantastic job!He was excellent--very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly.He fixed a few small leaks, a hose bib that was no longer working, and a toilet that was very temperamental.Best of all he noticed that the water pressure set from the builders was too low and addressed that as well. Hope no more plumbing issues for awhile but if/when they occur I know who to call!

When I first spoke with Raleigh Plumbing on the phone to get a quote for a smaller plumbing project, the conversation led into the receptionist, Jessica, telling me about the people-first approach at Raleigh Plumbing. My husband and I chose to work with Raleigh Plumbing because they were the most competitive quote (and came highly recommended).We went from the smaller project to instead choosing to re-pipe our entire home to remove the polybutylene piping. We collected several quotes, including from Raleigh Plumbing, and RP was the most competitive.Throughout the process the team was kind, courteous and communicative. The Service Manager, John, was our point of contact throughout the process. Before the project, he answered several of our questions and was helpful to explain some of the pieces we knew less about. He kept us up-to-date on timelines and was easy to work with.At one point in the project, there was a miscommunication that led to some concerns on our side. When we raised our concerns, the Raleigh Plumbing team was quick to take action and went above and beyond to resolve any of our concerns. Their customer service is unbelievably good and the response they gave to our concern showed how they genuinely take pride in their work and care for their customers. We have so much trust in this company and their people. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is fantastic. We’ll definitely use Raleigh Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Triangle.

I have a tankless hot water heater and I was behind schedule for yearly maintenance. The Raleigh Plumbing & Heating technician Eduardo was super helpful in explaining everything he was doing as well as providing insightful maintenance tips going forward. My only issue is that $245.00 for flushing the tank with a descaling solution seems rather expensive when the yearly savings of a tankless heater is less than 150.00 yr. Owning a tankless water heater doesnt seem to add up to any savings when considering the recommended yearly maintenance. All that aside, the service coordinator got me scheduled quickly and the technician was promptly on schedule, and did excellent work.

Update: We are selling our house in Raleigh and something plumbing-related popped up during the inspection. (Unrelated to any of the work previously done by Raleigh P & H.) I contacted them and John was able to quickly fit us into their schedule. Terry arrived on time and quickly addressed the issue. He was very nice young man and was thorough in his repair.Previous review: We needed several things done at the house, including replacing toilets, supply line valves, the garbage disposal, and installing a new shut off valve. Dan was a pleasure to work with in getting it all lined up. Richard did a wonderful job getting it all done in one day. He was very polite and efficient and the price ended up being quite reasonable. We will definitely use Raleigh Plumbing again when the need arises.

We really appreciate Richards experience and ability. He quickly confirmed that the hot water circulation pump had failed. He located a source for a replacement pump, went to purchase it, and within an hour had it installed and our hot water system once again in excellent condition. Raleigh Plumbing was great. I was having a bunch of pipe leaking issues and sediment got thru filters on my well water. I had used other plumbers in the Cary area and had a mediocre to bad experiences. I couldnt get proactive advice to prevent new issues. Gary, the owner of Raleigh Plumbing, understood what was wrong right away and recommended upgrading the filters which has worked well. I went on to use Raleigh Plumbing for other issues including having to replace a facet that turned out be expensive. John did work to find me the least expensive option. Also I had an emergency plumbing situation (Ive had a lot of issues) and they were able to come take fix it in a couple of hours from my calling them. I highly highly recommend their services and I plan to continue using them for all of my plumbing needs.I had another major plumbing challenge where I needed a pipe extended for a new septic system and it required some excavation to lay the pipe. Raleigh plumbing did a great job discussing options with me and the plumber, Jonathan, worked collaboratively with my septic guys to get the job done. they are great work with!

A van similar to this with number 64 instead ran me off the road while jumping 2 lanes of US 1 in traffic rush hour at 4.50p, nearly hitting me if i hadnt swerved to the shoulder. Of course my car is nimble and faster, i was able to catch up and get the phone and truck number. You have to be a real BIG dummy to drive a company vehicle like this, emblazoned with Company logo, Number and Identifying truck number. If motorists reported these eratic drivers, there would be less of them. Giving 4 stars because the owner listened and offered to investigate. I gave all pertinent information and Im sure the van was GPS tagged. He was on Regency Parkway/Tryon where he joined US 1 towards Raleigh. If he was trying to get to the office by 5p, US-1 and 40E traffic is very unforgiving.

Robert from Raleigh Plumbing was amazing. I thought I had a leak in my upstairs wall (because of a dripping noise I heard) and that I needed an exterior faucet replacement. Robert tracked down the “leak” and replicated the noise… which was simply water heater pipe expansion. While he was diagnosing that he cleaned my faucet screen and bathroom sink drain. Omg I didn’t even realize that needed to be done… what a difference on both!! After that Robert replaced one part on my spigot (instead of the whole spigot, which is what I expected).As a single female homeowner, finding a company I can trust and depend on is priceless. Unfortunately, there are too many companies––that just don’t get it.We had Raleigh Plumbing install a new hot water heater for our home. Their service manager, Dan is a real professional and communicated well to us through the process. Our onsite assigned technician, Eduardo was very courteous, safety conscious and detailed. And we ended up having a small issue after the installation, and Raleigh Plumbing was at our home within 30 mins of a phone call on a rainy Raleigh Friday night. They resolved the issue promptly. This company is great. We had some water damage in our house and needed some new toilets and a vanity installed. Raleigh Plumbing is the best! Id been searching for 3 weeks for an Hansa faucet cartridge for a bathroom sink that was leaking. Hansa stopped selling in the USA in 2013 so parts are extremely difficult to find. Even Hansa in Germany couldnt help me. I called Raleigh plumbing and sent some pictures of the cartridge. By the end of the day theyd found the cartridge in Chicago and I ordered it! They wouldnt accept any money even when I insisted on paying them. These guys, esp. Dan, know their business and even though Id never met them, they went out of their way to help me, a total stranger! You can be sure that when the next plumbing issue rears its ugly head, theyll be the only ones that Ill call!

Had a problem with low flow on bath faucets, and they were able to determine the type of faucet from a photo. They had me call the manufacturer to order what they said would be free parts. The manufacturer would provide the parts free to the customer, but not the plumber. The manufacturer did provide the parts for free that came in a week. Raleigh Plumbing came out and in 15 mins or less everything was working properly.

I called they came out and fixed my issue. Dan is the service manager. Was very polite and when I explained my problem he know exactly what was wrong. I asked if it was something I could repair myself he was very honest and said yes. He even offered to have me send a pic and he would help my match the part I needed. I went and looked at the part and realized it might be best for me to have the proper people replace the part. I call back and the set me up for the next day. I was not home but my wife was. They came out replaced the part and life was good. The technician (please forgive me as I don’t remember his name ) was super polite and friendly. He wore a mask and but shoe covers on . He fixed the problem and replaced what need to be. He then noticed that the kitchen faucet was not working well and offered to take a look. It work a lot better then it did. I want to say thank you to them. I will always call them if is have any more issues with my plumbing.
